Very Unhappy. I used my card to purchase a $2.00 car wash. They charged me $10.00 for a 4 minute carwash. That's a ripoff! I want my money back!

Took my truck in for a Wash and detail the wash is okay doesn't really get it clean but also got the inside detailed and wheel the wheels were still dirty they didn't even get the dust off the dash on the steering column for the money they charge it's just not worth it I'm looking for a new car wash that does a better job

Since I have switched to Splash in Bryant, I love it. They hire the best people. Always friendly, smiling, and helpful. The manager is always smiling and waving. She is always keeping the facilities in top notch shape, clean and working properly, of course I have the unlimited package and go by quite often….wash and vacuums are the best around!! I’ve moved from Bryant to Benton, but I still come back to Splash in Bryant.

I came here in October 2023 to check it out as I was shopping for a monthly place in Arkansas,I was given a free wash and liked it but I was still looking for. Although I didn’t buy my membership at this location as I’m usually at Chenal I’ve used it several times passing through and it’s definitely one of splashes better locations except for no oil change or inside vacuums. It’s always clean and in working order. And the employees are always nice. Splash has my fleets business.

My wife and I have been using Splash car wash since they opened in Benton. After the first time getting my vehicle washed, I was impressed with the quality and the cleanliness of my vehicle, I decided to sign up for the annual unlimited wash. I have always gotten a great car wash and they give a towel to there annual customers and trade with a clean one as needed.👍 and on top of that I can get my car washed at any of there locations.

New location in Bryant is an interesting improvement over Benton location. Equipment works including all vacuums. Provides access table with towels and a covered canopy to keep your vehicle out of direct sunlight and preventing spotting

Splash Car Wash in Bryant is hands down the best car wash experience I’ve ever had! Lee is an absolute gem – every time I come in, she greets me with a big smile and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. One time, she even helped me wipe down my tires and vacuum my car, and when I tried to give her a tip, she refused and said it was her pleasure. It’s rare to find that level of kindness and dedication! The entire staff is always friendly and attentive, making every visit a positive experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!

This was my second time at this car wash. My first time was SO perfect. Very friendly employees and my car was SO clean. The guy set me up with the option that shines wheels. Tonight.... was different the young guy was very friendly and knowledgeable of all the services and stuff. The car was seemed ALOT quicker. Like sped up if that makes sense? Vacuums are always perfect. But I was very disappointed to pay $22 and not get the clean I got last time.

They have a great car wash and monthly plan for unlimited washes. Truck always looks great afterwards. Vacuums are always on, no need to keep hitting the button after your allotted time runs out. Garbage is always emptied and always staffed professionally and friendly.

Our car has multiple brush like pattern scratches that occurred after going to the Bryant Splash Car Wash. We took it the very next morning after wash the night before noticing a pattern of scratches on our hood. There is nothing that could have made the scratches, not a tree, not anything. They are fine scratches, multiple in a pattern like a brush across the hood. We did not have those scratched before the wash. Bryant Splash said it didn’t fit the pattern of their brushes. They refused to do anything about it! Terrible terrible customer service!!
