Very dissatisfied with the service I received this is not the first time it has happened I ordered a custom milkshake which is extremely thick only to be informed after the shake is made in the purchase is complete that they only have the small straws which it is impossible to use for a thick milkshake, on top of that they did not make the milkshake the way I requested apparently reading is a thing of the past, extremely dissatisfied with this service and like I said this is not the first time they screwed something up how I'm stuck with a milkshake that I'm going to have to use a spoon since the straw they give me is not adequate, how a company can run out of something that they need all the time and Beyond me it sounds to me like management has issues

Store is absolutely filthy dirty. Sticky residue all over the fountain drink area. Men's bathroom looks and smells like a barnyard. The food is awful anymore. Workers are rude and slow.

I come here twice a month for 4 milkshakes for my family. Everytime we go it's about 9:30-10. As soon as we start to order I hear 1 of the young ladies saying complaining about making food. It was not busy and about 5 customers in the store. We were the only one's ordering something. We get our order completed and the older woman making milkshakes starts complaining about all the toppings she has to put in. She yells our order and gives it to us on the side and tells us if we need a cup holder to get 1 from on top of the machine very much with attitude. I work in customer service and I understand people have bad days but it seems they have bad days often by the reviews. Hopefully some more customer service training is involved.

Besides the overwhelming presence of law enforcement. Their gas prices are always reasonable and they offer 4 or 5 different grades of fuel to choose from. They offer an outdoor patio for use when weather permits and they have speakers outside to announce when a customers order is ready. Two flat screen TV’s locates in the indoor dining area, convenient for entertainment while you wait for or enjoy your made to order meal. This location is always packed, their selection is often picked over with few items to chose from depending what you’re looking for, some of the employees are very over bearing and want to talk forever at check out even with a long line behind the customer at the counter. I’ve ordered from there made to order food system and I have gotten the wrong thing made multiple times in the past few weeks. Everything from the wrong size drink, wrong drink all together, and wrong food... pick up the slack guys!

The company really needs to reconsider the hiring manager. Every time I go in there’s always someone working that could absolutely care less about theyre job. The staff are insanely forgetful, Slow and don’t even give out correct ratios of portions. This is 100% the worse Sheetz I’ve ever been to by far just travel a couple more miles to the next nearest sheets this one won’t even give you plastic ware with your food anyway! I don’t even know how they profit off food considering all the mistakes they make and the remakes they have to do. The workers even took 30 minutes to make a guy a single deli sandwich one of the times I was here and even had the audacity to lash out at him when he confronted the worker. NEVER STOP HERE except for fuel up’s and or Pre packaged items!

Consistently long wait, doesn't seem like they have any sort of management. A typical visit involves the cashier yelling that it's a 20 minute wait when you walk in the door, and you actually spend 30 minutes watching the one person working in the kitchen going nuts before (maybe) getting your food. I can only assume that this location will be closing soon because they don't bother staffing it. I could probably pay someone to come to my house, cook the food, clean up and leave and it would be cheaper and faster.

To that girl that dumped Waste oil In my tater tot’s and like that wasn’t enough you punched it killing Not one, not two, but three birds with one stone. 1 -smashed EVERY SINGLE tater tot BECAUSE F… ME 2-smashed them together so much they couldn’t breath leaving them no other option but to suck the waste oil (can’t just be cooking oil that color you can see oil drops staying up top) like a wet snowball BECAUSE F… ME 3-created a new appetizer. THE ARTERY CLOGGER 3000 BECAUSE F… ME Well I don’t know what I did wrong to deserve you showing such Hard effort to prepare my food that I payed for but. They are understaffed as all get out. This isn't on the team. 100% a management issue. It's a friday night, there is a line of people waiting for food, and no one is in the kitchen at all. The lady in Grey (I'm assuming the manager) is just waking around the back room. Hasn't stepped up to help the kitchen once and I've been here 45 minutes.

2 weeks ago I went there to get some gas and I prepaid for $30 of gas when I went to pump my gas. I realized that because it was such a cold day that my gas cap lock had frozen on. I went back into request a refund which the cashier said that they would do the refund it would take 5 to 7 days. It’s been well over 10 days now and I still never got my refund to my Cash app card so I’m like what do I do now?

