Of all the Zips Car Wash locations, this is by far the best place to go. Friendly service, amble towels and cleaners. Easy to get in and get out. Great hours. Very rarely closed (unlike other Zips locations).

From the time you drive in, really great service from Natalie. The people are friendly and take pride in their jobs. Wash got probably 90% of the bugs off, but car hadn’t been washed in a long time. Overall pretty impressed.

I came in around 2:16 today and a lady helped me out when my debit card wasn’t working properly. Which is my fault on not having a newer clean card. I should asked for a business card to write her name but she took care of me and the customer service is impeccable. Thank you it really made my day.

Great place to get a car wash! The brushes are gental on the paint and if any dirt is missed they have clean towels and cleaner with the vacuums to get those hard to get spots for a great result. Vacuums are very powerful and work great. Staff is very friendly. Everyone should check this place out!

I use to use this service once a week until their car wash scratched my hood and when I filed official complaints with the complaint as well as on-site after a month waiting for reply o was told that there was nothing in there wash that could have caused the scratches on my car. I never had that damage until that day! I don’t recommend this car wash. Don’t waste your money.

Ms Tara was AMAZING today! I was having issues using my card at the gate & she came out quickly to help me get my issues resolved. The wash was really good also, didn’t scratch my car up like some of the other “touchless” washes I’ve been to before. I’m 100% happy I came here (my first visit) & will continue coming here since I’m new to the area!

This is the best car wash I’ve been to since I’ve moved to Dallas. It’s only $10 for the first month unlimited. I left my card an Angelo helped me still get my car taken care of. This is great customer service and most importantly my car looks like I just drove it off the lot. Thanks Angelo!

Half of the car was is in operable and has been broken for months. 2/3 of the entire right side doesn’t work and is held together with ratchet straps. I submitted a complaint with no resolution. I also have a video that is too large but the left side blowers don’t work.

The car was dirty after the wash, there were no towels, and the manager was very rude when I asked about towels. Don't come here, it was a very bad experience.

The people are friendly and I acn usually get through rather quickly. The lot is clean and there are towels most of the time. They get 4 stars because there are maybe 12 bays that fill up quick. The associates are starting to occupy the bays with their personal vehicles instead of parking in the parking spaces available. So, they lose a star for failing to put the customers convenience before their own. The bright blue 💙 car that is always in a bay is cute but shouldn't be deemed royalty to paying customers.

I had an accident at this Zips Car Wash on November 15, and this has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. A truck was allowed to enter the car wash ahead of me with a trailer hitch attached. Neither the employee guiding vehicles nor the manager on duty noticed or stopped the vehicle, even though it was clearly unsafe for the automatic wash. No one warned the driver. Inside the wash, the truck suddenly stopped, but the conveyor belt continued pushing my vehicle forward, causing my car to become stuck on the trailer hitch. As a result, my front bumper was cracked and damaged. This accident was completely preventable with proper safety checks. I immediately filed an incident report at the car wash. The manager told me the accident report had been submitted and that I would be contacted within 2–3 days. Because I did not hear back, I followed up by messaging the manager. He replied to my first message but ignored my follow-up and never responded again. After waiting with no communication, I also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). To this day, no one has contacted me, taken responsibility, or offered any resolution. What makes this situation especially disappointing is the lack of accountability and basic communication. I trusted this business with my vehicle and was left with damage, silence, and stress. This experience has caused both disappointment and sadness, and no customer should be treated this way after an incident that occurred due to a business’s failure to follow safety procedures. Because of the poor handling of this situation and the complete lack of follow-up, I cannot recommend this location.

Super frustrated with this location. Doesn’t accept the same scan tag as other locations so someone has to manually enter your info. New guys have no idea about this and take even longer. The kid helping me today was super rude and clueless. Drying at end is way too short so your car still has water all over the place and you have to take extra time to towel off the entire car. Please make your scan tags the same as other locations and add a few more seconds to drying time.

Damaged vehicle informed at time of service. Provided my information and they took pics with tablet. I was told I’d get claim # within 4 hours. I called office the next day no answer so I contacted the corp office and the cycled me back to local location. Been over 7 business days w/o a claim #. I Will never go to any of these locations again. Sja

Avoid this car wash if you care about your vehicle. I am a long-time paying member and have exclusively washed my car here since purchasing it in 2025. Immediately after exiting their wash, I noticed a passenger-side mirror trim piece was missing. I got out of the car right away, inspected it, and reported the damage on the spot. This is not a wear item. It does not simply fall off. The only thing that happened to my car was going through their automated wash, whose brushes make direct contact with exterior components. Despite this, the company refused to take responsibility. Their response was essentially “no one else complained that day,” which is irrelevant and unacceptable. The part costs under $100, yet they chose to deny responsibility, lose a loyal customer, and protect themselves instead of doing the right thing. I am canceling my membership and leaving this review so others know exactly how damage claims are handled here. If something breaks, you are on your own.
