Just got home from work and had to smile my car looked brand new. I passed it during lunch and didn’t even recognize it because it was shining so much. Rae Rae told me to go with the Gold Wash, and she was right. And honestly? It’s hard not to trust someone with freckles and a smile like hers. She puts real care into what she does, and it shows.

Good car wash terrible program. My car subscription was about to expire so four times I went to renew it and four different times I was told I couldn't extend my subscription until it expires. I went back after it expired and still couldn't get it renewed. They tried to enter a new account and that didn't work. Finally after calling a tech person they said it was working. I haven't been back to verify. The other issue is the program doesn't allow for cash payment only credit cards.

Its hit or miss if you get a good car wash, however for the monthly price it's still worth it for unlimited washes. The quality is just not that great at times. For example left over soap, not much soap at times, the final wipe own upon exit works sometimes but not all the time. Some times the tire shine is great, and sometimes you get nothing at all. The employees who give you air fresheners and towels are always nice.

Rhett comes correct at the gate every single time. Man shows up like a pit-crew ninja with that towel snapping in the wind and an air freshener ready like he’s knighting my truck into greatness. Before I even roll in, he’s there—big smile, towel in hand, energy at 110%, acting like my dusty Chevy is the VIP guest of the day. He hits me with the “you’re about to shine, my guy” look, and boom—best part of my afternoon. If the car wash gave out belts like WWE champs, Rhett would be wearing the heavyweight title of “Freshness & Towel Precision.” 10/10—would drive through again just to see Rhett do his thing

I asked the attendant which washes included undercarriage rinsing and he just clicked the gold package without asking any other questions. Felt like $20 was steep but my car needed it. Well the machine was either broken or it didn’t include the undercarriage because it indeed did not even rinse underneath. Pretty disappointed for $20. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because it was fast. I’ll stick to Andy’s in North Olmsted. Will not be returning.

Wonderful service, went in on a Thursday and was out faster than expected. The worker named Ryan was of great help, made my time very simple. Only complaint was a worker named Rhett staring at me while i was pulling my car into the tunnel?? It made me uncomfortable but still great experience, will return soon!

On 12/23/25 my wife’s car was damaged inside this car wash, and the way management handled it afterward has been worse than the incident itself. While my wife was on the conveyor, the staff stacked too many cars into the tunnel. As a vehicle ahead reached the exit, the parking lot was full and there was nowhere for them to go, so traffic stopped. The wash did not stop the belt quickly enough, and multiple cars were pushed into each other—essentially a chain reaction/sandwich. The manager on site, Armando, came over and initially told people to leave because there was “no damage.” My wife pulled over and checked her vehicle and found visible damage. Armando then said he would be helpful and that if we needed to file an insurance claim, he would help cooperate. We filed a police report with the [County] Sheriff’s Department and contacted our insurance. Since then, our insurance company has repeatedly tried to reach the business, and the car wash has been uncooperative—including hanging up during attempts to discuss the claim. At this point, we’re left with front and rear damage and a business that refuses to engage. Mistakes happen. Refusing to cooperate afterward is a choice. And if they won’t even speak to your insurance company, that tells you everything. To make it worse, we were told they won’t repair a car over 10 years old, even when damage happens in the wash. Regardless of who ends up being assigned fault, a business that won’t even communicate or cooperate after an incident like this is not one I can recommend. Do not go here. If something happens to your vehicle, do not expect them to help.

I got the monthly pass for the 2nd highest wash and for the price its really good. Super quick, easy and straight to the point. No nonsense and thats what I appreciate. No residue left and my car shines like its brand new again. Highly recommend

I had always wanted to get a car wash membership. We ended up moving just a few minutes from Buckeye Express Car Wash. It was a no brainer to get my wife and I a package. We ended up going with the platinum for both of our vehicles. This was the best decision I’ve ever made. I easily wash my truck four times a week now! All of the employees are always super nice and outgoing. One person in particular, Ryan, always seems to be very happy and outgoing. It’s very rare these days to see someone enjoying their job and interacting with the public! You can tell he truly loves what he does! Buckeye express is such a great place and highly recommended them! If you plan on washing your vehicle more than once a month, might as well just get the membership! You won’t regret it!
