Unprofessional and unreliable! Booked with them two weeks ago and no one called or showed up. After I called to see what the issue was for the delay, I was told my detailer had a tire problem and wouldn’t be coming. For the inconvenience, they said I could rebook for 10% off and that a manager would call me. No one ever called nor gave me a discount code, but I booked again since I wanted my car detailed. On the second attempt at service, I was called the day of and told they were running behind and wouldn’t finish my car before sunset. It was 2pm, and I was only getting an interior cleaning. No one that I spoke with seemed to care about the continued bad experiences I had. Don’t waste your time - book with someone else.

I desperately needed my car shampooed and called around to several places. They were quoting me similar prices, if not higher than what I paid, and I would have had to either wait there (for 4 hours), or drop Jackie (my car) off at their location. For this reason, I feel that what I paid was a good value due to the convenience of having the detailers come to me. I spoke with John over the phone who was professional and friendly. Having worked in customer service for many years myself, I value the aforementioned qualities highly. Furthermore, although this was a good value, it is by no means cheap and for me to spend this money, I’m going to make sure that I’m satisfied with the service. The detailer called me 15 minutes before their arrival, which I appreciated, and were punctual. They worked hard for over three hours shampooing and detailing the inside, and then washing, waxing and detailing the trim outside. She looked gorgeous :) I would recommend letting your car sit in the sun with the windows open for a few hours before driving. I was able to do this in high 30 degree weather and she was dry enough to ride later that afternoon. I also unknowingly agreed to an added fragrance, which I wouldn’t have directly asked for because I have a sensitive nose, but the scent was nice and not overpowering. John followed up later to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Overall I’m very happy and would recommend. Thank you!
