It’s just always closed. It’s a fine car wash with vacuums that works pretty well but I finally had to cancel my membership after it lowering to about a 50% chance of it being open anytime I tried to get go. I understand it’s probably difficult to maintain and issues arise, but no other car wash in my last 15 years of driving has been closed for business so regularly

Great car wash. I do the monthly unlimited for $20 per month. Free vacuums. I wish they had towels here to wipe down your car after the wash because it doesn’t dry all the way usually.

I’ve been going to Zips on Wilkerson for years, and it never disappoints! Their car wash leaves my car spotless every time, and the service is always fast and efficient. The manager, Xavier, is a big reason why I keep coming back. He’s a fantastic leader who ensures everything runs smoothly and always greets customers with a smile. Zips is terrible especially this location on Wilkinson blvd. Just go to Solar Shine its slightly cheaper with better service.

This place would be so much better if it weren't for the employees. They're constantly on their cellphones. 2 stars Back a few months later. Much better service. Staff was extremely helpful.

The employee name Mario was not pleasant. I had just went thru the car wash drive thru. He sounded rude during our conversationThen when I was ready to used the supplies. The supplies was low or empty. I ask him about the supplies he reply there was none. Then about 10 minutes or longer someone did put window cleaning solution on the cart.

Damage Car…. Zip Car Wash you finally responded to my contact after I stated that I will give your business a bad review until my vehicle is repaired. It’s been over a week since I heard back from management! Prior to that it took you months to respond. So here you go….I have been accustomed for two years and my right back side of my mirror has been damaged by your equipment. I have called emailed talk to your staff members give him my number for Corporate and or the regional to call me. No response response it’s unacceptable. I support you. Why can’t you support me as your customer and get my mirror repaired? I want my membership canceled. I have two vehicles that I have your service for and one is a Toyota Camry and the other Toyota Yaris . And I have used another of your services in Pineville , North Carolina where I work I have not had any issues with that Car Wash only the one in Charlotte where I live and where I initially started my subscription with you all, and I will give you all the negative review until my car is repaired.

I will never come to this car wash ever again. I paid $12 for a basic wash just for it to scratch my entire car, rims included. The vacuums sound like they wanna break and the whole wash itself sucks.

I come in every weekend for a wash and am always at the Charlotte location early mornings. Xavier is always the person on duty and has the best attitude. He’s always attentive, friendly and respectful to clients. I just want to recognize his commitment to this particular location and how easy it is to be in and out on the weekends with everything provided for the members to access the services and products that are available for members. I appreciate a good attitude and a reasonable priced service, but this place may just get to keep my money without me having to shop around anymore. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, although some people don’t like to just wash their cars, they come and try to make conversation, I just want to be in and out. Thank you Xavier for providing that environment and on-the-go energy for me personally, I appreciate you.

Never agreed to a membership yet they have been trying to charge 45 dollars a month… I happened to get my car washed one time and never do car washes and told them that. Now I am being charged 45 a month? Yeah okay enjoy getting that 45 bounced back
