John and AB are they are absolutely the sweetest and most helpful gentlemen ever. I’ve been up here today makes 3 times. I had an issue with my car and when I tell you John went above and beyond to help me out not just the knowledge he was telling me but showing that says a lot about the people. Thankful for these helpful young men and the courteousness that they genuinely show. Will definitely come back to bring my vehicles.

Not impressed with Zips car wash after spending 30 dollars. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Alot was left behind after my car wash. See my pictures. The added tire shine did nothing to my tires but make them look worse. Bird poo on windshield still there. The actual wash time is so quick and the results so poor.

Just learned that this place is under new management, I had a chance to chat with the manager, Zach. Super welcoming and warm energy and he highlighted that I can come back at any time to use the free vacuums. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back!!

I paid $30 for a car wash just to get my back windshield scratched up. Car has less than 1000 miles, brand new. No one did my tires or any of the other add ons I paid for. Didn’t even clean my car all the way. Extremely disappointed. EDIT: Not shocked to get an automated bot response. No heart or soul whatsoever. Scum company. At least the workers are kind. EDIT 2: "However, we found no evidence of a 4-6 inch in length and 1/4-1/2 inches tall pattern or any other consistent damage that would typically occur due to a mechanical issue." What a joke.

Aaryn did an amazing job she is the assistant manageable was out there working just like everyone else, and immediately put a smile on my face, when I tell you met with Energy that burst through your soul, she was everything, and not to mention the wash was amazing and on point I would advise anybody to get their car washed here you pay for what you get and let’s just say they are nothing but quality and top-tier, but the customer service that she provided was amongst the best people like her that makes business like this thrive! W in the chat for this young lady!! I’m hoping they give you some type of raise or some type of acknowledgment because now I will be a customer forever!

Beware going to this car wash I wash my car few weeks ago and ended up with damages to my windshield they take no ownership in figuring out a solution ...customer service is trash. Was giving nothing but run around I would highly recommend getting a hand car wash and not going to this one as if any damage happens your on your own!!! Horrible experience

Do NOT go to this car wash. Zips on Lemmon dented my roof several times — one large dent and several small ones. I heard a bang while in the tunnel but because I was in a hurry, I figured it hadn’t caused a lot of damage and continued on. BIG MISTAKE. When I went home (Do NOT go to this car wash. This was my brand new car and I don’t have the funds to repair these dents. I am so upset about it. I should’ve stopped and inspected my car before leaving, but their services shouldn’t cause damages.
