The dog wash is amazing! Nice warm water for winter time baths. The machine also has multiple settings for soap, flea/tick shampoo, skunk…etc. This place is awesome! It makes bath time for the dogs so much easier, and no mess in my house!

Best automatic car wash I've been too. Just moved to TN and was used to paying $20 for basic wash which left my new black Yukon spotted, streaked and looking like my clearcoat was peeling. The $8.00 wash here was twice as long and left my truck spotless and shiny. Can't wait to try their dog wash on my 2 Great Danes next

Nice, clean coin op car wash. Too many DIY car washes are dirty, the bay floors are covered in mud. I don't go to a car wash to stand in mud and have the bottom of my car covered in mud. On 100% of my visits, this car wash has been clean and the equipment worked perfectly. Thanks,

The dog wash is absolutely an amazing god send. I can't speak for the car wash as I haven't used it but I've used the dog wash twice now on my pups and it is perfect!! They actually smell GOOD after a instead of just not bad like when I gave them a home bath. I love that the shampoo comes out of the spray nozzle with water at the same time!! I already tell all my friends and family who have dogs to go here. I hope many other car washes follow Broadway Car Washes lead!!!!

Decent self serve car wash (one of the few I could find around here). 2 dollars to get started for 4 minutes. Take note, even though the change machine says it takes $1, $5, $10, and $20 dollar bills, it would never take my twenty. Had to go to a gas station for change

The automatic 15 dollar deluxe wash is not only leaving your car in the tip top Fresh off show room floor look but the doggy wash is going to have ur best fur baby in tip top shape as well

Usually go here to wash both my vehicles but last time I went and tried to use the automatic wash and the door only opened half way and couldn't get it to wash my truck payed ten dollars for nothing.

Went through the automatic car wash and the back of my car didn’t even get washed… I paid $15 for the lava wash and my back window and lift gate still has noticeable dirt….

The car wash is clean! It actually looks like someone works there. Everything has always worked. You actually get foam from the brush! Other local washes need to visit this one for pointers! Super Clean!

Had no choice to put one star. This has happened a couple of times that I am not able to actually wash my car after paying for it. Either the wand dont work. Or no soap or something.

This place sucks. I have gone here numerous times and paid 15$ for the car wash and it doesn't even get the grill or the back of my truck. It also leaves dirt on the back of my mirrors and around the trim. This place is a rip off if I could give it 0 stars I would

It's a nice car wash and what's clean and easy to use with a lot of options my only two complaints would be the air freshener did not work in the vacuum and the tire shine stuff didn't work but all in all one of the better ones I've used for self-service

I went to another car wash (which I’ve had issues with before, but really needed to wash my car) down further down Broadway and the change machine was not working. Didn’t a quick google search and found this car wash. I must say hoses, water pressure and soap were all good. Vacuums worked good as well. Most definitely a better choice than the self service car wash done the street.

My favorite car wash bc it has the hand held dryer you can use at the end. Vacuum is only a dollar and you can wash the car with 4-5 bucks.

Was an alright visit. Unfortunately the card reader machine didn't work so after I used up all my quarters my car still had soap all over it with no way to use the card machine. Thankfully the guy that works there helped us out. He was such a great person.

Unacceptable low maintenance. Water in dog wash is extremely cold and takes an exte side about of time to get water only from hose after switching to rinse. Car wash is hardly stocked with the proper cleaners. Don't waste your time or money on the tire cleaner, its never in there.

Water pressure is good in the self service bay, the “high pressure soap” option doesn’t really put out that much soap. The pressure wand also sprays water on you while you’re washing your car. The fittings could use some care.
