The machine wash scratches my car but they wipe down inside pretty good, They also BROKE my side mirror band it's been a week and I haven't heard anything about replacing it. I've went there a few times and they give me the run around, but they did fix the problem and I will continue getting my 2 cars cleaned every week. Best car cleaning on the north side ❌🧢, and I'm still goin and I just left

I typically don’t do negative reviews but after the events, service, and lack of customer service that EZ shine car wash has display is utterly ridiculous. My wife and I been coming her for sometime and they damaged my wife vehicle by wreckless driving into the car wash and created a massive coolant leak. When it came out of the car wash our car was smoking as if it was about to have a fire under the hood. An attendant said it was cool water from the car wash on the engine but come to find out it was the coolant. I went to speak to the manager about it and he had a smug look and smirk laughing at my dilemma that occurred at the location and was no help at all. If he would have show just the slightest empathy I would have never wrote this review. Our incident took place 12/17/22 @ 5:11pm so whoever is the owner look at the attending manager. I will never come back to this location because it’s trash and only good to watch unsolicited hood fights from angry customers and attendants because of the lack of professionalism. Good riddance because this place is trash and it ain’t no way around it.

This place was great. 11 bucks, my car was done in 10 minutes, and its actually clean. Not saying its spotless, but my dog's hair has even gone so far as to infiltrate my toothbrush... so I'm a realist. I got there at 8:45 am on a Saturday. There were 2 cars ahead of me, and both were done and gone within minutes of me sitting down to wait. Seriously though, these guys were great, friendly, and I'll be going back.

Took our company veterinary transport van here to get the basic wash for $8.00. Didn't need anything else. One of the rear wipers was snapped off. A manager was running the machine and it felt that he was not to proficient in it's operation. The initial response when I immediately reported the damage was nonchalant like it did not matter at all. Have filed a report and was told to wait 48 hours. I will NOT take my personal vehicles here and do not think I will bring our company ones here either!

Service was fast, free vacuums are a + and the attendant that took my payment was polite and knowledable. He answered my questions accurately and politely. The detailing folk at the end did not do the best job in drying the car though.. left lots of watermarks and some of my windows worse than had they air dried.

This is a great car wash! Speedy service and the staff is always pleasant. I was scared at first thinking my car would get damaged from an auto wash but no issues here. Definitely look into getting a monthly membership, it’s worth it!

Do not use this business! Worse customer service ever! I’ve visited this car wash and detail shop several times prior to today. Previous service has been mediocre at best but it is conveniently located near me. Today I stopped in and the young lady at the outside stand was rude and provided poor service. I pull in second behind a mini van while I’m waiting for her to finish assisting that individual, a third vehicle pulls in to the right of me. She finishes with the first car and then heads to the third car. I get out my car and say excuse me I was next. She rolls her eyes and continues to assist the individual in the third car. Of course, I informed the manager but nothing was done. I will never frequent this establishment again. I work too hard for my money to give it to a business that cares nothing for me or the quality of service they provide me. Dear management, customers do not have to deal with your poor service and rude behavior. You are not the only provider of this service. Sincerely, A customer who will never return to your business again!

The visit started off well. Courteous and professional. They called me that my truck was ready. I paid for a hand wash on my full size truck. I looked my truck over and noticed one mirror wasn’t touched. The other mirror was only half cleaned. Two of the wheels had not been touched. All of the door handles were dirty. Many various places around the truck had not seen the touch of a sponge as well. I did not have time to wait for a re-wash and asked for a voucher. The cashier refused. I asked for the manager. As I was pointing out all of the areas neglected to have been washed, the person who washed my truck started wiping with a dry rag the places that had not been washed. I asked him to stop because dry wiping dirt off my truck is not acceptable and would scratch my paint. The manager was even less helpful and became discourteous at that point. Once his attitude became apparent I asked for a refund as I was no longer wishing to return. Ever. The manager refused to give me a refund or a voucher and started to complain about… “how am I supposed to pay my employees, cost of soap, etc.” He said the best he could do was give me $20 back and have his guy continue to dry wipe the dirt off my truck. At this point my patience and accommodation of the establishments ridiculous and unprofessional behavior had reached its end. I asked for the owners phone number as it was clear the manager was not willing to help. The manager tried to call someone and didn’t seem to get through. At that point the manager relented and gave me a refund. I thanked him for that. Not once did I become rude or unprofessional. The quality of the wash is what I would expect if I paid a neighborhood kid $10 to wash the truck, not the $60 they charged. I thanked the manager for giving me a refund. At that point the manager asked me to never come back. Well sir, that is exactly what will happen. I will never go back. And I sincerely hope I will help anyone else make that same decision. If you need a drive through car wash I’m sure this place is fine. But if you need a detail and/or hand wash… run! Run far away. Hopefully the owner will see this review and make necessary corrections with their employees so no one else will have to experience this terrible service.

