I want to report that a male employee at Winn-Dixie, who is a short Black man with grey hair and typically wears a white shirt and black pants, has repeatedly stared at me in a way that feels intrusive and uncomfortable whenever I shop there. His behavior is inappropriate and creates a hostile environment for customers. I do not know his exact role, but it is clear that his conduct is unwelcome and disruptive. I urge management to address this matter promptly and ensure that customers can shop without feeling harassed or intimidated. Such conduct violates Winn-Dixie's policies against harassment and discrimination, and it should not be tolerated.

In Tallahassee Florida most of the Winn-Dixie's have closed down but we still have one location which is a very good location they have a liquor store right next door so you can complete all of your shopping needs from groceries to alcohol we love shopping at Winn-Dixie because every time we come they have a great customer service staff and most of the lanes are open so there is no long wait come here for decent prices and great customer service

The customer service here is great. I had an issue with the self checkout and a bogo product. They quickly fixed the problem. While I did not see any Caroline carts here, unfortunately, they did have kids' carts with the steering wheels that my child loves. There is plenty of selection although some products are priced higher than I expected. Will I be back? Maybe. It's not the most convenient location for me but the shopping experience was pleasant. I would return if I lived closer.
