This place continues to charge my credit card $10.00 no matter if I use $2.75 worth of Tim or $5 worth of time! Don't use your credit card at this place!

My card was charged 7.25 for a 3 minute rinse. Do not use your credit card here, previous reviews also say they were overcharged.

First time visiting this car wash - Facility was clean, brush and sprayer were in fair condition, that’s why it’s getting 2 stars instead of one. However there was no water pressure at all - even on the high pressure settings. I could get more water pressure out of my kitchen sink. The photo I’m posting with this review is on the “High Pressure” setting with the trigger pulled. On top the system randomly stopping twice in the middle of the system (have the charges on my account to prove it). The only reason I swiped to restart when the system randomly shut off was because I still had soap on my car. I ended up getting most of the soap off my car, driving home, and finishing the spray off in my driveway at home. I’m willing to chalk this up to being an issue the night used this car wash, but I’ll likely be driving to different one in West Jordan or West Valley next time.

Had some issues on my most recent visit. Called the owner and was resolved quickly. A great manual car wash for those that dont want an automatic wash. I go here 2-3 times a month year round and will continue to do so.

I have been coming here for many years. I usually used to pay by quarters. And recently started using my card. Boy, is that a MASSIVE mistake! I checked my card statement this month. For the last two. I washed my two cars a total of 7 times. Nothing crazy dirty or anything. Just a regular dust and spots on car type of wash. But the total for seven washes was almost $140! One car wash charged me $36! I dont know what the heck is going on here. But I will never use this place again if it is going to rip us card users off. And I had been going here for the last 20 plus years. Because as others have said, it SEVERELY overcharges your cards. Had I paid for these washes with quarters, it would have been about 1/3 what I was charged. I guess I didn't push a "stop" button. That seems to be what the owner says to everyone who is overcharged by these machines. Awful setup. Should just charge what you actually use. I guess it just keeps going, even after you pull out of the bay and leave. No idea how long it charges. But $36 on a single self service wash is absolutely absurd. The timer must have just kept going and going! I feel super taken advantage of....

This place really suck they charge me extra washes stop at 1 minute after I started and run my credit card and same but both time charge me $10 each also there are very low pressure .. and the air dryer same thing.. I guess Im better off looking for a digestive place to wash..😒😒

The Village Car Wash was exactly what I wanted. No wait, easy to operate the credit card friendly system. The power washer had plenty of power. The soapy brush was generous. I was able to do a rinse, wash and Rinse including the weather proof mats for just over $6. I definitely recommend this location and I’ll be stopping back again.

Just look at all of the recent reviews several 1 stars, it's because this is a terrible wash and extremely expensive and as you can see they use cookie cutter responses that aren't even useful, the phone number provided never returns your calls left 2-3 voicemails and have not heard back in over 2 weeks. WWAAAYYY too expensive for what it is. It literally cost over 20$ for a fast as possible (I literally sped through the wash as fast as I possibly could) wash on a compact SUV.. Half of the time they charge you for, is spent waiting for it to switch to another mode. I tried contacting them to get a refund because of the sheer poor quality of the wash and there is no way to get a call back in surprised this place is still open for how bad and expensive it is.
