I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and a bacon egg and cheese. Got two sausage. Hubby ordered two western burritos and he got some kind of ham and cheese with egg. This is during lunch hour. Not ordering food from this Sheetz again.

Came here today (4-10-2021) little after lunch and ordered a cheesecake sub and some mozzarella sticks. Sub was toasted to the point i could have used it as a brick but completely soggy on the bottom half. Mozzarella sticks were completely over cooked and all stuck together thanks to the cheese being on the outside of them😑. Very disappointed in this sheetz and no worth the money i paid. Idk why they raised the wages, cook employee doesnt seem to really care about her job. Cashier was a complete sweetheart to everyone in line though!

My husband and I order Kona Mochas daily. This sheetz is always spot on. They are always blended perfectly, and the staff is always super nice. I always call stores ahead of time to ask them to blend it on 4 or double blend it so it won’t be half full with ice chunks. I always know our drinks will be perfect here!

My father had a low pressure in one of the tires and so we stopped at sheetz while getting some food. The air pressure machine is not accurate and does not work. Keeps giving error code. It was an ordeal to fill up one tire. The device kept leaking air while trying to fill and had to hold it super tight just for some air to go in. It took me, a 30 year old, a good 5 minutes to fill up one tire with lot of effort. It finally reached 32psi after 3 to 4 errors. I got the air checked at discount tire down the road and they said pressure was actually at 42. It was way higher. I appreciate Sheetz offering free air pressure services but I rather pay for accurate service rather than free that may cause my tires to blow or incur additional damage. Sheetz please fix your machines. My father said this happens at other sheets (Guilford college rd.) as well.

Exactly what this area needed! The seating layout of this Sheetz is slightly different then most because the tables are in the main floor space and not separated in its own area. Usually smaller Sheetz such as this don't include a seating area but this one does! No comfy chairs. Outdoor seating is toward the back of the building. Has a second way into or out on the back side of building.

Pretty terrible experience with the supervisor Kristen. I was super polite and asked her if she could please put extra jalapeños on my sub, she didn’t respond to me and grabbed 2 more jalapeños. I didn’t even say anything to her when she did that. She didn’t toast my sub, the meat was still cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. Then as she called my number, she acted like she didn’t know it was my food? Wow. Just wow. Oh, but before that, she left my food that was ready sitting there so she could go work on another order. She had it bagged up and everything: mind you I was the only person waiting on food in the store.

Within the first few days of the stores opening, the have offered free coffee the entire weekend and about 10cents less gas prices than the rest of the surrounding area gas stations. The inside sitting area is very convenient as most Sheetz dont have an area or it is outside. 1 star has been taken because of customer service. Noticeably within 3 visits I have seen an employee whispering, yet pointing at a customer; an employee standing idle at the register looking at the customer instead of politely being vocal in order to help them. There is much work to do in that area.

Terrible Customer Service! Shame on Sheetz for employing Managers and staff that do not greet, speak or welcome their guest. I have been going there for 5 months ( strictly out of convenience). I have stood directly next to the Mgr whom always in the a.m. holding a clipboard and head down that never speaks. There is a cashier that stands stale, stiff and silent at the register, you ask her a question and she doesnt know the answer. Retraining needs to be implemented badly! The Manager sets the tone on how he/she operates the store and the staff follows the lead. For months now, there is no presence of a welcome! (Never even offered a free coffee). I finally have stopped punching myself, picked another Sheetz! I receive a hello, small talk, and smiles each morning! Sheetz Corp needs a visit to that location and maybe even realign and reposition staffing! It's a clean store with dull and stale atmosphere.

This is a go to Sheetz to go to around the area always come here for snacks,gas, air pressure or any convenient needs. However they could work on their customer service. Never once have heard staff say welcome to Sheetz or ask if I have a Sheetz card, etc. I remember one time I had to void item off self checkout and he got super grumpy and said “what’s the point of self checkout “ for a simple task he got mad. I believe his name was Mohsan. I also don’t get why they don’t sell lottery scratch offs at checkout and only machines. Unless they ran out don’t see why they don’t. So yes need to work in customer service and lottery scratch offs

This is my go to Sheetz. The store is usually clean and most of the employees are always friendly. The last few times I have been in there this hasn't really been the case but I am going to chalk that up to Covid-19 exhaustion. The food is always good and ready before the estimated wait times. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the tire air pump is out of service more than it is in service. I will continue to use this gas station over other competitors that are closer to my house. Sheetz is just a better experience hands down.

Ordered the half sub with brisket. Over half of the "brisket" was nothing but the fat. I expected some fat, I won't be ordering this again. The fat was just chewy and gelatinous and the sub was just lacking in flavor. I'll have to try a different style next time.

ZERO stars!!! Informed the manager of an issue with pump #4, she called the High Point Police Department and lied stating I was in the store causing a disturbance. She told me she was calling corporate support for direction on how to resolve the issue. THREE HIGH POINT POLICE OFFICERS showed up!!!! This location is not a safe place for black people! Some of the officers in the HIGH POINT POLICE DEPARTMENT are just as bad as the officers that murdered George Floyd! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The KAREN manager does not know how to handle issues and calls the police and lies on customers! NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR BLACK PEOPLE!!!! I left a review of this incident a couple weeks ago, no response and now I do not see the review anywhere, so I am posting again!

When you’re driving and you get thirsty and/or have to the restroom, stopping at a Sheetz is not a bad idea. I stopped here on a Monday afternoon around 4pm for the primary reason of getting something to drink. When you first walk into the right there is a seating area along with 4 kiosk to place food orders. I did not see anyone in the food preparation area, however. Along the wall to the left was beverage stations where there was coffee, fountain drinks, and slushies. The trashcan must have been full because I saw a cup hanging out of the hole where trash goes. I notice a bag of dominion sugar sitting in front of the container labeled fresh brude tea. Along the right wall in the front was the cashier area. In between the walls were the aisles for the snacks. The bottled drinks coolers are located along the right side just before the restrooms. They have a beer cave that’s directly in the back. I decided to go to the restroom too. It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t clean either. There were paper towels on the sink. In the larger stall, there was A baby change station. There was also toilet paper all over the floor by next to the toilet. Neither of the two stalls had toilet paper in them. I’m glad I didn’t have to poop, because I would’ve been S.O.L…. There were two urinals that was clean, one of which are used. The soap dispenser had soap in it and the air dryer work. I ended up getting to Arizona teas, which was two for $4. There was a line when I walked in, however by the time I browsed and chose my drink there was no wait. The cashier was super friendly and I noticed that she was multitasking by doing something with what I assume to be the change dispenser. Overall, the store itself was clean. There was a PNC bank ATM and a lottery vending machine. The men’s restroom definitely needed some TLC and to be restocked.

Tried to go get gas and people were parking at the pumps to get food etc instead of gas. Other people were doing the same with waiting and leaving. Tried to get some assistance and the cashier looked busy or didn’t bother helping. Need more cashiers in there or something. I ended up just leaving.
