I would give 0 star if I would. I bought 18 dollars wash plus 5 dollars extra for ceramic shine protection or something I don't remember. With a total 23 dollars and my vehicle ended up with soap spots all over the body, the trunk door still pretty dusty. I showed an employee why is my car still dusty and covered with lather, he said, I need to buy membership to wash them couple more times, and pointed at cleaning sloths and I must use to wipe away dry lather.omg,don't come to this car wash. Expensive but low quality. Probably the worst car wash in tulsa

This is only my second time to utilize this establishment and I was unsure of how to operate my points and the app. Noah B was absolutely a pleasure! Even though it was close to closing time when most employees are focused on leaving and getting customers out the door- Noah very kindly assisted and even offered to keep the vacuums on a few minutes late for me to be able to vacuum the car! I will most definitely be retuning to wash my car here every time! I also am referring all of my friends and family and it is most due to Noah’s incredible customer service!

They use a bottle spray of who knows what to spray bumper and windshield. No consistency. I went through twice once because I was trying a new service and both times (2 differentpeople) they never sprayed my windshield. But sprayed my rear bumper. 🙄 If anything bugs are on the windshield and front bumper of cars. Smh. I still had bug residue on my windshield after going through twice btw. Im sorry but, this car wash is terrible! Especially compared to Okie. Don't try Okie Express or you'll never use Zips again. Not promoting Okie. Ijs. The mechanics of the wash are antiquated. I can go on but...

This is not the place to get your car washed. I was paying at the kiosk and the attendant came and try to upsell me but in a rude way. Halfway in my car he’s showing me options then burps near my face and continues on like it didn’t happen. Then get my car washed and didn’t really take anything off. Still has bugs all over my grill. Then no towels here. I thought that’s what the carts were for but I guess I was wrong they are for holding spray bottles I guess. Then finally got some towels and left my windows all streaky. Only thing that worked good was the vacuums which is fitting cause this place sucks. Save yourself the frustration and stay away from this overpriced catastrophe.

I had a great experience at Zips Express Car Wash thanks to service rep Kai’s helpful and friendly expertise. He explained to me the different membership packages, showed me how to use the vacuum hoses, and even removed a sticker from my windshield once I finished my car wash. Thank you for going above and beyond Kai!

Brought my F150 in today and the attendant guided me in but never never placed my big mirrors inside.. After I had bugs still left on the front and on the windshield and the tires were not dressed. I then approached the lady at the front to ask her if I could make another pass as my truck still has bugs on the front and on the mirror and I didn’t receive any tire shine as I paid for… I was then told the tire shine was broken and if I wanted to come back through the wash I’d have to pay another 30.00.. Absolutely ridiculous… Do not recommend.

Not Worth The Money and the customer service was terrible! Don't go here unless you feel like cleaning your car yourself after paying for it to be washed! Dirt was still under my tire rims and dirt was still in several places on the car but mainly the back. The employee gave me the option to either go back through the carwash or give me the customer service number to receive a refund but not both. This place is just money hungry. Just another place that counts each customer as a number instead of a person.

I recently have had my opinion changed Zips. I'll tell yall why, I brought someone else's car to wash and vacuum it. While vacuuming under the seat i see a ring right as it's being sucked into the vacuum hose. I start freaking out because it's not my ring that was sucked up. I go ask the attendant what we can do about it. The attendant Alissa tells me if I come back we can dump the vacuum and look in it. We couldn't do it right then because it would shut down all the vacuuming. So I come back at 7 and her and another Zips employee proceeded to dig through all the trash in the vacuum and we find it. Turns out it was just a stainless steel ring with no sentimental value. The stress and worry I felt thinking I possibly lost someone's expensive, sentimental ring of a lost loved one was overwhelming. Thank u Zips for hiring employees like Alissa. Forever I'll recommend only Zips Carwash. Where the employees are not afraid to get there hands dirty to make sure u have a clean car. Thanks Alissa! Yall should give her a raise. Not to mention the car looked great.

No star at all! Terrible experience and unprofessional service. If you care about your car, I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash. Their outdated machinery caused damage to the entire body of our vehicle, especially the wheels and front bumper. During one of the washes, the system malfunctioned and struck the front bumper—it felt like an accident. The machines are unpredictable and clearly not well-maintained. Even worse, the car wash refused to take responsibility for the damage and dismissed our claim. My car was on a membership plan. During a wash, the air machine hit the front bumper, and the wheels were damaged. At first, an employee admitted fault and helped us file a damage claim. But later, the claim was rejected without explanation. We’ve been trying to follow up via email for over a month, but no one has responded. We even visited the location in person, but there was no manager available—just a staff member who took our contact info and promised a callback that never came. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it.
