So I have been a loyal customer and have spent a lot of money through the past six years getting my vehicle washed. My windshield ended up getting cracked in a Wendy’s parking lot from the man mowing grass. I ended up getting my windshield replaced with a brand new windshield. After the windshield got replaced I wanted to take it to the car wash because there was a lot of fingerprints on it from where they installed the windshield. They gave me another sticker that day. About two days later, I got my windshield tinted So when I went through to get a car wash a few days later, they had to give me another sticker. I noticed that they had put it on the outside of my vehicle and I just didn’t like that. I thought it looked very tacky. So I took it off and when I went back to the car wash I told them I wanted them to put the sticker in the inside of my car. The man told me they can’t put a sticker on the inside because it won’t read it because of the tent so I said OK that’s fine. Just give me another one. I gave him my phone number and he stated to me that I have been using several different vehicles and I wasn’t allowed to have a membership anymore under that debit card. . I told him what happens and he said there was nothing he could do about it so I ended up using a different card and got another membership even though I had just paid for my membership. I think it’s ridiculous that they told me I was switching vehicles. I don’t understand why they don’t take a picture of the vehicle when you purchase the membership. Like how are you Gonna tell me that I’m switching cars…. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous. The customer service that they have at these locations are very young individuals who do not know how to talk to people who are very rude and non-intelligent to be completely honest. This car wash literally makes millions because everyone goes there nowadays, but I’m kind of to the point where I really don’t want to anymore because I just had a situation at the airway location where my Two front tires are now messed up. My tire rod is messed up and now my alignment is off all because a little 18-year-old boy cannot guide me on the tracks correctly. I will be canceling my membership. This is ridiculous.

Best bang for your buck for car wash. Be warned for long lines during busy hours especially weekends but you'll be in and out in 15 minutes tops. Did I mention FREE vacuum too? And people in Huber Heights location are awesomely friendly!

Signed up for $40/month unlimited. The windows were left with a filmy substance, soap not rinsed off, and car was still wet. Had to go over the windows several times to get the filmy substance off. The vacuums are nice. Came straight home and cancelled. You get one opportunity to impress me. I will go back to my other car was in Fairborn.

This place and their corporate sucks. Management sucks. My daughter’s new SUV got scratches on both sides by her windows. We took it up there and talked to them. They acted like we were making it up. She sent an email. Nothing. It’s been months!! I do not recommend anyone taking their car there, especially new.

Damarion and (never caught a name, maybe the manager? Blonde woman) were incredibly helpful tonight. Came in around 5:20. I had been in an accident a couple months prior, and had forgotten to cancel my membership for my previous vehicle. My email and phone weren't working to do it online. I went in in person, and they got it cleared up for me right away. There's still 1000 other things I need to do, but they took at least one of the weights off my mind, so I appreciate them very much.

I purchased a basic car wash yesterday at the Huber Heights location. After, I noticed a couple scratches that weren’t there before. Finger marks on the doors, dead bugs on the front of my SUV and mirrors were still there along with a ring of coffee from where I sat my coffee cup earlier on the hood. The car wash didn’t actually wash anything! I brought this to the attention of a female staff who explained that the basic car wash is for freshly washed, waxed or painted cars-so cars that are already clean. She did offer to give me another run of the wash that didn’t work at all the first time. I opted to skip getting any new scratches and consider my money and time wasted. I definitely won’t be back and will warn others not to go there.

I took my newly purchased SUV here on Sunday, September 28th at approximately 10:10AM and there is now scratch marks ALL over my vehicle. I went straight home after the wash, no accidents, parked it in my driveway with no other cars in the driveway either, and came out later to see scratch marks all over my new SUV. The only thing that happened was the car wash. There is around 10 or more scratch marks all over it, both sides, front, rear, etc. This place won't answer my calls so I sent a contact us message and they won't contact me back either. I am devastated that my car has excessive scratch marks all over all because I wanted to keep it nice and took it to this car wash. What a huge mistake that was! Now I have to get it repaired MYSELF over the company's poor car wash services and what I assume is too rough unkept not properly maintained or replaced or upgraded machine brushes that go over the vehicle while in the car wash. These brushes had to have been ROUGH AS HECK to do the damage it did all over my car. I hope this company will make it right but so far they are just avoiding me. If you love your vehicle as much as I love mine, do not take it to this location otherwise you will pay the price like I did... literally!

The car wash itself is fine and does what any other car wash does. I would have been able to leave a better review but the communication from staff is awful. We went in last month and was convinced to get a month of unlimited washes so that we could help the girl out (I'm assuming they keep track of sales?) She didn't take our names or phone numbers so we couldn't creat an online account and at no point during our conversation did she let us know that this is an autopay/auto renewal kind of thing nor was a pamphlet or paper given to us explaining this. Just a sticker stuck to our windshield. I was super surprised when almost $40 was taken from my account and frustrated when I try to go online or call to cancel and get a refund and I cant because neither of our phone numbers are associated with a membership. I would have felt a lot better about this had she explained all of this in the first place because I never would have signed up for something like this if Id have known it would be set up on autopay with how expensive it is.

1 $10 a week for the best one around I find. Including really good free vacuums. I paid $4 a month extra on top of the top plan four ceramic coat. Totally worth it. Even during the Rainy days, I sneaked into get recoated. It makes it makes the water bead off so well! Very highly recommended this spot!
