Best automatic car wash in Broken Arrow! Cleans my car beautifully, and the staff is always friendly, helpful and professional. I signed up for the monthly unlimited package and it’s a great bargain to run my car through the wash as many times as I want each month for the same price as a single wash. SCORE!

Carol was extremely friendly and helpful! Edited my 5-star to a 2 because all (yes, ALL) of the vacuums had little suction. The right side brush didn't even touch my car. I paid $22 for one side to be cleaned. I really only pay for the wash at any car wash to use a high powered vacuum. Won't be back.

The Manager Jacob was great as was the woman who was spraying off our tires which were quite muddy. Jacob explained the monthly plan and it was a no-brainer and we signed up! The woman who sprayed off our really muddy tires did a fabulous job, just wish we would have gotten her name so we could post it here!! We are new to Broken Arrow and we are happy with our new car wash! And the car wash did a fabulous job on our truck, thank you!

Zero Stars if Possible. This is the worst car wash location I have used in six months of membership. On the 22nd, management attempted to enforce a new requirement to place the membership sticker on my vehicle a requirement not listed in the Terms and Conditions. When I refused, the store manager took my sticker but assured me I could continue service by providing my phone number at the kiosk for the remainder of my subscription. Today, service was refused entirely. I was told they would not look up my account and was instructed to pay for a single wash, despite having an active subscription until mid-November. Their corporate support is equally dysfunctional: the phone number leads to a dead-end phone tree, and the support email directs to a non-responsive bot. Do not waste your money here; the service and corporate support are both horrible.

Used to be a really great wash, but lately at least one of the rollers is never working half the vacuums don’t work. Most of their sprays to help with your interior cleaners are watered down. And on our last roll through the person would not even let my car in without putting the sticker on the window, had the entrance barricaded.

I ran my truck through this car wash twice. 2 X the top tier ($27) wash, and it literally never touched the front or windshield of the truck. Bugs, dirt, streaks from the wipers, all still there after $54 worth of washing. Attached pics of what you can expect AFTER $54 of washing.

I have had a monthly membership for quite a while and have always liked this car wash. Unfortunately, was just told by the workers that management has a new policy of keeping this sticker on my windshield. I told them I didn’t want the sticker on the windshield. My option was to cancel my membership. So now the competition has my business. Doesn’t seem like a policy that would keep you in business long term.

DO NOT GO HERE. Literally just left and my car barely looks like it’s been washed. I tried at least 4 different vacuums and the suction was terrible. I had such high hopes after reading some reviews but I am so disappointed - especially when paying almost $30 for a top of the line wash.

Andrea was a pleasure to deal with. So far all the staff I’ve encountered have been kind, can’t say the same for other car washes we’ve had memberships at. The wash is not always the best and I have to go through a second time and I wish they had the air hoses to blow out dust. Other than that, the vacuums suck well and the detail station is an awesome touch! The location is key for us since we live so far east on 71st.

Update: After seeing my review, Sebastian reached out to discuss. Apparently when I was sold the membership I was suppose to get a windsheild sticker that their machines would recognize. He says he's only been there a month and that this has been common. I met him there, he put a sticker on my windshield and I got right in. If you've had the same issues as me, call and ask for Sebastian. He'll take care of you, and I will definitely continue to use this company. Great kid with a great attitude. I have no doubt he'll help you too. When things are working this place is fine. BUT, the last 2 times I've been their system doesnt recognize me as a member and there is no one around to let me past the payment machines, despite blowing my horn repeatedly. I ended up backing out both times. Yesterday I wasnt the only one backing out. One more time and I will quit the place. We'll see if they respond here.

Edit (07/09) - It has been a while so I decided to give this location another try. Prices have increased and the screen does not make it easy to just pay and wash. They are pushing the monthly fee now. I ended up paying for a $16 wash which didn't even get the dust off the back of the car. It wipes right off with your finger but the wash didn't remove it. Went to clean the inside and half of the vacuum hoses weren't working... poor location. Two and done. I'm not paying $16 for a wash that won't even clean the car. Too many options in the immediate area... go somewhere else. ^^^^^^^ This one has went down hill. They have managed to keep prices reasonable but the wash is not what it used to be. Washed my car this week and it was still filthy on the other end. Back glass was muddy from the water and dust combo. Chrome all around the car didn't get clean. Felt like you were being pushed through quicker and less water spent on the car. I hate to pay the prices at the other local tunnel washes but for $10 for the cheapest wash at this location, it's wasted money. Used to be a good location. Have to start looking for other options.

Skylar, the assistant manager was Very patient with me While I was dealing with some card issues. I don’t typically go to automatic car washes and he was Very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what option was best for me. On top of that, Sebastian was a great help with paying attention to detail. I drive a lot from work and The exterior of my car was pretty covered in Bug the ladder and he made sure to scrub it down as much as he could so when it came out, it was looking good as new. The self service vacuuming Had great success in it allowed me to clean the interior of my car quickly! Would definitely recommend going here

Just had my truck washed and spent the 30 bucks for the nicest wash and it didnt even clean my truck. What a horrible car wash.

Avoid this car wash chain. Damaged my car and then denied the claim. The wheel polisher caught my rear bumper cover and pulled it away damaging the clips that hold it on. They are not going to do anything about this. Not even a refund for the wash. Terrible company.

Make sure you check your vehicle after the wash . I was on a conference call and didn't check. I went back and I was told by management, once you leave you are no longer able to come back and request a rewash. Thank God I didn't get a pass, especially after that treatment.
