I stopped in to have my elderly mom's car washed and to vacuum it a little bit. My mom has been sick for most of this year and recently widowed so her car has been sitting for most of the year. I pulled up and asked the guy for a one time quick wash price and he said $16 when I asked him about a lower price he said it would just be a quick rinse and then said, "this car is very filthy". That was very rude and unnecessary on his part but I went ahead and took his advice and did the more expensive wash. I pulled around to the wash and there wasn't any lights or anything or someone saying what to do and I haven't used a carwash myself in the last year so I had forgotten about putting the car in Neutral and taking my foot off the brake so when the car was pulled forward by their belt or whatever does that, the car was jerked pretty far forward and the guy that was there was waving his arms and jumping up and down saying stop. There wasn't another car in the carwash so he was a little over dramatic but then I was putting on the brake and putting the car in Neutral and another guy steps out of the office and is hollering at me to let off the brakes 🙄 The carwash was maybe a little longer than 1 minute, it definitely wasn't 3 minutes long. And definitely not $16 worth. Its called false advertising!! I will never go to that location again, maybe never to any of them again. So to the guy that stated it was filthy, you don't know what or why someone hasn't been able to maintain or have their vehicle maintained so try being kind. I wouldn't have been there if the car had been clean.

I thought I was purchasing a car wash, but after I paid, the boy who rang me up with the iPad said I was now signed up for a membership that is going to auto-renew next month. You really need to tell people that kind of thing BEFORE they hand you their credit card. I specifically never signed up for a membership because I have heard so many stories about people being unable to cancel their membership here and getting charged for things they don't want. This practice is extremely deceptive.

I just wanna give a quick shoutout because the guys that helped me today were literal angels😠A bird completely obliterated my car and I can tell that these guys were genuinely impressed. Maverick and Steve were SO helpful and understanding, as well as the other man who helped pre-scrub my car(I'm sorry I didn't catch your name.) But yes literally a pre-scrub before a car wash. They were so kind and laughed with me about the situation at hand. After my car was squeaky clean. This was the best car wash I've been to in a WHILE.

Major decline in customer service quality. Attendants standing at payment kiosks are there to sell subscription services, not assist you. Attendant told me my wash came with "30 free days of washes" after running my credit card and started trying to collect my personal info. I had to explicitly ask if they were signing me up for a subscription service, which they confirmed. When I declined the service, attendant repeatedly demanded to know why I didn't want my free washes. I shouldn't have to say no more than once.

I have been charged double for a month so I try and cancel my membership and they keep trying to take money from my account. Im sick of getting notifications that this place is trying to take money from my account after I have went through all of the steps to cancel my membership. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Quick and efficient service. Subscribed to one of their monthly plans and it’s being going great. They have a couple of Whistle Express around the town. One of the employees, Lucas, welcomes us with a big smile always.

Yesterday, I paid $30 for nothing. Staff knowingly opened and operated this without telling customers the sprayers were down. Everyone was wandering around their vehicles. Two of us went to complain and were told we Could drive back thru again. How does this solve the issue! They should be closed until repairs can be made. Staff didn’t want to return our money either. No other management team member offered any other solution. Better ask before you swipe!

I usually go to Marathon, but I passed it and didn’t feel like making a U-turn around the busy Capital Circle area. The vacuums worked well, but the wash was terrible! My car wasn’t clean at all. I was hoping to apply Nu Polish on it after this wash and noticed dirt everywhere. My hub caps were also still very dirty. Pretty dissatisfied customer.

After visiting another car wash down south and exiting with my car completely dry, I decided to cancel my membership at this location. Unfortunately, the dryers here do not work effectively. Each time I wash my car, I have to spend an additional 10 minutes manually drying it afterward, which defeats the purpose of a convenient car wash membership. With competition coming into the area, it feels like it may be a little late for an upgrade, but this issue has made it difficult to justify continuing my membership.

I give only 3 stars because at this car wash, the wheels and tires are never cleaned properly. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and they’ve had the same problem for as long as I can remember. The tire shine machine never works. If they thinks it’s working they are sadly mistaken. They need new equipment for cleaning and shining wheels. Everything else seems to be okay.
