The car wash didn't even tough my vehicle and when we complained we were told it was because it's a Jeep. HELO! You should have disclose that BEFORE I paid $10 to be sprayed with soapy water and nothing more!

If I can put no stars I would I want to go wash my car Friday night I went through I heard something like something was ripped off my car I look behind me I didn't see anything the person behind me didn't say anything so I didn't think nothing about it I start vacuuming my car I get to the back and I see that my spoiler is missing it was completely ripped off put in a report I get a car from the general manager Carrisa this morning and she basically told me that they are not responsible because my car is too old my spoiler was just replaced not even 2 months ago she said that there was a bunch of glue and the piece was loose that's why it got knocked off oh and she said that there was sun damage too which there is no sun damage because that place was new I told her it did not get knocked off it was ripped off she said our machines are gentle bs I have went through car washes before ain't nothing went wrong I usually go down the street but this one was on the way so I stopped big mistake I asked the the general manager who else I can speak to she told me there's nobody else I'm the last word I kept asking her for a number and she just kept going back and forth with me I'm the last word ma'am I'm the last word so you can do what you want but I'm the last word just so you know not only that but she even hung up on me acting like she couldn't hear me very professional will not be returning I wish I knew how to put the pictures on here because the pictures that I took shows no glue on my car anywhere or on the pieces lying just so they don't have to pay and what is that going to cost them it's costing a more now because they just lost a customer

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mister Car Wash for nearly six years, since moving to Florida. During that time, I’ve visited several locations across Central Florida and have consistently had positive experiences—until I started coming to this Red Bug location about a year ago since moving to the Winter Park & Oviedo area. Unfortunately, this location has been a disappointment compared to others, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. Each visit, I encounter issues that I simply don’t experience elsewhere. The RFID scanning process often feels like an inconvenience for the staff. If my tag doesn’t scan and an employee needs to assist, I’m frequently met with eye rolls or unfriendly expressions, as though I’m interrupting them. Even basic interactions—whether I’m asking a question or wanting to purchase a towel—are often met with dismissive attitudes or a lack of engagement. I’ve even noticed the tunnel operator more focused on their phone or chatting over the radio than paying attention to guiding customers safely in the tunnel. I understand no business is perfect, and I don’t expect perfection. But I do expect to be treated with respect and to receive service that reflects the value I’m paying for. This location seems to struggle with employee engagement, and I’d encourage the leadership team to focus on hiring and developing staff who bring care, effort, and a positive attitude to their jobs. For now, I’ll be taking my business to other locations where the experience is far better. I hope to see improvements here in the future.

Fastest, most thorough automatic wash I've ever put a car through. The attendant on staff sprayed bug remover on the front bumper from a station beside the pay kiosk, which impressed me. I'm accustomed to having to jump out of the car, apply my bug remover, jump back in, and proceed into the wash. The attendant doing this for me saved me a fair amount of effort. The scrub brushes in the wash did a great job, but missed the usual spots; under the trunk lift handle / license plate light area, under side mirrors, and the tire shine application was a bit spotty. The vacuum stations have two different hoses and compressed air, which I've personally never seen before at an automated car wash. I brought my own towel, detail clothes, and touch up chemicals. I spent very little time touching up missed areas after the wash and found very little water leftover, even between body panels and inside side mirrors. The compressed air helped make drying super easy and fast. Highly recommend!

Waste of money. $29 for the highest wash, rims dirty, no towels to clean door jams, no machine to clean floor mats. Back to El Carwash, the old zips on Alafaya, 36 dollars and there is free wash brushes for vehicle, separate one for rims, bug scrubber, and towels with cleaner to wipe inside down.

Kind of a ripoff compared to other car wash places around here. No place to pre-treat your car, no glass cleaner for your windows, no place to wash your car mats, they couldn’t even splurge on umbrellas to provide some shade while you’re vacuuming your car in the hot Florida sun. If you forget your cleaning rag at home be prepared to spend $2 per towel. All these features are standard at other car wash places around East Orlando without additional payment, save your money and go there instead.

Rude attendant (girl) started arguing with me when I asked her why is that machine asking for a tip if I’m driving my car to the machine and do the vacuum myself. Aren’t they get paid to do their jobs. So pretty much instead of de-escalate the situation she just kept arguing. Pay your employees better!

I pass this place everyday and finally decided to take the Bronco through. Just a basic wash, I get plenty of rain but it needed a good car wash. So disappointing to find still dirty after. Like brushes never touched it. A simple swipe of the finger and it's black. Hate giving bad reviews, but this was a waste of 10 bucks and I still have to get the car washed.

I don’t really like the sales pitch for an automated car wash. The guy took the time to explain each type of car wash and the different tiers and the membership speech after I told him I would like a regular wash. He then asked if I wanted to give a tip. A tip for what, pushing a button? It isn’t even washed by a person so who gets the tip? On top of this having to pay $2 if you want to use a towel is ridiculous. I’ve been to similar wash places that have the towels laying out for free to use. Just saying!

I went into this location (Red Bug )on July 1, 2024. I went through the car wash as I typically do. My bumper was torn off, ripped from underneath, and the back metal piece was torn off. I did not realize it until I stopped. It was hot and decided not to vaccuum , big mistake. I then made to the one on Mitchell Hammock, where they advised I needed to make it back to the Red Bug location. I had to drive with my hazard lights on for the fear that my bumper may fall off or hit the cars driving past me. I made it to the location where the young lady came out to view my vehicle and to take pictures for the incident. She provided me the number and advised that the GM would contact me within 72 hours. She placed my bumper together with some blue painters tape for safety. Fast forward 1 week from the date I went back and advised that no one had connected with me after leaving several voice messages. The GM Zachary Nedimyer advised that he reviewed the pictures and advised that they weren't responsible because I had a chip in my bumper. I had gone to the Mitchell Hammock location several times with no issues. I then asked for their manager, and they advised that they would have them contact me within 72 hours. I have yet to hear from them. I did escalate the matter further.. Horrible service and no accountability for the damages done to my car wash. They attempted to accommodate me with a free wash. Can you believe the arrogance? This is still ongoing. I recommend that you do not visit this particular location.

My truck is a full-size pickup with oversized wheels. I went to many places, but none of them could take it into their car wash system. When I was feeling pretty hopeless, I discovered this place. They welcomed me warmly, and the staff is very kind and friendly. I’ve been a member here ever since. I highly recommend everyone come here and use their service.

If I could put zero stars I would. Brought my truck and went to pay but tires and wheels were too big. I asked if I could back up and kid told me “no just to drive through gate and out the exit”. My truck got wedged and my rims are trashed. Manager said they wouldn’t cover the damage because it didn’t happen in the car wash! I said it happened because your employee wouldn’t let me back up 30 feet! Instead made me drive through when the wheels obviously weren’t gonna fit and 7k wheels trashed by the curb getting my truck wedged! Attorney will be contacting them! This place is garbage!

I love coming to redbug. The workers are the best and super nice. I love my titanium wash that leaves my car shiny no matter how dirty is. On top of the great vaccum pressure that cleans the interior. Definitely recommend getting a membership here
