It gives a good wash but the time doesn't last long enough to really wash the whole car, it only gives you about 1 1/2 minutes to wash or rinse. Wish this was different !! I would think,since I'm spending the money, that I would be able to stop the wash or rinse when I want it to stop. Just saying!!!

I love this car wash & the free vacuum along with the wash. But as of late it’s been going downhill a lot. They have a full time attendant but he usually is just sun bathing. The bays need some real TLC!!! They have so much mud / dirt / rocks when u enter & exit the bay. Along with the drain is full of mud surrounding. The walls look look disgusting. How hard is it to take the pressure washer we use for the vehicles & spray the bays down. Come on guys seriously. It’s pathetic & I’m very disappointed. Until this issue is fixed I’m going elsewhere

I like this carwash. Vacuuming is free and they're powerful vacuums. Then you have the option of wash your car on your own or choose between two automatic carwash. The downside of having free vacuums, is that people break them pretty often, however they get repair very fast. 👍🏼

3 instead of 5 because The vacuum wasn't very powerful so it took quite a bit of money to get the job done. The carwash was great, the worker sprayed off my car. I will probably save my money and use my home vacuum however. Glad we have car wash close by!

**Thank you Mark for reaching out to me and offering me a free ash after this one did not go so well. I appreciate him taking the time to take care of his customers and fix the issue. I will be returning to try Zip car wash again soon. So much for my $10 car wash when I had to use $2 to rinse off the soap that was left behind on my car from the automated car wash. There wasn’t anyone around that I could show my vehicle to, which is weird since there was someone there to spray my car off right before I went through that wash. I used to wash my vehicles here frequently, but anymore after this.

I go here once a week! I like the free vacuums because I highly enjoy eating granola bars as I drive... the car wash itself is nice, I just wish they had a better loyalty system.

I travel the Continental U.S. for a living, and keep my truck clean for first impressions with each new customer, thus I frequently use self-serve car washes all over the country. That being said, your quarters don't go near as far here as they do at other establishments nationwide. But don't let that discourage you. Just move faster! The sudsy brush is a bit slow to start pumping out soap, but when it does, you'll get lots and lots of suds. If you really want a nice job, be sure to use the spot-free rinse after rinsing with the high pressure. I didn't, and it shows. Thankfully, it's dark out so a little glass cleaner will get rid of all the water spots. Very clean, fairly new facility. Were the timer to last a little longer, this would be a five star review.

** update. Water spots are as bad as ever. The spot free rinse is pointless and a waste of money. The carwash left a bunch of soap on my car after I went through. The automatic washes leave a ton of water spots. You might as well be rinsing your car off with the secondary water from the park sprinklers. Every time I have gone through the wash my car comes out looking worse.

I really like this car wash and use it often. But the hours on the website are misleading. We checked late at night before we went and it said open 24 hours. We we assumed it was open and fully operable and drove from west valley near valley fair mall all the way to this car wash to wash our vehicle and vacuum it before a road trip in the morning and the vacuums are closed and the automatic car wash we wanted to use was closed too. Should specify what is open rather than putting 24 hours.. misleading..

The older gentleman who pre-sprays the vehicles before they enter the wash is absolutely great. He is thorough and pays attention to detail. His efforts alone make this car wash worth visiting. I’ve also noticed that some of the younger staff members seem less engaged and could benefit from additional training or motivation. (Update) Visited today. The post above stands. New concern, I wonder if they will lower prices just a bit. I was about 9 bucks washing my own vehicle. From what I hear there is a Quick Quack going in down 8400 in front of the newer apartmentas, 20 buck a month membership and you can wash you car as much as you want.

Cranky old dude starts yelling at me. I wanted to split a 10$ so I knock on the door since it was cracked open, I opened the door and yelled excuse me. All the sudden this B starts yelling at me from the vacuum area walking up to me all aggressive so I explain what I wanted to do. I ask him why he’s so mad and says if you don’t like it you can leave. You’re not the only car wash in town buddy. Customer service is everything man and if you’re the owner you should know to speak with respect. ;)

Went to the car wash to get my car cleaned and was harassed by this man claiming we were hand washing when we were not. We were applying a wax to the car and then we’re going to do a final rinse. Which we’ve done before and now I won’t be back to this place. He claimed we were holding up the line when absolutely nobody was even there. He started taking pictures of us and trying to make us feel uncomfortable

Finally there were some openings, this is a great place to wash your car. Took me about $9 total, I used the self serve bay. (Vacuums are free!) There are also options for automatic, both brushed and touch free. The improvement would be whatever the "protective clear" spray they use (at least for the self service), it leaves spots. They can be gotten rid of, but are oily and take some elbow grease to get out. I should have skipped that in retrospect, but I'd definitely recommend a friend, and I'll definitely use this service again.

I think this car wash is pretty good , does a great job the brushes are good and don't do damage to your car, they have an employee that cleans the bugs off your bumper a d windshield before you enter the car wash. Ecofriendly soaps. A d with thier exclusive membership you save roughly around 50% the triple conditioner and triple glaze are a must have.. would be 5 stars but they don't accept cash at the location I visited

Pay $15 for full service self pull through touch less!!!!!!! and literally get little to no soap and your car looks like it did going in! NEVER AGAIN PRO FREE VACUUM
