Great car wash quality, best Touch-free wash in the area. However with hours closing at 6 pm it’s very difficult for people who get off work to make it in time. Splash Corporate keeps changing the operating hours, so people who drive out of their way to use this wash are often met with a waisted trip. The quality of the new location they just built up the street from this one is extremely low and subpar compared to this gem of a location. On top of the shortened hours, Corporate Splash has also drastically increased their prices. This car wash was managed much better before Splash took over. I've been a loyal customer to this location for almost 5 years, now I'm going to start looking for a different Touch-free car wash. Edit: 1 year later, and the hours are now reduced during winter EVEN LESS than last year. Good luck for anyone trying to get the salt off their car after they get off work. Can’t you atleast be open to 7 so the rest of the working class can use their memberships? The SGT Clean 2 minutes from home keeps looking better and better

I go here almost every day for a nice quick wash. They rinse your car off before it goes through the wash, unlike most automatic car wash places, and it makes a solid difference! Whenever you aren't satisfied with how clean your car turns out, they offer to wipe down your car for you *and* let you go through again *for free*! These people are super genuine! I have the highest subscription for it, and it is very worth it. It feels so smooth and waxed afterwards! Come here for the car wash of your dreams! Touchless!!

I had to go into their building to cancel my membership. Because no one answers the phone and voicemail box is full. And after filling out the form for cancellation on July 24. I was then charged for August. I was able to get forwarded to Fairlawn location. They took my info and said they would call back after it was taken care of. Nothing.

The car is mostly clean. There is still some dirt on the windshield and back window where the wipers don't reach, and on the tailgate. I paid an extra $18 for an interior wipe down, window cleaning and vacuum. They were short-handed, so despite there being no cars in the bay ahead of me, it took about 5 minutes before the guy noticed I was there. He did a decent job, but I was a bit surprised that he didn't empty the trashcan hanging behind the seat! I paid a total of $58 for a max level wash and ceramic coating, plus another at a future date, and the aforementioned vacuum. At that price level, my expectations were to have a squeaky clean car outside and the inside to be free of the trash that was collected in one place (in a bag even). This experience fell short of that, but my car is cleaner than it was and I didn't have to do it, so there's that. And the guys were courteous and honest (they left my Aldi quarter where I keep it in the center console.)

So firstly, I do love that this is one of the only touchless car washes in the area. As a busy car enthusiast who treats my vehicle like one of my children - I like being able to swing through in between hand washes. Most of the staff here are excellent and friendly. I do constantly debate canceling my membership and trying to find more time to hand wash due to the fact that not all staff actually care or watch where your wheels are lined up when you pull onto the track. I pull up, stop, and wait for the attendant to check and see if I’m lined up properly before I pull up. Most of the staff take great care in making sure my wheels are not going to get gouged to hell by the track. (Aftermarket candy purple wheels) A lady employee one time just ushered me all in, didn’t even look, and my wheel lip sustained a ton of damage resulting in me having to get my wheels repaired and powder coated to match with a nice bill of $600. Today, the guy guiding cars in seemed irritated at my hesitance at pulling in because I could tell he wasn’t looking and didn’t care and I was worried I was about to incur another $600 in damages. Maybe I need to find time in my 60 hour work week with an hour commute each way to wash my car on my own, or maybe people could just slow the hell down and start taking more pride in what they do. Who knows 🤷‍♀️

hardly no soap on car to clean and comes out very wet blowers not working very well and the people that dries car does the upper half only do away with this service waste of time and money and fix the blowers to dry the cars

Just moved to the area and this location appears to be the only true touchless car wash close to me. Overall, it's not bad. Probably a little pricey compared to the Laser washes I had been going to. It was also much faster, which I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. But you're through that tunnel in half the time it takes in the pull-in and park automatic car washes. My only real complaint is on the final rinse. I got the most expensive package, so I'm only assuming it has a spot-free rinse. Well it didn't rinse very well. When I was going through the dryers, I could see soapy, bubbly suds being pushed around on my hood. It does also leave a pretty spotty finish, at least when looking at your vehicle closely. So I would definitely recommend that you bring some microfiber towels and immediately wipe your vehicle down after exiting.

5/31/23 Update, love this car wash my truck was pretty filthy and it came out clean but it definitely needed to go through again for at least a rinse as I have water spots all over. Or maybe their water filters need cleaned, I'm not sure. Pretty great car wash for the price, 18 Ram 1500 Crew Cab, I like this is touchless so it doesn't bend my antenna like other car washes do. It comes out really clean!

I have to take my truck through 2x and it still isnt clean not to mention i pay 50 a month... I canceled after the first 2 times. They guys do a good job spraying it off in the beginning but the wash itself isnt up to par

I’ve been coming to this location for quite some with different cars and never had an issue until recently. My car hopped the rollers during two separate washes at the same location, and both times it caused the same damage—gouging the rim and tire. I always follow the instructions: neutral, no brakes, hands off the wheel, wipers off. When I reported it, they told me it was my fault for “hitting the brakes.” They even sent a video to back up their claim—but the footage literally doesn’t show the back of my car when the hop happens. (See attached photo of when it was said that I was hitting my breaks) You can’t see the brake lights at all, which is the only way to prove their point. I asked for a better angle that could actually show me hitting the brakes. I would accept fault and walk away. But instead of providing that, they changed their story and said the equipment was working fine because cars before me and after me went though like normal, so it couldn’t be their fault. What I can’t understand is how they can make a claim about why it happened, not provide proper evidence to back it up, and then just say it’s not their fault. I followed up several times, hoping for a fair conversation, but just kept getting the same responses. No real explanation, no effort to address the fact that this happened twice, with identical damage each time, and no acknowledgment of how unclear their own evidence was.

Stopped here on a whim after looking up interior detail services. Accidentally navigated to the only location (Green) that doesn't provide this service hahaha. Made my way over to the Coventry location. There were 2 guys working and the one that helped me was Cody. Cody explained the packages, the pricing, and the services they provide and helped me make the right cover for what I was wanting. He then worked over the next 90 minutes bringing my 2021 GMC 2500 interior up to like-new condition. He was very thorough and did excellent work! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an expedient interior detail!