With automatic systems every car wash is the same, so the main difference makers are staff. It doesn’t matter what mood are you in, they will make it better. Simple phrases, carefully, responsiveness are perfect words to describe people who work there. The location is also very convenient, just across the street from Walmart, shopping, and a few restaurants.

04/05/2022 - Came back. Wash was even worse this time. Posting photos of what happens when the air dryer isn't functioning properly and they don't dry the car. Have enjoyed the new management over the last year or so. Disappointed today to see that the $8 Basic Express no longer includes towel drive. While they might save <2 minutes on my car, it also means that their personnel lose out on the tip money that customers like me would otherwise give. Not sure if / when I'll be back.

Hadn't visited here in a year. Seems they're under new management now and have lots of new wash & vacuum equipment. very friendly management. The high quality ceramic wax option was very good. Shiny clean car. Very impressive.

This was a terrible car wash. These two pictures does the terrible job they did no justice. My paint and windows were still dirty when I left the carwash. I had some writing on my window from where my car was towed and they refused get it off. Don’t waste your money.

A week ago, I experienced a damaging incident at EZ Shine Wash Dallas on Forest Lane (8040 Forest Ln, Dallas, TX 75243). The washing mechanism malfunctioned and broke my passenger side mirror. I immediately parked my vehicle, assessed the damage, and took photos for documentation. I sought assistance from the manager, Antonio Hernandez, who acted professionally by taking his own photos and filing an incident report. However, a whole week has passed since the incident, and I am extremely disappointed to report that no one from the establishment has had the decency to even reach out to me. There has been a complete lack of communication and accountability from the business regarding this matter. I am left with a damaged vehicle and zero follow-up from the establishment that caused the damage. It's deeply concerning and frustrating to be treated with such disregard. I will continue to update this review based on how the establishment handles this situation moving forward. As of now, I cannot recommend this business due to their lack of responsibility and customer care. ( I stopped by today and they refunded me what I paid for the car wash, when the incident happened)

Horrible horrible car wash! Don’t be fooled by the 3.6 stars. The good reviews are from years ago when it was different owners/management. Employee will guide you in for the express wash and damage your car. Their response why didn’t you look at the mirror. I was looking at your employee. They will damage your car have you fill out paperwork then avoid your calls. Be rude to you when you stop by with responses from Mangers “l know nothing!” If you want a halfway washed damaged car, they’ll take you. Call the number on the claim sheet no answer, text it no response. No answer when you call the car wash either. Avoid this place like the plague folks it’ll cost you in the end. I just paid to have the rims resurfaced and regret this place because it was convenient. Now I’ll have to pay $200 each again.

Horrible service and damaged my car! Sent me through the tunnel no water came out the whole wash only soap. A huge metal part came slamming into my side drivers side mirror and knocked it off. They didn’t care at all haven’t called me and also tried to keep my mirror. I will never go here again! The manager was rude and so nonchalant about it!

Went twice in 1 day because of their professionalism, customer service, and great quality car wash. The people were beyond helpful and also gave me tips on how to save money. Although it’s a car wash and at the end of their shift, they were still happy to be there and help. They told me where to go for free vacuums and wiped my car dry for me. I will continue to go there and I highly recommend it.
