These are great guys at this place. Im in a wheelchair and they know I cant do certain things myself and they always go the extra mile to help me. Sometimes I come in just to have my oil level checked and they never make me feel like im an inconvenience or wasting their time. I dont go anywhere else! Great job guys!

Beware of this location. They changed my oil earlier this year and tightened it down so tight we couldn’t get it back off when time to change the oil again. I took it back and asked them to loosen the over tightened drain plug and they refused to even look at it unless I purchased another oil change from them. I can’t help but think this was deliberate. We took it to Pep Boys by Lowes on Capital Circle and had a much better experience. We will not trust Take 5 with any of our vehicles moving forward.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile, a “good morning”, and a bottle of water. The team was super courteous, respectful, and answered all my questions…and all my follow-up questions. 😆They took the time to tell me about the oil top off and fluid/tire check service that is free for three months or 3000 miles. My oil change was quick, and I left with confidence that it was done correctly. I would recommend this location.

I asked for a oil change, nothing else. Before I could stop the tech, he was putting air in my tires. I had just had my tires rotated and balanced and properly inflated with nitrogen. Take 5 added air (not pure nitrogen) and overinflated them... Without giving me the chance to tell them not to.

The men at the Capital Circle & Mahan were more than thorough, helpful, quick and friendly! The “check engine” light was on. They checked all fluids, added 1/2 quart of high-mileage fully synthetic oil, checked all tires and added air, and washed the windshield for NO CHARGE! I will be back! They told me that I needed to see a mechanic, which I did later.

First time customer — and unfortunately, last time. I’m sure the oil change itself was fine, but the experience around a coupon issue completely ruined the visit. I had a valid 25% off coupon (on a ~$110 service) that was sent to me directly from Take 5’s website via text the day before. When I arrived, the link wouldn’t load. I was told their metal roof sometimes interferes with cell signals. I mentioned I should have taken a screenshot, and was told screenshots aren’t accepted. I asked if I could connect to their Wi-Fi so I could pull up the link — no response. Despite clearly seeing that the coupon had just been sent to my phone, the manager said the best they could do was a $7 coupon. I understand technology issues happen. What was disappointing was the complete lack of empathy or effort to help, especially knowing I was a first-time customer (which I stated up front). If this is how issues are handled on a first visit, I’m not interested in finding out what a second or third visit would be like.

Look at my jacked up filters!!…not what I went in for but he and the service team paid attention to my ENTIRE car core functionality including windshield wipers. No one and done at this location. I needed an oil change badly. I was hesitant to stop at first, but I had to. I was greeted promptly by Deonte. He directed me to the lane that was about to open up. Now let’s be clear. None of us really expect to be in and out in 5 minutes. It’s a marketing campaign that works. It’s not 5 minutes, but it’s much much faster than anywhere else. Ok. We good? Good. Once I was directed into the open lane, an Assistant Manager named Jon cheerfully greeted me. He listened to what I wanted and they got to work. Along with Jon and Deonte, Steve completed the team. They did a great job and got me in and out. Thanks guys
