The guy working tonight seriously hates his job... And probably his life too.. very undelightful... And. That's not to say they even have to be kind and friendly, but this guy was just straight up miserable. Yeah, no thank you...

I'm in there several times daily the rewards program is false advertisement it will have several signs saying rewards price but it don't ring up those prices false advertisement false advertisement I'm done with shell and will tell family freinds community how they are doing folks

I went here, and because I had only a 100 dollar bill was turned away. Didnt even get to tell them what all I needed. I was about to drop the whole bill, but immediately the cashier says "I have no change for you." I said, "really." he said, "nope." so, I decided to spend my money else where. That was very rude, you have lost a customer!

The woman working on 5-24-25 on night shift is very rude and unprofessional told 5 customers including my wife and my 5 and 4 year old that they couldn’t use the bathroom because there not open for public on the night shift will never give shell my business ever again

Store is very nice, male cashier was extremely rude. Raised his voice at us for asking for a large drink cup and exclaimed they were out and offered no other option. When we asked if we could slushies cup was told no. Not the way to treat customers, we just walked out

Under new ownership, DONT go here if you can avoid it, the guy ripped me off, I gave him a 20$ bill he said I gave him a 10$ bill. I didn’t even have a 10, he argued with me and I didn’t get my money he owed me either. Said he was going to check the cameras but got on the phone speaking a language I didn’t understand so I just left
