My wife and I have used this car wash many times in the past, but most recently I had an experience that I would like to share. I paid and pulled up to the entrance in my truck that I have run through many times in the past. I was told that I could not go through because of the ladder holders had a hook on them. I was a little irritated, but I understood their point. The manager helped me back up and get out of line. I figured that since I am there, I can at least get the inside done. I pulled down to the vacuums where there were maybe 4 or 5 cars, not busy. I proceeded to vacuum and do my windows when a guy pulled up in his truck. He asked if they told me that it costs $3.00 to do this? "No", I replied. "I tried to pay for a car wash and they did not let me in, so I am here to finish what I came here for." He replied " Doesn't matter, it costs $3.00 to clean the inside" Please see the pictures I have attached. Nowhere does it say free with wash....just says free. Very unprofessional! I own two companies, and if I ever pulled a stunt like that with my customers, they would be gone. Just like I am, as well as everyone that I have told and will tell.

I am so happy with the service, my car looks fantastic. I will definitely be back. Thank you Shawn! Also, Stephen is a great employee and very efficient in his duties. I am happy to say this car wash does not ruin my tires or rims and is effective. Thank you Stephen for assisting me and helping out with the vacuums, which are difficult for me to use at times. This is the best car wash in town!

This was my first time here and my first experience with a prepaid contactless car wash. I’m so glad I chose this location. Chris and Colin were incredibly helpful as I navigated the process right into the wrong entrance 🤣 They should get bonuses or raises. Or both. Kind, patient, and helpful retail employees aren’t easy to find these days. The free vacuums and cleaning towels are also a game changer. Oh, and the first wash is free with the app! 5 star service all around ✨

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with the wonderful woman named Destiny the other day. I recently switched bank accounts and did not realize that my membership did not transfer over as I thought I updated on the app and when I pulled up to the kiosk, she came over to reassure me because my barcode was not reading. As she walked over, she showed a great big smile and welcomed me with kindness. She confirmed that my membership was not active and offered to renew, I chose not to sign back up yet. I was going to cancel my idea and she insisted on using her employee car wash for me and honestly was so determined to make sure I had a great day and left with a smile. She deserves recognition and employee of the month if you have that around because you can tell her smile shows up every day! I’ve been to other locations where they are just miserable and don’t even like their jobs so she was very refreshing and I hope to see her again if I do continue my membership :)

I have one of the unlimited plans. It is great because I travel for work and there is always a zips nearby. I probably run the car through once or twice a week. It does a good job and you can clean the inside yourself. I've been a member for years.

This is the only carwash and location I will go to. Everyone who works at this location is always very friendly. Colin is always very helpful. I had an issue in my app and he was able to fix it and put it at my desired location. I never have an issue. The way they push to help you get the good deals is always a great selling point to me because they don’t force you they show you how your going to save. !!
