Seriously! Not a single vacuum was working?!?! And when I asked the attendant for help she rambled on about how people “suck things up in the vacuums and so they don’t work.”… Really?!?! And when I tried to get her to do her job and make 1 work for me she was like “the vacuums are free! What else do you expect?!”…

Excellent location. They do have tons of packages that you can become a member. I took the basic wash for 5 bucks and my car was spotless. I spent about an hour using their free vacuums and hand towels with glass and surface cleaner!

Had been a member of this car wash for over a year, and have used this car wash since it was new. When this place was new I never had a problem, that has recently changed. Never had any issues with it while taking my trucks through this car wash. Convinced my girl friend to get a membership (customer referral) here and the car wash did nothing but destroy her car. Peeled the paint from the front bumper. I decided to take take her car back through this wash after she cancelled her membership, due to the carwash not doing anything for her to repair damages, and one of the rollers was pushing down so hard on the trunk it felt like someone was jumping up and down on the truck lid, literally shaking the car up and down. After the car wash I looked at the trunk lid it was apparent that the roller had dug in and left swirl marks and damaged the trunk lid on the right side by leaving a dent with paint damage during the wash. The swirls lead directly to the dent and paint damage is on the right side of the trunk lid shown in the photos. I stopped by today and asked an attendant about talking with a manager to let them know there was something wrong with the car wash and that they needed to look at it before it damaged more cars. The attendant assured me it was impossible for their car wash to do that kind of damage (basically calling me a liar). I will follow up with the manager tomorrow to see if we can get anywhere. I believe the damage to the trunk will show up on their video camera, hopefully they have the footage of before and after and are an honest enough business to repair the damage their machine has caused to a LONG STANDING CUSTOMER! The only thing I will be asking them to fix is the trunk lid, the bumper had just been painted and in my opinion could have been poorly prepped. The trunk lid on the other hand is original paint and was undamaged prior to the wash.

I’ve gone to this car wash the last three times and always the credit card machine is down. The attendant that works is slow. Doesn’t look like she cares about her job very much. They lose a lot of business because cars wait in line forever and then they turned around and leave. They lost my business today.

I normally do not leave negative reviews but I have been a member with ZIPS for the last 6 months and today was awful. I went through the wash because some truck slung a bunch of wet mud all over the front of my car.. it came out looking like it did going in minus the mud on the windshield and driver door. Will be canceling my monthly membership. I pay to have my car cleaned not to have to do it myself..

Edit 2/27/25.. This edit would be a 1 🌟 But Julius at the 61st street location was very courteous and helped me out. My issue is that I had to come to the 61st location after the 71st st location left racing stripes. They have really gone down hill. 5 🌟 for Julius...1 🌟 for Zips ______________________________________ Easy clean and vacuum. Didn't see the issue with the vacuums that others had reported, so maybe that is fixed. Membership sign up was quick and easy. Staff was nice and very helpful.

I like going to Zips on 61st because the workers there are great! As somebody that takes pride in my vehicle, I wash it regularly. Some of these other car washes the people that work there act like they don’t care if you come there or not. In half the time other car washes equipment isn’t working. Zips always comes through for me and their staff is Always helpful and friendly! Even gave me a good membership package. I haven’t been to any of the other zips so I can’t speak for them, but the one on 61st is awesome so I don’t see a need to go anywhere else!

The kiosk does not work you have to have someone physically there which takes longer. No one washes the back of the car before going into the wash. The big scrubbers don’t really move back and forth at all. The back of my car was still soapy when I came out. Will not return.

I came by after work today to have my car washed and Josh took really good care of me. Every time I come in, he always has a smile on his face, and when I asked today, if they had any air fresheners for the car, he handed me one. You can tell a lot about a business by its employees, Joshua really takes pride in his work. Keep this young person around because they really enjoy what they are doing. It’s hard to find good employees. I should know I’m in Management.

Came in to wash my car from out of town all the way from Minnesota. Price for a basic car Wash was a whopping $18... And I had no problem with that until the end of the car wash... Their name says it all. It was zip quick and awful.... When I got to the vacuum station and got out of my car, there were suds still on my car on the top and in the back and front!. The car was literally soaking wet, I had to use two shirts to dry my car off.... Disappointing and sad 😔 and on top of all that when it comes to the vacuums, they are horrible, how do you not have the narrow nozzle that gets in tight spaces,? Nor do you have a carpet clamp to put your floor mats on... $18 and you can't even get all the soap off nor can you dry your car, nor is the vacuum experience up-to-date? ... Come on Tulsa, you have to be kidding me 😒 top 10 reviewer within the region, check out my profile, needless to say I do not at all recommend this car wash whatsoever....

61st & 169. Went there to get my car rinsed off and just a light car wash apparently you can not choose your own car wash anymore, bc their screen doesn't work properly so they have someone standing there with a tablet. Also it will not read if you have a subscription, so the arm will not automatically open up. There were people in front of me like five cars and you can clearly see some of them had the monthly subscription but had to be stopped, give information and then let through. I had a choice of $18, $37 or $56. I asked is there none that are cheaper? The girl told me no that's it. Of course have no choice but to purchase the $18 car wash because one lane was open and there were people behind me. Then they wanted my first name my last name and my phone number which I said no. Why does this company need my personal information for a car wash? The girl wound up using the screen anyway and it took about 2 minutes to get that to work, after I had already spent 2 minutes with her using the tablet and me asking my question. I will unfortunately never use their services again. The car wash itself doesn't even do that great of a job. It definitely was not worth $18. It is way too painful to even try to get a car wash at this place. 100% that's the last time I will ever go there. All I wanted was just to get the dust rinsed off my car. I would have been better off throwing $2 in quarters right down the street at the self service. The only good thing I can say is that both of their employees were very nice. Zips has gone way down. Nothing about that place was easy.

I brought my rental car in and explained it was dirty. I expected the back hatch to hold dirt and asked for and extra spray down to the back. Which the kid did. After going thru the autowash I noticed my rims and the side of the car are still really dirty. So I ask for another run through and the Kid is like, "well in my opinion they are cleaner than they were so no". I was so shocked I didnt even know what to say. Needless to say, after I talked to my boss about jt, we will not longer be using these guys, and we use them a lot. Really sad that kids are so lazy that they literally run business off. Zero stars!
