The automated car wash does a great job! The vacuums and manual wash not as good. Sometimes the vacuums don't work, and the manual wash will v sometimes eat your quarters. However the touchless wash is the way to go! It's quick, easy, and it doesn't scratch your car.

Went to get the undercarriage washed. The sign said undercarriage would be washed as part of the automatic car wash. It wasn't and it didn't even look like they had jets that could do that. Sketchy and a waste of $10.

Terrible!! Didn't wash the top of my car and skipped the rinse leaving it covered in soap and I had to pull back around and use the manual wash to finish rinsing. Just use the self wash or skip it all together.

This is a completely touchless automatic car wash. It does a good job. It helps to exit slowly, as the blower / dryers run for a bit and can get a lot of the water off. Of course, washing the car by hand will do a better job, but takes more time and energy.

SCAM SCAM SCAM This place is a joke, water pressure from “Pressure” washer was so low it wouldn’t take salt off my car. Not to mention the $2.50 just to start. Then if you use your card it times you to charge you...ok that’s fine. So It took me 2 extra minutes to rinse the car off because the pressure was so low then it charges you a 5 dollar minimum on your card. The fine print regarding this $5 charge is probably a size 7 font size. SCAM!! Don’t go here.

Poor automatic car wash for $10. It left very obvious spots of soap all over my car. I pointed this out and they let me run my car through the automatic wash again, but it still looked exactly the same the second time. I decided I would go home and wash it by hand after that, but even then the substance didn’t come off! Very disappointing.

I visited the wash late at night on a Sunday, and the self-pay system did its job. The touchless wash did a good job for what it is. I got the $10 wash, and it thoroughly sprayed the car including the underbody and wheel wells. My black car dried spot free. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who prefers a touchless automatic car wash! 👍👍

I've been looking for a good self wash and I think I've found the best one in the area! The self wash bays are completely touchless with a power washer spray gun, foam canon and a blow dryer so you don't have to drag anything (microfiber or not) across your paints surface. I'm a little more thorough cleaning my car than others and spent about 30 minutes ($15ish). Again, fully touchless systems are worth the premium, especially when you own a black car👌

A Complete Waste of Money: Automated Car Wash That Failed to Deliver I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting this car wash that left me feeling completely ripped off and utterly disappointed. Despite putting in a 5 dollar bill into the machine (Bay 4) and expecting a nice and easy car wash, the entire ordeal turned out to be an absolute disaster. First and foremost, the most infuriating aspect of this car wash was the fact that it didn't even operate. As soon as I pulled up, I eagerly inserted my hard-earned $5 bill, expecting a seamless and efficient process. To my disbelief, nothing happened. No brushes, no jets of water, no soap—absolutely nothing. It was as if I had just thrown my money into a black hole, never to be seen again. This complete lack of functionality is utterly unacceptable, especially considering the prices they charge. Moreover, the customer service contacts were not labelled nor could I find anything on the many warning labels put inside the bay. Furthermore, the lack of maintenance and upkeep was glaringly obvious. After wasting 5 on bay number 4, I pulled into bay number 2. There the machine did operate after putting in more cash, but the sprayer had a cut in it and was spraying water at high pressure all over the place. So I had to hold the hose at a certain angle to avoid getting sprayed in the face with the water. The whole place looked neglected and rundown, with broken signage, faded paint, and malfunctioning equipment. It was evident that this car wash had seen better days and had long abandoned any notion of providing a quality service. It's a shame that they still felt justified charging customers for a service that clearly did not meet even the most basic standards. In conclusion, this car wash was an utter disgrace. Not only did it fail to operate, but the complete lack of customer service and the appalling state of the facilities only compounded my dissatisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this car wash to stay far away and save their hard-earned money for a reputable and reliable alternative. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I certainly won't be returning to this establishment any time in the future.

I used the self serve carwash. It said my card would be charged $4.50. A $10 hold was put on my card. 2 days later the charge was finalized for $20 Do not use this car wash!! They are nothing but cheating liars

This review is just for the carwash. Victory Lane in Plymouth Road offers one of the only touchless car washes in the Ann Arbor area. Unlike some other touchless carwashes, it has an undercarriage spray. I am surely not alone in driving far out of my way to take advantage, and will combine with an oil change if needed. My complaint: quite often, the undercarriage spray does not work correctly. It either sprays for a much shorter duration or not at all. I have brought this to the attention of technicians, but they showed no interest and suggested lying down and using the manual sprayer. At the least, customers should be notified with signage when a portion of the service they are paying for will not be provided.

Only touch less wash in the area so no Brainer. Does a pretty good job but extra dirty cars will benefit from a presoak in one of the wash your own booths on site

Granted, I went in with a car that wasn't terribly dirty, however, I think it's a reasonable price for a truly touchless wash. I don't see any water spots, so that's a big plus.

I would not waste your money on the drive-through car wash. It completely skipped the last stage, full rinse, and left our car covered in soap. We had to pull around and pay more to rinse the car off ourselves in the self-service area.

Awesome brushless auto wash. The staff helped me get the car spotless so I could get it undercoated in the winter.

Machine says $2.50 not so, I put in $2.50 and it asked for another dollar. I had to wash it twice as it took that long to load the soap into the spray gun. The bush soap doesn’t work or apply wash even. Garbage rip off to get the salt off my 2002 classic Chevy Prizm clean. Go to Zipps car wash for $19 per month unlimited washes. This place doesn’t wash the botttom of the car like zipps

The self-service car wash never has proper washing foam. I've been there many times, and each time I can only wash my car with sparse pre-wash foam.

SCAM ALERT: Credit Card machine will keep charging your Visa REPEATEDLY unless you hit stop of exit!🤬Otherwise everyone for the rest of the day will get free car washes on your dime. Not kidding. This place should be out of business for corruption. **INSTRUCTIONS ARE INTENTIONALLY DECEPTIVE.**

This is for the do it yourself wash not the automatic wash: I’ve been coming here for a few years and loved it. The last few months the bays have had some issues, earlier this year the dryers not blowing enough air to do anything but that has seem to been resolved. For the past two months when I use the high pressure soap, no soap comes out! It’s just water! I have to use the mega foam just to get soap on my car. After all that, my car still isn’t as clean as it used to be when I first started coming here. I love this location because it’s close to home, but I’ve started looking for other places. I gave this place one last chance today which sealed the envelope for me. I towel dried my car after the wash, and SO much dirt came off the towel. Please fix the high pressure soap option in the bays and I’ll come back.
