Hands down the WORST Mr. Zips location in Knoxville. Vaccuums consistently do not work, hand towels are always out and dirty. Smell of marijuana coming from the “office” with employees detailing their own cars in the parking lot. Promoting a local concert on your hand towel caddy is pretty classy. This location is consistently run down and all the other Mr. Zips location in Knoxville are better than this one.

A drive-thru is no substitute for elbow grease, but it does a good job. Plus, you have access to plenty of towels and cleaner after, at the vacuum station.

Great customer service, entertaining and relaxing rainbow lights in the car wash,making it an evenmute fun experience. Very strong air blower/dryer and gentle polish roller/wheel. Left my car gorgeously clean and shiny. You can see the cloud in the reflection.

The zips on western avenue in Knoxville is the worst car wash in the state. I've never had a worse experience with a car wash than here. Giving them the benefit of the doubt i went one more time and the same arrogant employee was profoundly unhelpful. His co worker said he's always like that and apologized. So maybe they aren't all that bad. But this place sucks

My vehicle was soaked when it came out and the tire dressing might have been applied to 1/4-1/2 of the tire’s surface. I just wasted $5 dollars on the wheel treatment. They look worse than they did when I got there. This is EXACTLY why I canceled my subscription. These washes USED TO BE great, now, not even decent.

says: I am writing to advise of a customer impact issue at this Western Ave location. Every time I pull up to enter the car wash they have only one lane open. I have had the employees make excuses such as “it’s broken” and “we only have two employees working today so we don’t have enough to open the other lane”. This wash has been recently renovated and I was told that both lanes would be open after remodel. The customer impact is that if there is a non account holder in the lane we that have a membership have to sit and wait till the other person has been enrolled or whatever they are doing before we can enter the wash. I have had to wait up to 20 mins before as another car pulled in behind me and I couldn’t back up. This happened again today and I was able to back out and go vacuum and leave. I am a ride share driver and am usually stopping by to wash the car while waiting on a call or have one waiting on me to get to them but the car is dirty, etc. This is the ONLY Mr Zips that operates this way.

Justin was so helpful, he explained everything to me, took his time and did not make me feel like he was rushed or like I was wasting his time with my questions. The way he dealt with other customers and his coworkers in such a professional manner is a true credit to your company and to this car wash location in particular on Western avenue. Because of his professionalism and helpfulness, and his amazing customer service skills, I am absolutely going to get a membership or car wash package and will recommend to my family and friends to come to Justin at this zips car Wash location. He was awesome, and helped give my Wonder Woman car the best wash she's had in a while! Thank you for hiring such a great caliber of employee, and I feel that this young man needs to be looked at for supervisory position, or if possible to be given a small bonus of some type. RIPPED OFF MY MIRROR! I got a car wash recently and when I was done my driver's side mirror was completely broken! I have to replace the whole thing! I did get a refund on my car wash but they refused to pay for the damages (and no, my mirrors don't 'fold' in)

This Car wash is Phenomenal!! They fixed me and my Husband up with a Family Plan, and they have a 50% off Deal right now that is REALLY GREAT!! I feel like the value I get for the Price is Fantastic!! We got the Best Wash Plan and my Car hasn't looked this Good since SUDS in Sevierville! Jazzmen and Justin were beyond helpful in setting us up with the Plan! Thank you for being so Patient and professional with us! Our Mercedes and Nissan are sparkling clean! They do have free complimentary Rags and Cleaning spray!! And two different types of Vacuums. I heard word that the Zips on Western is gearing up for a remodel... which is exciting so they'll be Installing New Vacuums!! The Zips On Kingston Pike Location is a powerful wash for your car!! Cleaning every aspect. Our Son Loves the Pretty color changing lights when we go in. Haha!! My Recommendations: -The Premier is the best Price and Value! -Family Plans... Everyone Gets Washed for only $20 More! Completely worth it!!
