Waited a while for attendant to come out - he was on the phone. Paid $15 to receive dirty car at end of wash - went to use vacuums - very low suction and No trash cans available - won’t use again! They used to have great service - disappointed.

I just wish this place and many others around here would know their business. You go through an automated car wash so you avoid being accosted by people. But apparently you have to speak to an attendant for them to work something on their table. You have to answer a load of questions. You have to sit through the sales pitch of different upgrades and membership. Then you have to hand someone your personal card to scan just to go through an automated car wash. It isn't even that good of a wash or even cheap. You can do it yourself in your driveway with the same amount of time and end up with a better job. The vacuum stations do a great job.

Vacuums actually work & leave carpets clean but the actual wash sucks, it just moves dirt from one side to the other & only throws soap on the drivers side the first time. You can see all the streaks & dirt moved around. And why can’t we use the kiosk to pay ourselves, we have to wait on someone to run on then they take forever on trying to convince us to get the more expensive wash. At first everything was good but it’s been going downhill.

Great Car Wash. I have had to come twice in 2 weeks, both times Kevin was working and truly is the epitome of customer service. It's great to see people still committed to customer service and professional courtesy. I'll definitely be back. Free vacuums, comparable wash that did the job!

I just left there 30 minutes ago. It would not give me my change back and that took about 3 or 4 minutes and I only got it as my car was halfway through getting soap applied and had to roll the window down to get it. When I pulled around to vacuum it and dry it off I found out the whole vacuum system was down. So that means spend 10 minutes driving home and then another 10 minutes going back tomorrow and then another 10 minutes coming back home just to get the car vacuumed. Sorry to leave a bad review but the truth is the truth. I will come back again and see what happens a second time, thanks.

Done with Zips… vacuums are 50/50 if they work and don’t even reach the trunk. No towels or when there are towels they are all soaked. No air blowers. The attendants always look like they are annoyed they have to walk outside, majority of them won’t even look at you. So many other options in the area that take pride in earn reoccurring business. Just not worth it.

Better options are plenty. Used to be a good local car wash before it was taken over by this franchise. Went today for a "free" wash (when you download the app). The machinery and washing cycle looks and feels flimsy. No pre-bumper windshield or bumper wash.

Zips is my go to car wash. I like that they have multiple locations and my subscription will work at all of them. The customer service is great. Kevin is always very helpful. I’ve used them for years and have never been unhappy with the car wash. They also offer free vacuums, wash cloths and cleaners. These help me keep the dog hair at bay. I won’t go anywhere else.

Justin was really kind, informative, and professional. I highly recommend this location and their phenomenal staff! My car is spotless, the vacuums were awesome, and the free towels and cleaner were an added bonus. Mom of 3 boys here so that little extra makes a huge difference! Not sure what that magical cleaner is but it got out who knows what that was sticky in my floor and got rid of all the fingerprints. Plus the staff were all smiles and ready to help! Thanks again Justin for signing us up for the monthly membership. It is a great deal!

Great exterior wash monthly plan. plan to towel dry, vacuum inside, wipe down inside the car yourself. Vacuums are powerful. Be careful you don't vacuum up small items you plan to keep!

As I paid and pulled up to the tire conveyer belt I could already tell this place was not as updated as the ones surrounding the area, nonetheless, I continued - halfway through the car wash I hear scratching and when I pulled to the vacuums I indeed saw inflicted scratches from their machinery. The manager was understanding and helped me file a claim, but I wouldn’t recommend until they’re more up to date.. EDIT***** they denied my claim because they FELT their machinery did not cause - I implore you to NEVER come here.

Beware, this car wash left my vehicle dirtier than it came in, and Zips did not make it right. I went on Sunday and there was only one attendant. She was very sweet when I showed her my vehicle right after running my vehicle through the car wash. She informed me she would need to reach out to a manager before letting me go through again or giving me a refund. Once she reached a manager they told her I would have to return the next day, but I don't live in that area and I would be back at work on Monday so this was not a solution for me. Her manager also did not approve a refund. She was empathetic and very professional. I told her I would just call the next day to request a refund but when I called I was sent to a call center where the agent said All car wash sales are final and offered a code for me to go back. Since I don't live in the area the code would do me no good. Now, why the heck didn't they let me go through the wash a second time to clean up my vehicle at that moment?! Makes no sense. And the basic wash is $12!! In my area it costs between $8-$10. Anyway, Terrible wash and terrible customer satisfaction. AVOID this place if you can.

I pay $35+ a month for a membership and it’s been absolutely disappointing the past 5 times I’ve been here. No trash cans. No rags or spray. Only half of the vacuums work. I have the highest level membership and frequently get half quality… just a bummer!! A year ago it wasn’t like this. I’ll be cancelling :(

Do NOT recommend at all. I would leave negative stars if I could. I just bought my car it is less than 3 months old, and I took it to Zips to get it washed. My car was not only left just as dirty afterwards, but it had multiple scratches across all of the surfaces. My roof, hood, mirrors, doors and all. I told the employee and was only given a customer service number to which they’re closed anyways so that was no help.
