I was looking for a new source to detail my SUV and chose Mark because of his stellar reviews. You can add me to his fan base for a number of reasons. First, his communication was excellent during all the phases of researching what he offered and making an appointment to have him to the work. Then, he arrived a little early, is very personable and pleasant to deal with and did a fantastic job. The car looks new without any perfumed odors, now has an excellent Carnauba wax and he made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before he left. It was so convenient to have the work done in my driveway I can't imagine doing this in any other way now or with any other person.

This was my first time getting my car detailed and it was a really great experience. Mark was incredibly kind and I felt like my car was in good hands from the start. He was right on time for my appointment, took a great deal of time and care into cleaning up my car, was diligent on stains, and transparent about his process and pricing. My car was the cleanest it's ever been, even cleaner than when I first bought it. You cannot beat this type of service and affordability anywhere - I feel lucky to have come across Mark's services and would recommend him to any one!

Mark is absolutely amazing. Before I even met him, I was so impressed with his communication regarding our appointment. When he arrived, he asked me again what service I wanted and he was so honest and told me that I actually didn't need that level of service given that my car was in pretty good condition. How many people would do that?? And he did an absolutely spectacular job on my car. I had quite a lot of pet hair, and when he finished you'd have no idea that there had been a dog in that car. I've already got another appointment scheduled with him. He is simply the best.
