Absolutely no SOAP on a $12 wash. Looks like it was just hosed off. Still have salt residue on entire car. Left text message for owner and received no reply.

Waited for 30 minutes because one side wasn’t working. By the time I got to the payment machine the side I was waiting for broke as well. Didn’t get my car washed and had a line of angry people behind me thinking it was my fault. Don’t waste your time on this place.

Couldn't even figure out where to pull in this place.They need better signs, wanted to vacuum my car but unfortunately I had no idea how to get to the vacuums. Pulled in both businesses on each side of the car wash and still could not find the entrance to get to the vacuums in the back.

The vacuum was not picking up anything and I put 2.00 in there for nothing, I was upset. I love zappys but probably won't return to this particular location

Took my money, got nothing but an open door at the other end. There's no way to contact management. What a great deal for Zappys! Do not recommend, will not return, will tell everyone DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH.

The few times I’ve been to this car wash I regret it. It doesn’t clean your car, the dryer has shut off with 50 seconds left and the machine has taken my money. I’ve reached out to the number on the signs and I’ve never received a response back. Don’t waste your time or your money.

Would not recommend. Customer Service is TERRIBLE. Bill Changer accepts bills and does not return any coin.

I purchased the $12 car wash for my Jeep Cherokee, and the car looks like it wasn’t even touched. Definitely not coming back to this place again…

Tried the Zappy's $9 car wash today, and the car is still covered in dirt film and only looks rinsed. Spraying the car with a garden hose in the driveway with no soap would have looked just as good. Maybe the bay isn't working as it should and needs repaired, but as is, it's a waste of money.

Coin machine ate my 20, not the car wash machine, and they seem to refuse giving me my money back. They sent me 2 free car washes which is cool, but I'd prefer my money. I wasn't washing my car, I was gonna vacuum it and clean the inside. Just sucks that they have no care for their customers.

Not recommended at all. I visited here, and after I paid the car wash door wouldn't open. I called the customer service line and the person was extremely rude and unhelpful. The car wash itself is not worth it, go down the road and there are several better options.

Zero stars! I paid for the "Ultimate" wash. $14. Never rinsed the soap off of my car. When I tried calling, I got disconnected SIXTEEN times before I got through to someone and the guy couldn't help me, I had to go the website, the "help bot" also couldn't help me and referred me to email the company. I was assured that my refund request would be submitted in 24 hrs. It wasn't. Had to spend another $4 to rinse my car at a different place.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My car was just as dirty after the wash as it was before. I requested a refund and got nothing back. Don't waste your money at this place.

The worst car wash I've ever used. My vehicle was still covered in soap after the wash was done. Chose the highest priced option, a garden hose has more pressure than this wash. The wash itself sucked more than the vacuums as well. Vacs are either tired or clogged. Either way they were useless.

I've went here 5 times twice it hasen't worked and Everytime you have to put ur card in multiple times for it to work. Tear it down

This place is absolute garbage. It won't even clean your car, doesn't dry Your car leaves soap on your car. Close this place down already trash.
