Sheetz is a one stop shop!! The food is ok but it's faster than almost any fast food restaurant! I love their ice coffee drinks milk shakes ect are the best and the price is cheaper than most other places! Employees are always very friendly and helpful! Their offer free air in the parking lot if you need to out air in your tire bathrooms are always clean if you need a convenient store can go wrong stopping at sheetz

Both of us was "hungry", I was getting off work, & she wanted the "crispy bucket of fries", she was satisfied. I however seen the advertisement for the " 6 tacos 4 $6" traditional tacos. The only thing that may have made them better, was the spirit of GOD! I let my lady try 1, I agreed, they were NASTY! Personally I will not purchase any food from any SHEETZ ever again! #🩵thegaspricessweets&clubtails!

Usually my experience at Sheetz is pleasant, however this location did not meet my expectations. I was chased out by whom I'm guessing is a manager to be humiliated in front of my peers. The employee yelled across the parking lot for me to return the beer I had in my coat he says. I looked at him with the look of confusion and asked what beer. He then asked to see the inside of my coat which of course I obliged, he searched with his eyes to only find no beer in my coat. With all eyes on us he then turned around and walked back inside. I would like to know why I was the customer he decided to chase out the store and yell across the parking lot calling me a thief? The incident was very humiliating and I didn't even get a sorry or anything. This location obviously doesn't believe in apologizing when there dead wrong. Be careful going to this one for you may be the next unlucky customer that gets called a thief in front of many other patrons FYI.

Sept 12, 2020 11:30pm I ordered peanut mms for my wife & the first drive thru associate cashier gave me peanut butter mms by accident instead of the regular peanut mms that I ordered then walks away. Assistant manager Jim was working a register on the front with one customer buying Alcohol and after he finished helping the other customer Jim ignored me at the window. I waited over 10 minutes & he looked over at me, but wouldn't come to the window to help me so I knocked on the window to speed things up because there was a car behind me waiting aswell. He came over and said what do you want? I told him that we had ordered regular peanut mms and they had given us peanut butter mms. I attempted to hand him the incorrect unopened bag of mms and he said he can't take it back through the window it could be contaminated. So I said can you correct my order please because this is not what I ordered. He said if it's not what you ordered then why did you order it?... I kindly told him that I didn't order peanut butter mms I ordered regular peanut mms for my wife. Then, in a rude angry voice he said well you should've checked it before you left the building. Then, I told him I never was in the building I was still waiting in the drive thru line. I haven't left the line. Then, he yelled at me and said I'm done talking to you and he went to go get the correct mms. Scans them and tries to charge me for the new bag of mms instead of taking back the incorrect ones and just swapping them out to correct my order. Then I tell him I've already paid for the incorrect mms Im not paying a second time that is unfair. Either take the incorrect mms back or swap them out for the correct ones. He kept saying I can't take it back through the window it may be contaminated like a broken record. So I told him please correct my order or I'm calling the Police. He stares at me angrily then I ask him can you refund the other mms and give me the correct ones? He said yes I can do that. Then he jerks the bag of peanut butter mms out of my hand and I say to him I thought you said you couldn't take anything back through the window. He angrily tosses me the correct mms. I then tell him I'm sorry he's having a bad day & I hope he has a better day. As I'm driving off he mumbles for me to go to hell. I've called numerous of times about Jim and his bad attitude, horrible customer service, but nothing seems to be getting done about it. Is this how you do business now insulting customer's saying they are contaminated woth Covid 19 when you give them an incorrect order just to scare them away, and when they ask for you to correct it you try to charge them a second time? This is wrong... very very wrong...

Disrespectful employees. The employees that work the night shift/early morning will pick on you and talk to you any kind of way and think you suppose to be ok with it. Do better Sheetz in hiring people that are not bullies.

Words alone Can't describe the outstanding performance of the staff at this location...there is one staff member in particular who continues to lead the store to Greatness...Firstly the Atmosphere of the store is very comforting..They accommodate to all and strive to be the best, from the moment you enter the store to the moment you leave the store you will be satisfied with your service. The Staff is consistent and efficient and ultimately Helpful in every way...more on that particular staff member...She is a Natural Born Leader Consistent/Efficient/uplifting/Strong/Attractive and wonderful to see..she can talk the talk and walk the walk... Because of her performance Alone the store deserves more than Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just had the most unprofessional customer service ever. The cashier ringing me up for tobacco was a nice young black young lady and very courteous. However the other cashier whom was a black young lady with glasses without a name tag took over her register to cash out a $100 lottery ticket interrupted my transaction. The cashier who was ringing me up said in a jokingly manner dang they ready to go and the cashier with glasses said “okay I’m ready to go to” as if she didn’t want to be at work. Her response was unprofessional and she wasn’t apologetic about inconveniencing customers which caused the line to grow even longer.

