I strongly advise not to go here,wash cycles not good , vacuum not working no signs up,spoke to mgr he said owner told him not to put up signs to let people know vacuum not working.I have been coming here for a long time and referred a lot of people but I will not be back and I am putting a comment on FB also

Says under new management. 1st when I see the grass overgrown that's immediately a bad sign. 12 dollar car wash was not good and my car was still wet (blower ot good). Definitely gone down since it 1st opened.. won't do back.

Worst car wash ever! I paid for the most expensive car wash and when I got to the vacuums there was still soap on the sides and back end of my car!! Will not go back there again!

Used to stop here because it was a few bucks cheaper than Fuel City. Never again. The first time I was turned off because I was harassed by an employee to give him a tip before the car wash even started and then got an attitude when I wouldn't, but the last straw was today. My teenager daughter took her car there to get washed. There were 2 men working at the time and one of them stopped her at the beginning of the car wash trying to start a conversation with her about her car, then asking her how old she was, what she was doing, etc. This made her very uncomfortable. The man kept telling her how much he liked her car and offered to give her money for it. She politely laughed him off and tried to get him to just start the car wash so she could drive through it. It wasn't until another employee told him to stop flirting that he let her go. Once she was through the wash, she pulled around to the vacuums and parked to clean out the interior of her car. She could see the two men through her window talking and they kept turning to look at her. She stayed in her car and picked up trash in her hand without getting out of her car. The man with all the questions then walked over to her car and stood at her window until she made eye contact with him. At this point she decided not to get out and throw her trash away, so she left it in her car. She put her car in reverse and then cracked her window to see what he wanted. He then continued to talk about how he loved her car and wanted to hand dry it for her and when she declined, he continued to pry at her with other questions. She said she had to go because people were waiting on her and then she left quickly. This is scary behavior from your employees, especially toward a teenage child. I have tried to call all the phone numbers listed for the car wash at this address but they were all disconnected. We will NEVER be back. Women and young women, be warned.

Won't be going back until complete repairs are done. Won't accept cash, half vacuums not working, ones that do are great(only positive about this location) attendant does not wash back of vehicle, several jets and arms not functioning, car still wet after going through blowers. Water spots on car

Had a great customer service, the employee that was in charge today of the washer machine was super helpful and nice I had a problem w my card and he was there helping me. I wasn’t able to get his name but he was wearing a hat.

I’m pretty sure they have lowered water use down to 5%. I’ve never been in a car wash that used so little water. Left my truck filthy and covered in soap. First and last visit.

Will NOT be returning. Please do not refer to your customers as "mama". I didn't give birth to any of ya'll. Also, the customer service here is a joke. It seems their phones are more important than customer satisfaction. Suggestion... invest in towels that don't leave residue behind when wiping down vehicles. I'll be taking my business to the car wash at Fuel City from now on.

Horrible car wash, barely in the stove on your car, vacuum can't suck up a lemon, and the courtesy towels can't drive up raindrop! I was passing through need a quick car wash, never stop by there again;
