Our car automatically looked while running with the doors shut. We were locked out. One attendant, retired military gentleman was very helpful with information on who to call. This seems to happen very often. Another tall redheaded man with a beard turned his fan on me to keep me cool while waiting on the locksmith. A third tall man with bandanna on his head brought us water. Nice crew! So thoughtful.

Got the free manager's special wash. Was kinda cool. My only issue was after the wash there was still mud or something stuck to the side of my car. At first I thought it was damage to my car but upon closer inspection (and the fact it came right off when I rubbed it with my finger) I realized it was just dirt........a little disappointing but it was a free wash so expectations weren't super high to begin with. I find the idea of the scrubbies club(you pay a 'subscription' and get 'free' washes whenever you want) to be cool but I don't get my car washed often enough for it to be a worthwhile investment..... photos show the dirt before and after rubbing it with my finger.(the after shot you can see the smudge from where I rubbed it and the blurry dirt spec at the top of the photos is the same dirt spec in both. My camera just stinks at focusing.)

I enjoy a clean car, even if ours are probably not worthy of washing. Having a membership here definitely makes that quick and easy. A life saver during the pollen season too! Staff are friendly, vacuums are strong and always operating... Cleaning supplies are well stocked. Happy Customer, thank you.

I have two membership with Scubby. In June 2024 I brought a caddy and I have only used their company to wash it. Sunday I took my caddy through the car wash and Wednesday I noticed the hood was covered in scratches. Today I went down to Scubby and spoke to a manager. He basically blow me off and said it wasn't their equipment that scratched the hood. See attached photos. Beware

i went there today and paid $37 for the best wash and at the end the buffer never came down on my car When i complained nicely the mang wouldn't talk to me but had his worker tell me they were having problems? i said you should inform people before they pay for it and that was the end i will never go back.

Quick and easy! Plenty of supplies to clean interior of car. My only complaint is I spend time vacuuming and watch the floor mats only to get back into the car and all the sand, dirt and grit on my shoes from the parking area is now all over the floor maps. Might I suggest a pavement vacuuming to cut down on the dirt.

The absolute best car wash! Not only do they do a great job of washing cars but they have the most amazing car mat washing machines. They work amazing! If you have rubber mats they have a designated station to wash then too. Before going through the wash they offer to remove your antenna so that it doesn't get damaged. They have two types of cleaner available Glass Cleaner and All Purpose Cleaner along with tons of clean towels, free vacuums, and high pressure air nozzles.

This place is horrible. Found double monthly charges on my card for 2 different months. In the last 3 days, they have charged my card 3 different times for $19.99. I did not authorize them to. Cant reach corporate in florence, have tried and left messages, emails.I thought I got it taken care of with a manager on site last week. They refunded my card for 19.99.Then a few days later came more and more charges. I am livid and will give my review on every platform until this is fixed.

My membership is set for Georgetown as my main wash but I drive by Murrells on my way to work and Murrells just does it better. The workers make sure they scrub the back of the car good to get all that extra dirt off that sits back there and I appreciate that.

I purchased the monthly unlimited washes and love it. For $20 a month, you just can't beat it. The car comes out clean every time. I usually hand wash my Jeep, but Scrubbys does such a good job I leave it to them to clean my truck and save the hour I usually spend washing my truck.

This is a top quality car wash. The equipment is modern and very efficient. Supporting that are the supervising personnel such as Phillip Rubano who is very personable and anxious to help customers. Phillip recently helped me when a body insignia dropped off of my car. He went into his camera system and identified where it came off and retrieved it. Thank you Phillip.

I’ve been part of their monthly wash club for over a year. The convenience and quality are great! The employees are very kind and a gentleman named Keith took the time to help me when I accidentally got my child’s favorite blanket stuck in the vacuum. Highly recommend!

I washed here once a week. I have three premium wash vehicles and this is the kind of results that we get after repeatedly asking them to fix this problem. Other locations do not do this to my truck unfortunately, this is the one that is less than a quarter mile from my house it is the most Convenient

Scrubby's was the PERFECRT car wash when my husband I were hitting the road. I told Keith and Caylee(sp) that I had to leave a review because I don't think I've been to a wash & vacuum spot that was so clean, well kept, and fully stocked. The mat station was fully functioning and well kept, the vacuum's were revving so loud we couldn't hear each other (that's a good thing because they were SUPER strong), and the cloth and spray stations were also neat. Definitely worth passing the other car wash that was closer to our beach house. We'll definitely keep Scrubby's on our list of pit stops to hit before getting back on the road from SC! :)

Will never take my car to this place again. It came out looking fine but when i went to dry things off there was damage to both the left and right front end bumper. Better off washing your own car since they’re not “liable” for any damage yours may incur.
