My car was in desperate need of a clean inside. We moved from California so it had dust in the door jambs and back door pistons, the leather was tired and worn and the whole interior needed a serious clean. Jalen spent 3 hours cleaning it and treating the leather and the whole interior looks like new again. I was really impressed, he did a very thorough and professional job both inside and out. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be calling him again.

The name Attention 2 Detail is ironic because my experience was the complete opposite. I had them come over and give my car an interior detail, and the next time I went in the car it wouldn’t start. The dashboard was full of warning lights, and it had to be towed to the dealership. The car had been fully maintained and had no issues beforehand, but the dealership confirmed the battery had failed right after the detail. When I reached out to the business, they admitted the interior lights had been left on for hours but refused to take responsibility. Instead of helping to resolve the issue, the owner, Jalen, deflected blame and dismissed my concern entirely. This experience showed a SEVERE lack of accountability and professionalism. I’d HIGHLY advise anyone looking for reliable service to go elsewhere; somewhere that truly pays attention to detail and stands behind their work.

My daughter surprised me and had my explorer inside and out detailed today! Jalen was truly a professional, completely self sufficient with power, supplies, and water. He was on time, made a great impression, and even has a car maintenance plan we can take advantage of. He fixed my trim from a waxing job gone wrong previously. He even took before and after photos for me. My vehicle looks AMAZING! And best of all, I didn’t have to take my car to him, he came to me!
