Maybe it was too cold because some of cycles on automatic wash didn't work at all was moving making noise with nothing coming out final rinse and wax did work though

I didn't even want to drive my car in to the bay, but I did. And then the bay didn't work. So I went to a different car wash.

Literally writing this review as I am sitting in my car just letting the vacuum go because it’s the equivalent of me actually trying to vacuum my car. Barely will vacuum anything out of car. Don’t even BOTHER

I was planning a nice car wash. Put 10 minutes worth of quarters in the machine and it ate all of them. Of course there’s no number to call. Won’t be going back till I get my money back

Used card to pay for services, and was charged initially 10, but received an adjustment to $3 a few days later. I won't pay that way again. Auto car wash was closed.

My feet were submerged in 4 inches of water in my bay, there was trash everywhere and the wash selection thing you put the money in to begin is way out of date... but... I washed my car. So I am happy! :)

Its usually overflowing trash cans, and overflowing litter next to vacuums, which are mediocre at best. Self serve bays are set so in wash and wax mode the soapy water and wax come out like the hose is clogged instead of a heavy stream. This is so it takes longer to soap and wax yr car , which means more time and money you have to spend. Rinse water comes out like it should. Full service bay has no dryer so no matter uf you get the basic or the best wash..you aint getting dried. Basic car wash with some underhanded practices.

I decided to pull into the automatic bay. chose the $8 wash for the dryer. the door for me to exit did not open and i had to get out my car and open it myself, causing me to miss the dryer... i called the number posted to report the problem. the lady told me that a gentleman would be there in 5 mins to help me because they're right up the street. I've been sitting here for 30 mins. no one showed up.

Very annoying when you pay for the vacuum and it’s clogged and doesn’t work so you waste your money..also if you use a card it’ll charge your account $10 . Disappointed.. considering some people still like to do the work their selves and there’s far and few self serve car washes that are worth it ..this one is most definitely not 👎🏼

First off the vacums ate two dollars. To not make a complete waste i attempt to wash my car. Low and behold none of the lanes are working. If your closed put up a sign. If it's broke put up a sign. I work next door I know you guys come and maintain the grounds, is it to much to ask ya to fix the stuff or shut it down.

This place is trash. I took my car through the automatic wash and it left it worse than before I went in it. It left some type of oil residue all over my car. I tried to go thru one of the bays to rewash it myself but no luck and the water smelled straight like sewer water. Nobody answers the phone for complaints and no voice-mail. Shut this place down if you can't keep up with the maintenance.

Biggest pile of garbage on Arlington road and that says a lot. Only takes token. The Card machine is broken. All the lanes are clogged with quarters. I Wasted my money. I literally threw the remaining tokens in the garbage. This place should be closed permanently.

I love the free vacuums. They have the skinny angle end that makes getting in all the nooks and crannies so much easier. Our truck came out pretty clean, but it wasn't able to get all the dog slobber off from my 100 lb puppy.

Good water pressure for the soak cycle. Lousy water pressure during the soap cycle. The soap cycle wastes a lot of your allotted time. You spend a lot a money during your soap cycle.

Pulled into the place and it was non-operational. Also had to buy tokens instead of just putting coins in like any other place. I drove by the next day it was completely operational and was packed.
