Brought my 2021 Mazda three and for the yearly detail. Got it back looking better than it did on showroom floor. Carpets are unbelievably clean, my floor mats look like I just took them out of the bag, seats don’t have a single bit of dust or hair in the creases. Also managed to get all the sand out of the trunk after coming back from a beach trip, which is surprising. Because you know if you go to the beach you’ll find sand everywhere for the next six months. Cannot stress how phenomenal of a job he did. Nowhere else in Ohio are you going to find better service, or a better staff to work on your vehicle.

Highly recommend this guy! My girlfriends car was in pretty rough shape before we took it in but when we got it back it was good as new! He was super friendly and honest and made sure we didn’t feel like “just another customer” like some places.

The detailer that deserves your money. Have had two vehicles done at this point, and both were spotless and done excellently. I've gone to other detailers that charge more and dont do half as well as Xtrem Clean. I have no reason to go anywhere else, its perfect every time, for a price that doesnt kill.

Fantastic service great owner. Nice guy who will always treat you and your car right. Overall a wonderful shop. Brendon fixed a deep scratch I thought would never come out. Less than a few minutes and he had it gone and my paint was completely perfect there again. Will always be the go to detailer! Keep it up bub! 10/10

This place does an amazing job. They have really helped me out. Bought a new "used" car. Was told it had no previous smokers. it DID! The dealership hid the cigarette smoke smell and after a couple of days the car reeked. I'm allergic to it and my car was making me very ill. Xterm clean has done a great job and gone the extra mile in their efforts to get rid of the cigarette smell from the vehicle. They know what they are doing, communicate, and have helped me as I continue to deal with the sneaky dealership. I highly recommend them to anyone!

If I could give this business a zero I would. Paid for my elderly aunt to have her car cleaned. She wasn't able to text message the man details because she is elderly and doesn't do well with electronics. The owner then called her a 'reeetard' and never provided her with the service I paid him for. A disgrace.

I had a great experience here, the owner did a fantastic job on my vehicle and went above and beyond my expectations. The owner was very professional, kind and got me in the last minute. The prices are very reasonable for the service they provide you. He also did a great job communicating with me and explaining exactly what would be cleaned in the interior. I bought my car a couple days before my appointment with horrible stains and when I got it back it looked brand new! I couldn’t be happier and I would recommend this service to anyone.

Locals told me this was the place to go for vehicle detailing. And they were absolutely right. My vehicle is clean inside and out, looks like new and smells like new! Even rubbed out a few spots that supprised me. Owner and staff are extremely friendly and easy to work with on drop off/pick up. Pricing is very competitive, actually under priced for the job they do in my opinion. Highly recommend. Make your appointment in advance if you can because they stay booked! *Vet owned and operated.

This is the only company I’ve ever really felt deserves an amazing review. Anyone who cares about their vehicle should take their vehicle to this guy. So professional and an astonishing attention to detail. I unknowingly had an interior leak in my vehicle from my AC line and it had flooded the entire passenger side causing a disgusting smell. I couldn’t even stand to be in my vehicle because of how bad the smell was. This guy made it all look and smell brand new again. Absolutely outstanding work! I can’t say enough about how great they did!!

I had came over here to get my car vacuumed and cleaned. In the process of paying for the wash, I realized that they did not have tap to pay. Since I couldn't pay for my wash, I was just going to leave, however, a kind employee gave me the wash for free! The employees are kind and helpful at this location. 5 stars. I highly recommend 👌.
