I never had a complaint with this car wash until today. One thing I dislike is going to a place that is not supposed to be closed and is closed. I got there at 7:15pm and it was closed. I couldn't even get in to speak with anyone because they had a signed with the business hours closing the entrance. Ironically it clearly stated Friday they closed at 8pm. I got there 45 minutes before 8pm so is not like I got there at almost 8pm. I pay monthly for my membership and this really made me feel some type of way.

Happy to have found this place. Organized and friendly team. A great quality and timely wash with multiple drying blowers and hand drying staff as you exit. The vacuum station can be crowded at times but it's worth the wait with powerful vacuums on both sides that have plenty of reach AND have thinner end hoses! Noticed the snacks and car detailing sale items after I left. Will be back for sure.

First timer here and definitely the last. Chrome part on my side mirror on my Chevrolet Silverado comes off and I ask the manager to check and see where it was. Well he goes to check and said he did not find it. Asked me to leave my number and they would look for it and call me back. Why would I do that?? So I go and look for it myself only to find it broken. Btw it’s in clear visible sight so how he didn’t see it, I’m not sure SMH! There was a reason he didn’t bring it, he didn’t want his future customers to see him walking with a broken piece of chrome. Very disappointed canceling the membership I got today on both trucks. One hell of expensive car wash this was SMH 17.50 plus the new parts I have to buy for my truck. Just very upset he lied!!!

Today I paid $25 for a car wash and my car isn’t clean. I went straight back to the manager and I’m being told that I need to pay again. Please train employees better. After some calling we got the problem resolved 🙌🏽

Used to have people dry your car off and clean your mirrors, now the wash is overpriced and will not clean it at the level you expect. Cost me $25 , plenty of other car washes that are better and cheaper around the area.

I was looking for a new place to take care of my car washing needs after my favorite place closed and this place looked potentially promising based on the appearance and reviews. Google search lists it as a Full Service car wash. It was in a convenient location and looked like a nice place. Perhaps my expectations were off. 'Full Service' this is not. When I go to a Full Service car wash, I expect to turn my car over to a team of guys and go sit in an air conditioned waiting room until my car is spotless clean. I was greeted by a friendly employee when I pulled into the dual-lane entry and he answered my questions regarding the service options to my satisfaction. I was overdue for a wash so I let the lack of interior service slide. That said, if I wanted to stand out in the heat and use a free vacuum after what is essentially a gas station quick wash, I could have stayed at home in my garage with my Dyson! And, I wouldn't have share hoses while staring at a sign that tells me "5 Minutes Please". Stop promoting FREE vacuums and FREE mat cleaners; it's not that spectacular. The cursory 'hand dry' and 'tire shine' after pulling out of the wash tunnel were subpar. My wheels are still dirty and the tires have no shine whatsoever. Not one door was opened to dry the sills. Not worth the $15 I paid for their top-tier 'Best' service. I'll keep my search going for something better or just use a gas station wash when I'm filling up.

DONT COME HERE —- I just went to this car wash location because someone told me it was good but i ended up really disappointed I way like 15 min to just paid and after I got the car wash it ended up all wet like really wet and someone told me they were gonna dried up but no one died so I was thinking using the vacuum I can dry my car but there was like 4 cars waiting in line there’s literally no parking all was full so I just ended up leaving with all my car wet I don’t think about coming back. I just found out my car has a lot of scratches fro the car wash I know my car and it didn’t have before

One person drying cars at the end of the wash. They had to keep pausing the car wash because they were so backed up. Then, when it came to get dried off, the crew did not fix my mirrors that were moved during the car wash. Overall does not seem like the operation is running smoothly. Very expensive for little customer service. I don't recommend this location.

Horrible car wash! I chose the basic wash which was over priced for $12. This issue was the top of my car didn’t even get touched with water. I have dirt still on my car and that has never happened to me when going to a drive through car wash. The people who whipped down my car must have used a dirty towel because I have scum on my trunk. Money wasted for sure.

Terrible customer service after paying 24 dollars for the “pro” wash. There was still dirt and bird poop on the car and when I brought it to their attention I was told I could purchase another car wash. Lmao, for real? Paid 24 dollars 5 minutes prior and my options are only to purchase another one? Overpriced, poor quality work, rude and unhelpful when you have a problem. Something I never do but I’m Disputing the credit card charge because the service and quality was so bad.

I just used this car wash for the first time 20minutes ago and my car has some deep scratches from it in the front that will probably cost me thousands of dollars to fix. I would avoid this place like a plague. Ruined my morning. The wash didn’t even clean my car properly, so they didn’t even do that right and damaged my car.

Came here for a quick wash, got boxed in and forced to wait in line for 10 minutes while the guy laughed and tried to up-sale a membership. Others were being waved to the other lane. Lack of professionalism. Left without service and will not be back. Save your money and time.

Price advertised on the street was $9, but the basic wash was $12 once inside. I went through the wash twice and the car still did not come out clean. Staff said additional payment was required for further cleaning. Just be aware of the pricing difference and limitations of the basic wash.

I'm not sure what the deal is. I purchased a 2-month car wash for half price which was $12 for 2 months and all the sudden today I go to get my car washed, and they say they're trying to charge me again already and I've only had the plan for one month. Can someone please check on this for me? That was an issue at a different zips location the other day with my license plate and the information not being entered. I honestly feel like I paid for something and I'm not getting the service.

They advertise one price and then it’s up to you to make sure they honor that price. The Basic Car Wash is advertised as $9 “Basic Car Wash”. If you drive up and ask for the “basic car wash” (which is what I did) you will be charged $12. When I asked the rep and then the manager about the price discrepancy I was informed “unless you say you want to pay $9, you will charged the $12”. The manager did make it right by me and reimbursed me the $3 which is why there’s any stars at all but it smells like “bait and switch”.

I’ve came to this car wash way before it was bought out , ever since it’s has only degraded the service and increased the charge to have the machines scratch your vehicle and leave basically every stain on the car. I payed their membership for months on end to wash my car twice everytime that I came . Just now to ask employees if I can rewash my car because the spots I came to take care of where still on my vehicle( keep in mind they just happened less than a day ago) to only be informed by the employees that the car wash won’t actually “wash” my car and that I can’t rewash it even though I have so many times before because my car is so low half of the time it would only get watered on . The poor management and attention to detail on behalf of the owners would only keep devaluing what Tommy’s was for so long . Oh and I’m disputing my $30 wash too , you have a better chance at hand washing your car with your eyes closed than coming here . I would love to speak to management as well to delight them of the concerns I genuinely express for their employees .
