Nickolas and team are fantastic, and I'll absolutely be taking every car there for PPF in the future. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. When I arrived for my consultation, Nickolas walked me through my options, explained what to expect from each of them. I will say the quote I got here was a touch more expensive than some other spots around town, but the service and responsiveness you get for it is more than worth it. Going back in a few weeks for a complementary car wash and film inspection so they can fix any small defects that may become apparent between now and then (which is something even XPel corporate shops I've used in the past don't bother to do). They really stand behind their work, and their work from what I can tell so far is very solid. Now I'm just mad it's getting too cold to take the car out for a drive b/c it looks so damn good.

I called and left a message and within a few minutes Nicholas returned my call and I met him at his shop ( which by the way was spotless ) to discuss PPF. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. Nicholas called me on the progress and when I went to get my 2022 CX5 I was all smiles ! The quality of work was second to none. I’m so happy with Nick’s professionalism I plan on having him Ceramic Coat my Mazda in the near future. I now put Ceramic Coating on my CX5 and again Nicholas did an amazing job .

They replaced the blue stripes on my Mustang as my previous ones had oxidized really bad, and then they put a ceramic coating on the entire car. It came out beautiful & I could not be more pleased. They were wonderful to work with especially helpful picking out my new color for the stripes, & got the whole job done right on time & even cleaned the inside for me. I love how it turned out & these guys are top notch. I highly recommend them⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Professional!!! my whole experience here was amazing and very professional. I called to get my windows tinted and was greeted by Chris, a well informed, nice and knowledgeable. He walked me thru every step of the way to were i felt comfortable and understood exactly what was gonna happen and what was best for my individual needs. he called when done, and the big reveal was like i was on a car tv show. Just gonna say hands down the best place around for car detailing needs no matter if its interior/exterior, had my 2020 Mustang ceramic coated, couldn't be any happier. The crew at IR auto solutions put their skills to the test and the car looks better then it did when I purchased it. IR Auto Solutions helped me fix a removal gone wrong on my bubbly back window tint. They removed all traces of glue and old film, careful not to damage the defrosters, then installed a new tint. The end result looks good as new a month later (even after using the defrosters) and they said if it bubbled up again they would fix it free of charge. Dana and the rest of the team were great to work with as well. Thanks!

We have never owned brand new cars before so we are new to the field of paint protection. From the get-go, Nick was so responsive with answering all of our questions. Never once did we feel pressured into something. He was patient with our decision making process and was flexible with our schedules. Blue Silverado went with ceramic coating and the red RAV4 Prime got PPF plus ceramic coating. Not only do our vehicles look more incredible than they did on day one of purchase, but the customer service and professionalism these guys have is unmatched. These guys are awesome! Their detail and ceramic coat made my 9 month old abused vehicle look better than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. All of the scratches in the piano black are gone, no more haze or well water spots in the paint and my faded headlight trim was restored to black. I also got pine sap on the paint later the day I picked it up, and they asked me to bring it back and removed the sap and fixed the ceramic coat for me.

I did a good bit of research on PPF installers throughout WNC and the Upstate, and I don't think you can find better quality and pricing anywhere. I had IR work on two of my vehicles. They fully detailed and ceramic coated my 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR2. The car has never been garaged and had been ceramic coated twice before with inferior products, and after the IR treatment it looks better than it ever has including when I took delivery new from the dealer. It looks fantastic and rain just rolls right off the truck. The bigger job was my 2024 BMW M2, which was getting a PPF matte conversion along with full tint and a rear spoiler install. They absolutely nailed the install on the tint and spoiler, then went above and beyond to get the PPF perfect at the follow-up appointment. In addition to the quality of their work the customer service was outstanding (shout out to Chris and Leo in particular). I can't recommend IR highly enough. You won't be disappointed.
