Unprofessional and unreliable! Booked with them two weeks ago and no one called or showed up. After I called to see what the issue was for the delay, I was told my detailer had a tire problem and wouldn’t be coming. For the inconvenience, they said I could rebook for 10% off and that a manager would call me. No one ever called nor gave me a discount code, but I booked again since I wanted my car detailed. On the second attempt at service, I was called the day of and told they were running behind and wouldn’t finish my car before sunset. It was 2pm, and I was only getting an interior cleaning. No one that I spoke with seemed to care about the continued bad experiences I had. Don’t waste your time - book with someone else.

I desperately needed my car shampooed and called around to several places. They were quoting me similar prices, if not higher than what I paid, and I would have had to either wait there (for 4 hours), or drop Jackie (my car) off at their location. For this reason, I feel that what I paid was a good value due to the convenience of having the detailers come to me. I spoke with John over the phone who was professional and friendly. Having worked in customer service for many years myself, I value the aforementioned qualities highly. Furthermore, although this was a good value, it is by no means cheap and for me to spend this money, I’m going to make sure that I’m satisfied with the service. The detailer called me 15 minutes before their arrival, which I appreciated, and were punctual. They worked hard for over three hours shampooing and detailing the inside, and then washing, waxing and detailing the trim outside. She looked gorgeous :) I would recommend letting your car sit in the sun with the windows open for a few hours before driving. I was able to do this in high 30 degree weather and she was dry enough to ride later that afternoon. I also unknowingly agreed to an added fragrance, which I wouldn’t have directly asked for because I have a sensitive nose, but the scent was nice and not overpowering. John followed up later to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Overall I’m very happy and would recommend. Thank you!

Yesterday 11/29/2022 was the first time using Wings Mobile Detailing and it will be the last time I use them. I purchased the premium package because I am firm believer in you get what you pay for. The detailing technician, Shakeel, meet me at the agreed upon location and started the process of detailing my car. She did an outstanding job with the interior trim, door jams, leather seats and the outside trim of my SUV. Overall, the detailing of the interior was better than what I have received by other companies I have used in the past. It was nearly dark when she finished so I really could not see the shine very well due to the condensation forming on my car.

I made an online appointment two weeks ago. Shortly before the scheduled time, I received a call informing me of a scheduling conflict, so we rescheduled for the next day. However, a few hours before the new appointment, another employee called to reschedule again due to delays, offering a complimentary add-on. Despite this, when I rescheduled for the following morning at 9 am, no one showed up. After calling and being assured they'd arrive by 11:30, they still hadn't arrived by 11:45. When I called to cancel, the person simply said okay and hung up. I won't be returning.

5 stars strictly because of Maria. Her work ethics are next to none. She obviously takes great pride in her work and it shows. She tranformed 2 disastrous looking work vehicles delivered to my office into showroom quality. Like night and day. The company would be crazy to let her go. Also her patience with the trainee was impeccable and impressive. Please hire real help so she's not busting her butt for 7 hours straight mostly by herself. That is what I observed since I was at the office the entire day. Pay her!!!!!! 10 stars for her attitude, attention to detail, and professionalism! Long story short, the tech didn’t see our booking so we never got service. We were slotted for an arrival time of 1-2 PM. At 2:09 we called for an update. They were going to call us back. At 3:03 we called for an update since we hadn’t heard anything but had to leave a voicemail. Eventually we received a call letting us know that we there isn’t anyone to service us today. We scheduled this almost a week ago. Overall, accidents happen but we should have been the ones contacted and not reaching out for updates. The man on the phone was kind and said if we ever use them he would give us some kind of discount in the future. We went elsewhere.

I had the high gloss package done to my Armada. It was scratched up pretty bad and dull. I had the polish done to it. (Really needs compound) but it came out looking so much better. Detailer Grant came to my place and did a really good job. Customer service is awesome too. He gives honest answers about everything he’s about to do and gives other options if you want them.

I really loved using this service for my car because of the convenience and the effort they used to put into the detail. But I think it’s a hit or miss with quality of detailing you’ll get based on the person who shows up. I booked a second tier package with them and was fairly disappointed with the cleaning of the interior of my car. They missed several spots that are standard parts to clean in a detailings. I’ve attached photos below. They clearly show the employee did a basic vacuum and a bear minimum wipe down with visible outlines of dust of the places they missed. This was a let down after spending 260 on this package including tip.

Wonderfully polite, thorough and excellent job, intentionally undercharged for an amazing job when it turned out my car needed more work than just the detailing. They’re a company with integrity.