Updated 04/11/25 This store is clean and got good gas. The store has gotten better. A tall dark skinned interrupted my conversation about my bucket fries that where over there just sitting. She was rude & loud. She had an attitude and seemed upset. I don't need the drama. I was talking to guy about my other order about some onions. w When she aggressively & rudely interrupted. Also my sausage dog ended up havinga drop of sauerkraut on it. If you dont have enough to prepare it take it off the menu.

New Update: 5%23/25 8:02:51 pm register:21 Went last night guy want to turn his back on me & roll his eyes. Because I asked about him adding Reese cups in my shake & cookies & creme in my milkshake. Something so simple. My order was 168 & 119. I am a regular and my child knows how he like his milkshake. But the man did not make it right. Those guys there was taking a long time and he was gossiping about what I said. They took 11 mins to attempt to start my grill cheese after I said no I don't want it because the slim guy being rude. I don't know his name. I also got $49.05 worth gas 7:47pm but I will take my business elsewhere. Put 2 sausage dogs in bag chili a mess bread soggy. Fries dang near half full. All he said is bring back or refund. No apology bad service. I will go else where my business seems not welcome and I don't appreciate wasting my time & gas traveling there. I do not recommend Sheetz.

I’m thankful for this Sheetz out of pure convenience being so close to home and it is always a pleasure to get a chance to be helped by Aaron, if I remembered his name tag right. I’ve been meaning to leave a good review of this place but his service and friendliness reminded that I should do that today. Foods good and for as busy as this place gets, the team here handles it well. God bless that drive through.

I don't like leaving reviews like that and normally wouldn't, but my order was so messed up that I feel the need too. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches. One was a croissant, and the other was supposed to be an English muffin. Both were croissants, and both were supposed to have an egg only one did. The one that had cheese had the wrong kind, and the cream cheese was left off. Out of all the times I've placed this exact same order at many different Sheetz locations, this is the first time it's ever been messed up this bad

My husband and I go here often after leaving the bar. We used to love it but tonoght was horrible. We ordered the burritos which we have ordered several times before but this time they where 1/3 the size they normally are and then they both where missing meat. My husband didnt wnaan go back up and say anything but I went and asked for chicken which the girl put on it but the portions where so tiny. Even the ingredients we payed extra for there was barely any of. Like my sour great wasnt even a full dollop. We won't be going back. I was looking for soemthing sweet while waiting and checked out the cold case in the middle of the floor. I picked up 3 different t items that where all expired.

Let me start by saying I really have nothing against Sheetz. I like the free air and the competitive gas prices. Their food is not great but not as bad as some. But they seem to be falling into the same scam that goes on at a lot of places now. You see a sign that says say 12.99 for an all in one kit on the display at the register. So after the hassle of showing your ID , which is asinine considering you can go to any vape store and buy 2 gallons of vape juice and an apparatus that would make NASA proud and not even show green card. But anyway back to my current complaint. Why is it ok to show a 12.99 price and then after presenting your Sheetz card and ID you are charged 14.40 . I watch for this now because it is going on everywhere. Now let me clear that if I hadn't said anything they would have let me walk out paying the extra and stuffing it in their already fat pocket. To me it's the same as stealing. If they falsely advertise a price to trick you into buy something only to change it at the register should be illegal and they should be made to honor that price. This practice goes on at a lot of retailers. Well that doesn't make it right. Dont cry to me about losses from theft when you steal money from me. Every one of these retailers should be made to pay. I plan on turning this summer into the BBB and see if that makes them accountable. The Dollar General stores are the best at pricing scams. How long does it take to change the signs or take them down when they go up. Sheetz I love your free air but ultimately it's not free is it if you are stealing from me to pay for it and your new home. If there are 10 people in line I will call you out every time. This has to stop everywhere. Cry all you want about thefts but you are no better.
