Exorbitantly priced for what you get, they don't take cash and couldn't get a receipt. They don't pre-wash your windshield, no tire shine, turn your side view mirrors in or even have towels or cleaner at the vacuum area. Nothing compared to Jet Express, where you get all the above for way less money. I guess the remodel was to take away services and increase the price. Won't be returning. 😵

This place is 100% rip off. When I got to this car wash, they had only had prices to wash 4 vehicles. When I asked a employee how much it costed to wash 1 vehicle, he said it be $18.00. I backed out, and done it at my house, way cheaper than $18.00. This place is a SCAM

Overly expensive and yet did not do even a remotely decent job of washing my pickup. I will not be returning to this waste of time and money of a car wash. Truthfully, I feel a refund should be in order.

I was hoping for an undercarriage wash, but this car wash does not have it, and the attendant can only pre-spray your driver side tires. 😒 I drove my F150 through for the basic package price of $18. It's the closest car wash to me, however for the extended wait time and side-mirror bending results, I probably will not return.

My kid is a new driver and went with their friends to this Long Shoals location to get a basic wash. They said they wanted a BASIC WASH but were charged $18, which is absolutely crazy, and were confused why. This morning I heard they were doing the same at the Tunnel Road location. Telling employees that if anyone wanted a basic wash just to give them the basic plus and charge them for it, which is $18 instead of $12. So shady. I also had a ton of problems with them years ago when my credit card was stolen and they nearly doubled my monthly membership on the new card.

Will NEVER be coming back. They put scratches on our car and went to look at bumper it's scratched too somehow. Waste of money and do not recommend for anyone. Also popped out driver mirror good thing it pops right back. Chipped paint on left side where there's a plastic stripe so that really sucks. Did more damage than cleaning.

Tried out a free $30 value car wash and even though the mail out coupon was appreciated, if I had actually paid $30 for this wash, it would be at most one star. Pre treat just one side and top (as though the right side never needs attention. Nothing for the tires. Standard drive through with nothing special. A $30 value? I was disappointed and live less than 10 minutes away.

Zips was having an issue with(equipment ) when I was getting a car wash. I was advised to come back on another day by Zips staff. I came back a few days later for wash which was declined by manager Eugene. Eugene was very rude , condescending, disrespectful and accused me of being disrespectful to his staff on a Sunday which I was out of town . Eugene the manager stated he was on the phone when this incident occurred ( being disrespectful to zips staff about car not being clean after wash ) assumed it was me ! He proceeded to tell me I could just leave??????!!!!! Unfortunately I had a funeral to attend and didn’t have much time to react and needed my car washed . I paid 30$ !!!! I was very disappointed and upset. The staff ( young lady) tried to apologize for the manager’s rude behavior. Not to mention as I pulled In car wash the attendant didn’t even rinse my car!!!??????? I am local and did like zips service previous. I called corporate and asked for a refund and was told NO????? Can attach email from Zips if needed. Stated I used car wash 1 time ?????? I proceeded to ask what $30 paid for ???? Never got clear response. I sent email to ZIPS NOT TO REMOVE ANY MONEY FROM my Account and to cancel this $30 membership !!! Star rate is 0!

My car's been particularly dirty lately, so I went to Zips and got a membership during a promo they were having. The carwash itself is pretty nice! The vacuum area seems well maintained and clean, and the carwash itself does a decent job of getting regular dirt off, however it seems to struggle with the really caked on stuff. Going through twice seems to help a lot, but I still have to get out of my car afterwards and manually rub some of it off with a rag. Honestly, it seems like a pretty good but typical car wash. Normally, I'd rate it three or maybe four stars. HOWEVER, there is one gentleman there named Skylar who went above and beyond to help me, and he is the reason I'm giving this Zips location five stars. Normally when I go through a car wash, including this specific one, the person guiding cars in and manually spraying them does a pretty lazy job. Most of the time they don't even bother spraying both sides of my car. Today, the guy who was there guided my car in and didn't bother spraying it at all (I almost removed a couple stars for that). But Skylar is awesome. He took his time and sprayed my car down very thoroughly. Even so, I had to go through again because the dirt/mud/mold/dead leaves were so caked on my car that there was still some left over. When he saw me come through again, not only did he take his time spraying it down again, but he grabbed a rag and actually scrubbed some of the worst spots off. AMAZING. I've genuinely never had such good customer service at any carwash I've been to in any of the states I've lived/gotten a car wash. He was so kind, and he spoke with me a little about how his car gets stuff stuck on it too. I'm just very impressed. Skylar, if you're reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Your kindness means a lot and left a big impression on me.

