Awesome car wash very thorough cleaning system. Love that they have rags and glass cleaner. Because of this I stopped going to Mister which is way more convenient for me but they took away rags and cleaning supplies also the quality of the wash is not as good as Zips . A few weekends ago we got a free Kona ice just for customer appreciation which was very cool 😎

CLOSED. Drove by Tuesday at 10 a.m. It has a big sign saying it's reopening soon. The phone number is just a recording saying they are working on transferring membership information to the system, whatever that means. It says if you have any questions, you have to go in person. No one picks up and no answering machine. The Zips car wash website now says it has no branches in Central Florida. Goodbye, Zips. Maybe it will reopen under a new name?

Great car wash and even better customer service! Caleb is always there when I get my car washed. He’s very friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. Employees like Caleb definitely make the experience 10x better. They also have glass cleaner and rags to make your car look that much better after a wash. Would definitely recommend this location.

Self pay is finicky. The screen doesn’t always work as it should. Decent job of washing my truck. I love that they have rags to dry the remaining dots of water and I’ve never vacuumed my vehicle so much before thanks to the free vacuums.

Typical auto car wash. Has a prep station at the front, vacuums and mat washers work well. Tire shine in the wash isn't too good. Workers are helpful and friendly. Don't expect a full hand wash, wheel wells will not be clean, and you will still have to do some drying to your car. There will definitely be micro-scratches and swirl marks all over your clear coat since this is an auto brush wash, but if you do not care about that this is still a good car wash.

This as an awesome car wash. They have clean rags and towels. The prep stations is always prepared and the vacuums work flawlessly. The employees are nice and friendly. The lot stays clean most of the days.

Great customer service by the blonde lady at the entrance. She let me use the vacuum because this car wash is only cash. She was kind and friendly and gave me clear instructions. I will come back to this car wash when im around. Also the vacuums are potent and have a nozzle that gets to the most intricate crevices in the car.

The attendant (Judy) was very sweet and helpful upon arrival. As was the man guiding me up to the car wash. Vacuums were great, high suction, and it was nice to have the extras, like air to blow dust out of nooks and crannies, window spray, and microfiber cloths. Also, a station to wash rubber mats, if you have them. I purchased the premier wash using a discount code found on their site. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing beyond the “basic” wash. My car was definitely cleaner, but far from spotless. Hence the lower rating. My expectations were higher, considering this was a $24 wash, boasting so many extras. Go for the light wash or basic if you want to go. And always check online for discount codes first! I think that’s the only way to make it worth the money, unfortunately.

Used it today for the second time… the first time it broke one of the side mirrors and now it won’t close when pushing the switch… today used it for the second time and the machine broke the rear wiper stopper I drive a 2018 Toyota Sequoia … not an easy car to brake and I’ve used similar services before without a problem…. Maybe needs to be calibrated or I’m just having bad luck twice in this place. The car looks clean but not happy with the service… I told the guys that work there and the best they could do is say they will let me know if they find the broken parts….

I went to this car wash for over a year and I have always had a great experience. Apparently they upgraded their computer system and that I when started to have problems with my bank account started . I spoke with employees at the car wash and apparently it was taken of and I also called the customer service number. I had go to my bank and cancel my card because the took over 100$ out of my account multiple times. I was told at the bank that they have had many complaints from this merchant. Employees were always nice and friendly . It's a shame because I really enjoyed coming to this place.

***Oct 2023*** decline continues here…vacuums and floor mat machines not working last week/today with no signs, so I pull into my slot that has zero suction and have to find one that works. Now I’m waiting for yet another car wash to open so I can try - let’s see how many of them are still around in another three years…probably most, since most people don’t really care like I do. 🤨 For $40+ bucks/month, I expect better! 2.75 stars… **May 2023 UPDATE** let’s say 3.5 stars - As happens so often, things are starting to decline at Zips ( I guess it’s not Wash City anymore) New ownership (or just management?) is showing a lack of attention to detail, which is ironic for a business whose focus should be exactly that! 🤷🏻‍♂️ car wash moves faster now ( I guess to save water?) and your car comes out wet and soapy - expect a good 10 minutes just getting it to where it used to come straight out of the chute looking like. There’s also a sponge brush for doing a final dry off at the end of the run that hasn’t worked in months, and apparently will not for quite some time according to the shift manager. Just showing it’s age after only about a year. You can do better, Zips!!** (Original review begins here) Excellent experience at this car wash! There was no soap left on my car after the wash!! Unlike the other car wash in Oviedo, this one actually does not race your car through the wash so I did not have to spend 20 minutes wiping down. All the vacuums work perfectly, and each station has its own towels and air hose as well (and most are covered). I would definitely take your car here - I was a member at the other Oviedo car wash for over a year, and I can say without hesitation that I won't be going back. Wash City from now on!! Oh, and they have a $10/month deal for the first 3 months! **May 2024 UPDATE** Decline continues…really was hoping this would be the place, but as with any venture investment, it’s mostly about the money - sometimes at the expense of the actual service received. The people here are friendly and work to keep the place stocked and prepared - no complaints there. The problem is that there are maintenance issues that are not and will not be addressed..vacuums regularly have broken hoses or no suction, the floor mat cleaner has been down for weeks and I was told there are no plans to fix it because “it’s too expensive”. Less service, same price 🤔 the actual wash is still too fast and leaves the car covered in soap. At $45 a month for the membership, I guess I expect more, or at least a lower price considering the services are diminished. I’m going to try Mister Car Wash and hope for the best. Wish me luck! **also, there’s no ability to handle account services i.e. cancellation without visiting the location **

It’s a self service and it was a great experience. The place is super organized, clean and well supplied. It has clean fresh towels, vacuum, pressure air spray, window cleaner, pre-scrubbing station and the car wash experience was beautiful while you go through the tunnel with colors changing. I loved it and sign out for the $10 monthly.

My MINI was extremely dirty from the Hurricane storm prep from carrying sandbags and storm debris everywhere. Zips was very clean and provided excellent working equipment. The wash and tire shine package was excellent. I was impressed with the quality from a commercial car wash. The vacuums had excellent suction and cleaned the sand and animal fur from my interior. I highly recommend them.

This vehicle sat for 2 years and was covered in green mold. A quick scrub in the pre wash section and a premium wash through the drive through and it looks great! Great car wash with everything you need and very friendly staff. Highly recommend the unlimited membership it is a great value and time saver. A+
