These guys are great. Came in to get a car wash but mostly so I could use the complementary vacuum. The vacuum was off at first (because apparently rain/water can mess up the air compressor) but when I came and asked about it they were helpful and turned it on despite the risk! Loved their demeanor too - they didn't pressure me into getting anything extra for the car wash and were pleasant. Another bonus is that the automatic rug cleaner is free and works really well AND they have rags and window/car cleaner free for use too. A $12 car wash and everything else involved makes this place a great deal for a comprehensive car detail. Thanks John and RJ!

On April 14, 2021 I took my vehicle to Zips on Kingston pike in bearded and they were cramming vehicles within inches of each other and near the end of the wash the buffing wheel for the top of your vehicle was not shut off knowing me having a factory roof rack on my vehicle with a low profile car wash safe kayak rack which collapses level with factory rack, was ripped from the roof completely causing sever roof damage of which the manager never sent claim to their damage department and lied about it. Major damage will occur costing you thousands $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and zips will not do the right corrective action. They “are not” BBB accredited and they have an “F” rating. I am pursuing legal action and I hope all of Knoxville will cancel there memberships and not use this car wash company to prevent your investment from being damaged.....

The manager Daniel does an excellent job! Great attitude and helpful. I do wish the car wash had a pressure washer but other than that the services are great. Cody another worker was another great worker that helped me.

Bugs still on front of my SUV, dirt still vehicle still on wheels. Right front have a new knick in my trim molding. No towels or window cleaner anymore. What's happened to this place! Went in office to tell manager no one is there. Besides 1 employee washing fronts of cars in line!

So I was reluctant to stop here due to past experience with Zip and pulled into the carwash spot just to use the vacuums and Kimani met me and was wonderful. Apparently people just use the vacuums with out getting their cars washed often. He is making wonderful changes and I became a customer again to to his attention to detail.

I am a subscriber to zips Wash and generally appreciate the convenience of being able to zip in and zip out quickly. As a rideshare driver, I pride myself on keeping my vehicle clean. I showed up at the Bearden, location this morning, which Google said was open at 8 AM to clean up a mess in my Uber vehicle and I was informed that this location has new hours and does not open until 9 AM on Saturdays. Hopefully that is a seasonal change and they will be back to their usual 8 AM. Start time when the weather gets warm.

Took our car through their wash on 9-21 and it came out with several long scratches starting on the passenger side door and ending with a crease on our rear panel. There's nothing custom about our car and we followed the attendants instructions upon entering. Quick edit: the attendant who helped us fill out the claim wldid great. This does not reflect on the staff. Just the management and up. We submitted the damage claim on site which they summarily denied and have since ignored requests for follow up. We have been longtime members (7+ years) of their service at other sites but will likely discontinue that as we look at other avenues to address this. Based on other reviews, we got off light. But if you have a larger vehicle (standard SUV even), avoid this location. Their wash feels narrower than most and they have a record of this lack of accountability apparently. UPDATE: Submitted a case through the link in response. They reiterated the denial, confidently stating that the damage was pre existing (it wasn't), without offering proof thereof. Will be canceling membership and pursuing other actions against this company.

While this car wash always did good for us..they left the Chattanooga area leaving us with a $85. balance on a gift card. We requested a refund from the company 5 months ago and although there have been repeated promises for a refund…no refund has been issued. SO BEWARE

Every time I go there, it’s a great experience. I have five vehicles that they currently service and it’s just been fantastic. Today I met with the manager Kimani He really went out of his way to make sure that my account was billing correctly and was very attentive to not only my needs but everyone else that was at the car wash. They also provide clean towels and spray bottles, so you can detail your interior. The vacuums are incredibly powerful and easy to use. I highly recommend Zips Car Wash washes