Ask for cheap basic wash only offer BASIC PLUS for 18 instead of 12$. No wonder they have someone meet you at the check in gate so they can rip you off and don't let you get basic wash. Great business model… never again. Arden, NC. Airport road.

I was a member of this location and was happy to try it. In every city I've lived in I've had a car wash membership and I wanted to like this spot. This place never quite does the full job cleaning. Many brushes missing in the tunnel, my car still typically has soap on it as I exit. I canceled my membership but needed to vacuum my car today so I decided to use some points I still had in the app and get a basic wash plus. I waited for a bit before an attendant came out to help me redeem the wash since the app wasn't cooperating. After a bit of waiting for that, pulled up to the wash and had to wait again for a bit for someone to wash prep the car and initiate the wash. Once done, pulled around and went to grab towels to get the soap off the car but there were no towels. No towels are a reoccurring theme at this car wash. Everyone talks about how wonderful Walter is here, assuming he may be the manager but I've never encountered him or received any real customer service here. If this spot has a manager, they've never offered to help in any way. I'm glad I canceled my membership at this spot.

definitely has good pricing, but they’re Ottawa leaves a bit to be desired. for the life of me, I can’t understand how you can spray down just one side of the car before you enter the wash instead of both side sides. Also, the automatic machinery does not wash the back of my SUV so there’s always dirt on the back of my SUV I would say this place is subpar.

Attendant signed me up at the kiosk, never took my name, phone number or email, just my credit card. Now when I want to cancel I can't. System says I don't exist, even though they charge me every month and I have their RFID barcode on my car window. RFID appears to be associated with someone else. Very very hard to cancel this subscription service. For that reason alone, I would pass. The response given below yields no results and I keep getting the run around. They won't cancel and so I will file with pay pal and reverse ALL charges to this fraudulent what ever whom ever they are.

Absolutely the worst value! More than $18 for a lousy wash with no pre-wash. Refused to re-run the car when some of the panels weren’t even washed, and said we should use their rags to wash the body panels because they were “not paying for our car being dirty”. This is not a place I’d spend money at in the future.

UPDATE: After several emails and verification of my payment, Zips did refund the $6.00 difference. That was appreciated. Be aware of what they charge you for basic car wash. I told the person basic at 12 (or 12.50), when I got home and checked my credit card, I was charged 18.00 for basic! Not pleased at all! Won't be going back to Zips with this deception.

Went there today and the car wash I received was exactly as expected any drive through carwash would be. Later, I was looking specifically for someplace to wash under the car of salt from the recent weather. I asked when I was there about that particular service and was told that is not something they offer. No big deal. HOWEVER, when I went to look up a car wash that did offer that, their business came up. Multiple times. Their social media has several posts over the last few months advertising "protect your car from, ice, snow, and salt." But their website and not specifically list salt removal or undercarriage cleaning. No where does. Just this vague promise of cleaning and protecting your car from winter weather. Also, the only way to discover they don't offer a service is talk to the employee at the front of the line. And there is no good way to leave the line once you're in it. Unless you back up out of the kiosk area which you can't do if someone is behind you. The standard car wash services they actually provide is perfectly adequate. But the nonspecific advertisement of services they don't offer seems very misleading, borderline intentionally manipulative. The whole thing comes off as a trick to get people in for services they don't provide and a trap to make it difficult to leave once you're there. It feels sneaky and dishonest. I'll pass thanks.
