The car wash is literally broken almost every other time I go. And out of every other time it's partially broken! I bought a new vehicle and sold my old one and they're going to charge me for around 6 months before it will stop charging me for my old vehicle. Ridiculous!

Was visiting a cousin in NC. Her car was super dirty. As we were driving around we came across Zips and decided to give it a shot especially since online reviews were good. Jennifer was very helpful. She answered all of our questions. Convenient service. Reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Zips as a whole is a very good service. The staff can be a bit "up tight". I used this location for the 1st time and the system was down, so the technician was manually starting the wash. She jumped on me for not seeing hand written sign and was a little rude. I promise you, I can read. If I saw the sign, I would done what it had requested. The normal process is to read an electronic sign that tells you to; "put your car in neutral". She said the sign stated "wait for an attendant". However, I did not see the sign. Please note: I did not ignore it. When she stated what the sign stated the first time, I apologized. She then stated what the sign said again with a ride, "clearly the sign says, wait for an attendant". I looked at her and said, "I am new here and if I saw a sign don't you think I would have done what it requested?! Why be rude?!". It was her emphasis on "clearly" that upset me. It was her the 1st time that she gave emphasis on "clearly" and her tone that was rude. It's the fact that I initially approached apologizing for beeping my horn. The machine was not working and after 3 minutes of waiting, I beeped my horn and told her "the sign was not working, I'm sorry for beeping my horn". Then she pointed out the sign. Other than that, everything was great. If she reads this post, I want her to know that I am new to that location. I am sorry that I beeped my horn (again). I promise you, I did not see the sign. Peace.

Jenn is extra helpful! Before we went in the car wash she scrubbed the front of my car because the wash normally doesn’t get the insects off! I was also given a car freshener which I haven’t been yet

I stopped here for a car wash today and had a fantastic experience! Christian, the attendant working today, was very friendly and informative about their different wash options and membership options and helped me get the best service I could’ve wanted! He has great customer service skills and really made the experience! My car looked great after the wash and the free vacuums after the wash were definitely a plus! I’ll be back for sure!

Review of Zips Sparkle Clean Car Wash I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zips Car Wash, on South main and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! As soon as I drove in, the staff with Beautiful blonde hair greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist. The check-in process was quick and efficient, with clear explanations of the different wash packages available.

My car was damaged. My side mirror was was broken. So I did claim on it and they denied me to fix it. So be careful. Make sure you look at you car before and after. I have closed my account with them. Now I have to pay out of pocket to get this fix.

First off I would like to say I find the staff at my local store to be nice and helpful , with that being said. On October 4 of this year my vehicle was damaged when the brushes ripped my drivers side mirror off my door. Its now being held on by the wires holding it to the driver side of my vehicle. The staff on hand were quick to try and help but they weren't able to do much as this is an issue for the corporate office. After several calls to the corporate office and to the stores district manager without any response back I have decided to cancel my monthly membership with this business. I'm still waiting for them to fix my mustang as I can't drive it without it being fixed. Customers beware I've been told I'm like the 6 vehicle that's been damaged and the issues have not been resolved. And as of todays date I'm still getting the runaround. Let's just say I'm not a happy customer right now !!! A ticket and a accident report has already been open as of October 4

Upon entering the wash on 3/30/2025, my mirror was intact. However, during the wash process, it was severely damaged by left side brush, wich wasn’t working at all. I was later informed by email that my claim was denied due to the posted disclaimer regarding mirrors. However, on 4/04/2025 I visited the location and spoke directly with the on-site manager Jennifer Elbis, who stated that the side brush was broken at the time of my visit. There’s no customer care here. Even if they know they had faulty equipment they want me to be responsible for the damage. I want to cancel my membership immediately.

Customer service is severely lacking at this Zips location. I visited this Zips around 7:15 on 9/22. I pulled up to utilize my membership as I would at any other Zips. I pull my RFID sticker from my glove box and put it on the dash for it to be read but nothing happened. A young man come out to greet me and took my membership information off the sticker to process it inside. He was kind, no issue. A few minutes went by and a young lady came out and asked why I didn’t have my sticker attached to my windshield. I then stated that I’ve been to Zips across GA, NC, and SC and no one has ever asked why I didn’t have my RFID sticker attached, even the ones that didn’t have a scanning machine. She didn’t ask to verify my membership, license plate, or app (on my phone), pretty much said if the sticker wasn’t on the windshield, I couldn’t get a wash. I even have free washes outside my membership! $35 a month is a bit much to get treated like I’m trying to get over on someone. I told her to have a nice day and backed out and went to another location. I also checked the terms and conditions that she claimed and didn’t see any thing requiring the RFID sticker on the windshield. To top it off, the scanning machine at this location didn’t even work so why would it have matter? If it was, all this could have been avoided. I won’t be going back to this location.

Customer service is terrible at this location. It’s always the blonde lady with the half done, broken nails. She has a very bad attitude. I have been up there twice and both times she has been rude and her nails looked like that last time. I wouldn’t mind doing whatever is company policy if she didn’t approach me with such a bad attitude. I have a really great experience at other ones. I love zips car wash and I use the one near work in Winston. Even though this one is close to my house, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ONE. And I am letting ALL my friends and family know that the customer service is not good here. Especially if you get that lady.

I pay for a monthly subscription with Zips. I was told I could go to any zips location to get a car wash. The zips car wash in pyramids village is phenomenal, never had an issue. But I arrived at the high point location today to find out their tablets were down. That’s no problem, my tag was in the windshield I thought that there had to be another way to verify my membership. No… Instead of allowing me to get the wash that I pay for monthly they manually opened up the gate and had me turn around. To get the snow and salt off my car I had to either go to another zips location pay for a basic wash at the high point location. Zips car wash is cool but I would not suggest using the high point location.
