I’ve been getting my car washed here for a couple of years. I’d say since they put in the upgrades - which were very much needed - the car wash has been GREAT! LOVE the attendants! Always so helpful and kind!!

I use this place a lot because I live on a dirt road and pay for the unlimited pass monthly. Today I asked Jessica to spray around my windows because there was some dirt that remained there from my previous wash. She was very rude and said they would not be able to do this “every time you come through”. She half heartedly sprayed my back passenger window for 5 seconds and that was it. I am just wondering why it is so hard to aim the sprayer at the window edges. I am very disappointed in the service there and am considering switching to a different car wash.

Usually a quick in and out, and one of the best car washes around, especially for the money. Just wish they were able to have someone spray the passenger side as well as the driver side. Living in a rural area, I accumulate a lot of dirt on my running boards and without the hand spray it never really comes off the passenger side.

This place is excellent. It always has great service and I have been coming here for ten years. What finally prompted me to write a review today was an exceptional experience with Evan. My white car was particularly dirty because of bugs and he made sure my car got completely clean. I will certainly be coming back!

Had to go through multiple times because they weren't applying the tire shine I paid for and this place destroyed both my front wheels. After 3 trips I'm giving up, I'll never coming back.

I love coming through here for a car wash I love how convenient they’ve made car washes especially with the membership. Also I think his name is Evan has made me like this location even more because he really power washed the front and back and not just a light spray like others do which makes a big difference since most people live in a dirt road by this location. And he gives each car their space! I don’t like when employees try to cram you in there to just get it over with because any slip up like not taking off at the end of the car wash can cause an accident when they try to pack you in bumper to bumper. So thank you Evan! I hope I got your name right!

I love this place!! I can keep my car clean inside and out with ease and I love the colorful lights while your going through it. The free vacuum and air pistol is awesome for that extra attention to detail.

A little disappointed. Due to a detour down a dirt road I found myself needing my truck washed. I stopped at Zippys and paid $18 for what I think they called the Platinum wash. Upon entering the wash, the attendant that directed me in for a pre-rinse apparently wasn't on his game this day. He never went around to the passenger side at all, barely hit the front, half-assed the driver side and never touched the back. After leaving and getting home, when I stepped out of my truck, my running boards were still caked in road grim. I don't think I'll return, the wash in Jackson has two guys at the pre rinse and they seem to care more. REPLY TO OWNER: On the day I came, as I mentioned. The attendant never touched my passenger side or rear of my vehicle, and made little effort to do the front and driver side. "IF" the pre-rinse would had been done correctly, the actual car wash would had been fine. I never complained about the automated wash, nor the psi of the water pressure. Certainly you don't want people stopping at the exit to inspect how clean the vehicle is, that would cause a shut down and would be a nightmare for you. Thank you for pointing out the customer satisfaction at the exit, unfortunately when people come out they are more focused on the vehicle coming behind them and making sure they are off the conveyor before putting the vehicle in gear. So the sign placement at the exit I'm sure is strategic, maybe putting it at the gate where customers can see it where they pay might be easier for us to see.

Used to be great... nice new equipment, but they cut down on how many employees they have so they no longer spray both sides of the vehicle. Only the driver's side. I was paying $36 a month for the wash pass and my truck still comes out with mud on the step bar. When I asked for the other side to be sprayed I was rudely told I don't have time for that there is a line. You will have to go through it again. Not sure why my time is less important... I already waited in line and I already knew there would be an issue with the mud and what the solution was. Going through twice would not have fixed that, I have already done that in the past.

These photos are after going through a second time with the most expensive wash. There’s still bugs all over my car. The second time I went through I let them know that there was still bugs on my car. Don’t waste your money.

I have been getting a car wash here for a few years. No specific issue. I like that they have attendants at the beginning to ensure no two cars are too close for safety, or too far apart from each other to ensure waiting queue doesn't get too long. Also I find it nice that they pressure wash the cars at the beginning to avoid dirt from cars getting on their machine brushes and on to the other cars. Evan is one of the attendants there and has been very nice and professional to help me out with any questions I had related to my monthly subscription account.

I had a monthly pass and went to this location this morning. The young girl literally screamed at me to pull forward, not paying any attention to the alignment of my tires. I finished my wash, went into the office and canceled my monthly pass. I will utilize another car wash in the area.

Very nice young man with the beard on 8.16.2025 around 2 PMish. Very friendly, very nice, had them turn off a portion of the machine so we could wash our car that has a roof rack. He was so friendly and nice when he said "Yes, I can turn it off." We like good friendly service so we will come back! :) It is great when people like their job!

Car is still dirty after going through every single time. Yes, you can go through again for free, but that requires waiting in line again, getting a worker to let you through, and then goingthroughthe wash again. Then the car is still dirty! It's a big waste of time. Attendants pay little attention to cars coming in, put them through too close together. Twice a few years back, the cars ran into each other while I was in there, and they had to shut everything down and get everyone out. The cars weren't damaged, but it wasn't good.

This business advertises free floor mat cleaning, but the actual experience is chaotic and misleading. When you drive in, staff rush you through so quickly that there’s no opportunity to ask questions on what’s happening, forcing you to loop back around. When I finally managed to stop an employee and asked them not to spray inside my car, I was told I had to go into the office. The office, however, was completely EMPTY. There was a sign instructing people to buzz for service, but no one responded. At that point, it was clear it was a scam. Don't advertise you clean floor mats and give all this other free stuff without doing so.

Just left this place. We pay $30 a month for unlimited washes and usually it’s a pleasant experience. There is a tall man who works there always happy and kind but today I went and the woman with blonde hair was spraying the cars screaming at me because I wasn’t pulling in fast enough and it was OUT OF CONTROL. I threw my hands up saying what’s the problem and she’s screaming I DONT CARE I DONT CARE. it was disgraceful behavior. 🤮 🤮

I have used this car wash many times and never have had a problem until this afternoon. In the past when I have put in my credit card after selecting which wash I want, it just charged it and opened the gate. This time around it said it was holding my card. So I tried another card and it would not get out of the screen that said it was holding my card so I called for help. The attendant did not show up so the guy in the car behind me went into the office to get someone as the line was growing. The attendant came after a few minutes and was EXTREMELY RUDE. When I told him what happened he said, it is asking you what you want to do, are you just going to sit here and hold up my line. It wasn't clear from the screen that it was asking me if I wanted to purchase a membership (which I don't recall was there in the past). He did not tell me what to do, just stood there, I finally pressed continue and it let me through. Regardless of whether it was clear or not, his job is to help customers in these situations, not chastize them when they don't understand something. He could have just said, press the 'continue' button and that would have solved the problem. I will not be going back to this location for a car wash.

Bottom of car sprayer is not working had to go to there other location off Jackson rd to get the mud/salt mix off my car. I paid for extra service and didn’t get it. I wasn’t concerned about scratches on my paint like other customers had complained about as my car is a 2002 Chevy Prizm with almost 400,000 miles on it. I had to use a can of spray paint on most parts of the car because it’s not in Texas now we’re in Michigan Where the surface rust spots will turn into holes if you don’t take a can of spray paint to the paint over the surface rust areas. Once they start laying that salt down, say goodbye to your nice new paint. I under coated the whole undercarriage as well with a can of rubberized under coating to seal out the salt. You can buy that at AutoZone. I’d hang onto whatever you got with this economy and our federal debt. We just can’t continue to print money. I’d love to buy a new car, but it’s called inflation. The government just keeps printing money and devalues the currency.
