I have never been able to get the rear of my car rinsed. 2018 Buick Enclave. I had to take it to another car wash to get the wash done over and get a proper rinse on it.

Saturday afternoon me and my wife took her car to the 31st store and was a issue with the thing that pulls the car and scratched the driver side wheel so bad I talked to the kid in charge he was so arrogant and disrespectful I been calling the corp office no answer I emailed them no answer either that place sucks so people think twice if you are thinking to go there

They will break your car and if your car is not new (2010 and up) you are supposedly not covered by insurance the manager/shift lead told me he would be in contact in a few days and its been 3 months and nothing. if you go here expect to pay out of your own pocket to fix things if they break it

Paid $25 and went through twice and my car still had dirt on it and the wax didn't feel smooth on my paint. The paint still felt rough. Definitely not worth $25
