Poor service and not worth the money... I get that this is a seasonal issue but it speaks volumes to the leadership. I recently traveled up north and got some road salt build-up on my car. I payed $20 for the most expensive wash. After exiting the wash I looked at my car and noticed that the front end was still grimy as well as there being streaks on the hood. I asked if there was a way to fix this. One of the employees offered to send me through again for free, but then a man (who I assumed is the manager/shift manager) stepped out and asked what the problem was. He then told me there was nothing they could do about it because he can’t set out the “prep buckets” because they freeze, and that if they were out, I would have to take care of it myself. I then asked what we could do about this because I had payed for the most expensive wash and my car was still dirty. He again stated there was nothing he could do, and that I need to take care of it myself. Even after the other employee offered to send my car through, he said it wouldn’t help and offered no compensation for the money spent on an incomplete wash... it was just salt. I even asked if I could just use one of their spot rags to wipe it down and he told me no. Poor service and not worth the price of the wash.

Miss Tammy took great care of me this morning. I needed to update my card info and it was quick and easy. The gentleman sprayed my car down prior to wash because it really needed it. Tammy gave me a complimentary air freshener and it smells amazing. I've used this car wash for years and I don't plan on changing anytime soon.

Today I went through zips car wash, and I had chewing gum on the side of my car. A gentleman That worked there came over and worked on getting that gum off for 15 minutes. The end result was wonderful. He was such a nice man and very kind.

Was looking to clean my mom's car nicely to sell it. Destiny was tremendous in helping me out and very personable. My entire experience with the car wash, all vacuums working and the friendliness of the staff will make this car wash my car wash of choice in the future. Great experience! I went around 9:00 on Saturday and it wasn’t too busy. While I was cleaning the inside of my truck Dan was checking all of the equipment and noticed I was cleaning my floor mats and even offered to pressure wash them off! Great to see there are still people going above and beyond in the work force!!

Staff was nice but the car wash completely took off my driver side mirror. I drove back there for a damage claim and they denied within 2 hours due to them not being responsible for just about any damage that can happen to a car. Will not be coming back here, really sad experience.

Doug was exceptional helpful and friendly, helped me with my account and was very professional. Offered to help with services and provided me with information about all the services zips offers. Zips needs more employees like that and I appreciate it greatly. This location looks better than it has ever been .

Windshield, back of mirror still covered with bugs. When I reported this, the kid acted like he was doing me a favor to put me through again, as they had just closed at 4pm! Then was difficult with me about getting back into the wash. I did not feel like he made an effort to take responsibility, so I just left.

Who reviews a car wash? In this case I had to, it was a good experience. I was in a rush yesterday getting errands done when I swung by to get my truck cleaned. The manager walked over introduced him self and offered to clean my floor mats. I forget what we joked about but he did a good job with them and I was out of there in time for my next errand. I really appreciated it Dan!

My side mirror cover was knocked off and broken. Worker went and retrieved it, but informed me that they are not responsible. So I had a VERY expensive car wash! I won't be back.

Absolutely the worst car wash around. They never spray you car when entering, the employees if they notice you are rude and nasty people. I no longer go to this one, I now go East Town location even thou it is out of my way.

Horrible experience. I needed a quick wash after several days of rain, and unfortunately Zips was the only car wash in the area I was in. My car is now dirtier than it was when I took it in there. I didn't even know that was possible. Good reminder of why I cancelled my membership several months ago. They need to maintenance their equipment better. I was sitting in my car literally watching the brush fall apart as it rolled across my windshield. I don't recommend anyone waste $12+ here.

Doug! I appreciate you brother. Great experience from the moment I pulled in. He was super informative about the specials that they were doing and I didn’t feel pressured at all to buy one. I usually do my washes myself but I can see myself using this location specifically because of his energy. Stay cool brother!

Everyone there was very nice, got my service started with Doug, who is a gem. The full cost of the membership wasn’t apparent to me, and that might be my own fault but I was pretty surprised when I was budgeting and saw it was more than I initially expected (35$). The car dryers don’t work as well as I would expect (lots of toweling off by myself), sometimes the prep buckets weren’t out for me to bust off dirt before the wash, but I do appreciate the provided clean cloths to wipe down your car afterwards. Cancelling your membership is a whole other ball game tho, which is what compelled me to write a review; can’t do it in person, the phone call took forever (the whole reason I canceled is I’m too busy and don’t have time to wash my car to justify cost, let alone be on a phone call this long for a simple request), and lots of trying to get me to stay without listening to my bottom line. If there is an easier way I hope you find it.

The staff at this location are sooooo friendly and helpful. We had a great experience on 11/8! We were greeted with a smile by all staff. Jake assisted us with offering to clean our floor mats and even gave us some air fresheners for the car. Very pleased with the services at this location! They go above and beyond!

I went in for a wash yesterday in my husband’s car. The car wash itself was good but left soap on my car. But the female who came out to help me get my wash set up is where my experience was bad, she smelt severely of alcohol and cigarettes, and she looked like she didn’t even know what she was talking about. Overall it was okay but i will not be back!