My father and I were in a really bad accident yesterday, after being given a ride to this sheets , my father was accosted by the woman working there. she told him he couldn't wait for grandma to pick him up and he had to go wait in the freezing cold. She called the police on him too. I'm actually gonna investigate this because it is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE to treat someone like that. You will give that employee corrective action. Thank you.

Good location and always open. It's ashamed that it always looks filthy when you pull in. I know it's a 50/50 thing. People are lazy slobs and the management can't be cleaning the parking constantly. It's just depressing to look at garbage blowing around while pumping gas.

The effort put into making the food is no longer worth the price. Its 50/50 they actually put the ingredients on the stuff and no doubt they put 0 effort into the actual preparation. Sheetz is dead in ohio

Came to get coffee at 2:00 am. May 11th. Machine needed cleaned manger said it'd be 35xmins. Didn't even start cleaning them. 20 mims later only took like 5 min to clean... Came to sheetz again 4:00 am May 18th, Different girl working gave me an attitude about cleaning the coffee machines again. Like she had no id3a what to do. Asked again about cleaning the coffee machine and the girl straight up lied to me and told me the coffeexmakers clean them selves automatically. Straight up lied to me.

Got a strawberry refresher with mango boba it’s was pretty bland I was not a fan. We also tried a cherry lemonade with banana flavor and cherry boba and it was sooo sour in comparison I wish there was an in between. Ended up diluting a can of 7up into the lemonade and splitting it into 2 drinks

Today at location 311 manager, Michelle was disrespectful rude and unprofessional when I asked to speak to the lady making my drink just so it'll be right which it wasn't right didn't have peanut butter and still missing drizzle due to me getting them daily Even when I try to explain to the drink lady Michelle told me that they wasn't going to remake my drink with her idc attitude she wrote her name down and store number giving it to me bc I said I was calling someone bc there's no reason to be disrespectful I never asked for the info she was on the phone as I walked and looked at her badge and took a photo the other lady said she'll fix my drink and then the drink lady even try to argue about that bc she was now unhappy about having to due it over drink was still wrong As a business owner it's very disappointing to see staff act like this and a manager at that all over trying to make sure something was right

Probably the worst order I’ve ever received. The hot dog that has the peppers and onions doesn’t have honey mustard at all, and the other hot dog has a pinch of onions and minimal honey mustard (i ordered heavy honey mustard and a bunch of onions for both). On top of that the bun is stale. Wish i could get my money back but there’s nothing i can do about that since i ordered inside and took it home. Jalapeño poppers are fine though but those aren’t even for me. Genuinely so disappointed :(

Been here twice now and both experiences have been bad. The first time my girlfriend and I visited it was busy they had 2 brand new ppl working on Christmas eve like really. The mangers weren't much help either that night waited an hour and a half for our food which was cold after we got it not to mention the guy who made the sandwichs was faster than the fry cook you had nothing was timed right as a fast food worker myself this is unacceptable and now the second time I go here for breakfast and my begal was super chewy and they didn't even make it right the second sandwich was made wrong too. The second sandwich wasn't supposed to have egg on it only sandwich one was supposed to get the egg cause my girlfriend can't have eggs. My experience has been so bad I won't even speak bout the coffees I ordered from there I will not be coming back to this place I don't recommend coming here unless you only need gas or to use the restroom i would ask for a refund but I'm afraid that they mess that up too 😅

i miss the old staff…idk where literally everybody went. but the old staff would’ve NEVER done me like this. there food hasn’t been it lately. i got this to eat because waffles and chicken are a softer food because i have sensitive teeth and the waffle was as hard as a rock…bring back the staff that could actually cook please!!

I'm really like the milkshakes.They have in the doughnuts , they are my fave. I like how they make the milkshakes and the flavor of them and I like how fresh the donuts are. The service was quick and easy. The price is a little pricey if you go down a little. The atmosphere was like it always is , it's either a lot of people or a little people. I think that's a good selection of the items. There's Drinks including pop, dairy products, milkshakes, alcohol, coffee, tea, water and Gatorade. The overall impression I had of it was it was nice and nice people. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. WHILL IT'S HUNGRY AND SHE'S THE BATHROOM.

Can yall not read ????? If you’re gonna take my money u could have asked me what I wanted instead of jalepeno poppers instead of just adding whatever yall wanted to it. Look at the receipt and look what sampler u guys gave me. This is why the reviews look like the do. Good job!!!!! Do u see mac bites and fried onions anywhere on the receipt????? Yall are fried there.
