It’s wasn’t the worse but could have been better. I’ve never been here before and all I needed was a washout so I pulled in and there was a barrel in front of the washout bay. I pulled over to the other side thinking the washout bay was closed but I will warn you if you have never been here before the barrel in front of the bay doesn’t mean it’s closed. If you need a washout then pull in front of it otherwise you will get a tongue lashing from the owner. He is very protective of his stuff and very well should be so take it easy and follow all his directions. Also if you have an APU make sure it’s off before you get out of the truck. He doesn’t want it running because you’re inside the building.

I'll never come back. Dude wanted to do anything he could to not wash me out. Apparently Juan was just about to leave so it must have rubbed him wrong. If you haul fertilizer, dont bother because he won't wash you out. The EPA will shut him down! Bring bills of your previous load, even though he'll check the back. Also his prices increase if he feels like it. Just wash my trailer so I can be on my way Pablo.

Told my 2 million mile freightliner and old hopper bottom to get acid washed truck washed. Once they were done it looked brand new again. I will definitely be back to give them business. Very honest people.

Papa Smurf (miguel) and his crew absolutely killed my truck wash. They took there time and literally didn’t miss a spot on it. He told me about plans of renovations and im trilled to see this place take off. Windsor truck wash has won a forever customer and I’ll be sure to tell all local friends that windsor truck wash is back on the map 🤘

Great job. Truck is clean. Took 1:30 for truck, trailer and washout. I’ll better wait then take dirty truck back. The main reason why 3 star: It seemed rude, they speak with incomprehensible discontent, because of this I will not come again. Nowadays, customer quality services are very important. Thank you.

Look. 14 years driving and I’ve never met anyone so passionate about doing good work. The owner is a super cool level headed guy that’s realistic on time and cost. Yeah, its A LITTLE more expensive, but man, my truck and trailer were shining bright when him and and worker were done. Well worth the extra buck to have EVERYTHING hand washed. Follow the rules, dont expect a rush job, and enjoy a nice shiny truck. I will 100% be back again.

Papa Smurf is nice.... $60 for a washout is minimum. Nice lady in office. Be careful when pulling in, fall in the floor grooves and you pay for damage.

Guy is a lil punk with an attitude over charges gives one estimate then changes up. If you want business show respect. Heard they changed owners but I don't know. Won't man up when call him out. Drove off not spending $ to bad costumer service.

Terrible customer service! I wanted get a truck wash today there was a super rude front desk guy, he didn’t even look at my face. I was gonna wash 3 of my trucks there today but the attitude that I received there was terrible so I decided to look for a different truck wash. Even the other customer who waited there got shocked. You need to change your staff!!!

Person at the customer service desk treats people badly. Barely speaks to you and when he does he treats you like a moron and doesn't care one way or the other if you decide to do business. Recommend buying your own power washer. Probably cheaper anyway and you dont have to refrain yourself from lunging over the desk at that guy. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Great truck wash that pays attention to detail. Takes a little time to get it right so don’t expect a 30 minute job. Only two guys but they did a phenomenal job. Scrubbed the top of the sleeper, which everywhere I’ve gone, it never gets done. Along with my reefer tank which also gets neglected.
