Does not wash the tailgate on your truck! When I asked to run thru again they told me to stop at the bug wash station and scrub it MYSELF! These pictures are after running it thru ~2 times. Hopefully someone reads this and fixes the problems at this location!

Hands down the worst car wash I've been to. Workers are lazy. They watched me try to buy a wash the machine wouldn't work. I pushed the button for help numerous time and no response. I will not be back.

Great, Great, Great- Carwash!!! Took my truck through after work one day. I couldn’t believe the level of quality that I received from a drive through Car Wash . Big plus+ The FREE vacuums. Also never saw a floor mat cleaner before until this point. Well worth the money!

Bull crap customer service and apparently have no consideration for making people wait 30 minutes in line because they're kiosk don't work. Employees here have no sense of time management skills.

Unfortunately, the quality of wash and vacuum has declined since it's opening. I got a membership because it used to deliver a good wash/dry and the vacuums used to all be functional. Now, I have to sometimes go back around for a second wash to get my SUV completely cleaned and it seems like most of the vacuums are clogged or not working.

Very poor service. They take my money, and I have to wait more than a week to get it back, even though I made a payment the day before. On top of that, they ask uncomfortable and personal questions because they don’t have their own system properly organized, and the customer ends up paying the price.

I just got a $13 car wash on my lunch break and I'm not too happy with it. I got back to work and saw the front bumper and side mirrors are still covered in bugs. Also, the car wash didn't do very good drying, so now the car it is covered with water spots. Terrible car wash. Edit: Lowered my review from 2 stars to 1. I paid an extra $3 for rainx. Once I drove in the rain, I could tell that there was absolutely no rain x on my vehicle. Might as well just spray your car off with a hose and save $13, it will probably clean off more bugs than this terrible car wash did....

One lane open. Other two broke down. Line to the road. No receipt paper so no receipt option. Just seems like a poorly run establishment for being as new and large as it is. Don't recommend unless you've got an extra 20 minutes to kill. Also, my wheels are still dirty and the vacuums have zero power to them. Absolutely trash car wash. Spend $18 and you get a half washed car and no vacuums. They literally could not pick up grass from the floor mats.

DO NOT USE! I just moved to St. Louis and decided to try them out. The soap dried all over my car leaving a gross sticky white opaque layer. I had to wipe it all off. The wash also scratched up my paint in several places. It doesn't even get the tires all that well. Again do not come here unless you feel like getting damage or a layer of dried soap all over your vehicle.

Waited in line to pay for an HOUR. Once at the gate, I watched as the attendant let 7 members through. Finally he came over to help me. Then payment issue with attendants electronics and he looked at me as if I was to fix it. After recommending he try again and reboot it finally it worked. Then, after paying, I still had to wait as they let 4 more members go in front of me. I politely asked when my turn was? He responded something about “can only take two cars at a time”. Did my best not to crash out on any employees. Horrible experience. I don’t recommend you come here.

Don't waste your money! Paid $30 for a top of the line wash and it didn't clean the car. Not sure you can see it on the side, all the dirt that remained. Its as if the brushes never touched the vehicle. Tires were not cleaned either. The soap residue left over was ridiculous. Some of the vacuums need to be looked at as well, they sucked less than my ex wife!

Savana was great. #1 huSTLa she wouldn't take no for an answer trying to sell me the unlimited wash. I love the service with a smile and I got a good laugh. *Update : I had to take 2 stars back. I paid for the $18 wash. It did ok for the most part, but the vacuum wasn't good for anything. I tried 2 different hoses, they couldn't even pick up a cigarette ash. And my mirror was clean before I went through.

Worst place ever. This place is exactly why I usually wash my own car. Paid for a $20 wash so I’m not expecting the greatest wash ever but at least it should be noticed that I’ve been to a wash. As I’m going through the wash half the machines not working and I checked after with lots of dirt just not touched. I alerted the attendant that I didn’t get a proper wash that I paid for and she was a nice girl. She went to get management and I was told no refunds or rewash its against policy even though ZIPS MACHINES MALFUNCTIONED.

I showed up at zips at about 10 minutes to 7:00. They close at 7:00 p.m. My tick my scan thing wouldn't work properly but ty got out and came over and helped me and allowed me to sent me to the car wash and gave me the very best car wash that they had for my friend lynae's car and went above and beyond. You made me feel like the money I've been paying zips for several years was worth it. Thanks man. Appreciate all the stuff you do for your customer!!! Then the general manager Layton came out and spoke with me and I told him how good ty did and he stepped it up for even more and offered my brother a job. Great location. Great help. Thanks guys keep it up 👍
