I went through an initial free carwash and I was already impressed. Besides my car being spotless clean, a worker told me to sign up for a repetitive contract and then cancel within the first month to continue getting free washes. My Audi doesn’t get too dirty because I park my car in my residential garage. I also park in a garage for work.

Best drive-through service and I’ve tried almost all of them in the Huntington Beach fountain Valley area. Zero problems as far as my car finish goes. The wait in line is always short and the quality of the wash Is always good. The email specials are much appreciated and add to the list of reasons I will continue to go back!

I really love this place, Mariana was extremely helpful in getting me set up with the membership. I also appreciate that they’ve added the air dryers in the vacuum area such a great upgrade. And every time I visit, the place is always spotless love that

Nice place, but the prices have increased and the vacuums aren’t always working well. Employees are nice. However, the person working the entrance to the tunnel wash should scrub the hood and window without is asking them too

I Love this carwash. It’s on my way to work, so it’s really easy and fast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I get a beautiful clean car and even get a free air freshener and cleaning wipes. I strongly recommend this place.

My second time using these people. the car wash did a good job of washing my car as usual. I like that they have the vacuums after the wash so I am not as rushed to get my car entered into the washing que. I actually cleaned my windows from inside and totally vacuum my interior more than I usually do at these places, I even had time to use a nice cleaning on my dash, console and doors. Highly recommend this place

I’ve been coming to this car wash for years, and it never disappoints! The staff is always friendly and professional, the car wash itself does a fantastic job, and the vacuums are powerful and easy to use. Please fix your vacuums. It’s a real bummer that you pay to get a car wash and then you go to vacuum out your car and the vacuums are all broken or working at like 10% so they don’t suck anything up.

Excellent service. I was met at the drive through. The young man explained the procedure and the details of the car wash I was to receive. When I stopped to vacuum I noticed something on my back window. He had applied tape to the windshield wiper so it wouldn't get damaged. This was the best car wash I've ever had. I'll be back. I'll be getting the Ultimate Wash per the advice I was given. Thank you Huntington Beach!

Honestly WORST express car wash ever ! Didn’t even get all the soap off my car and car was with a lot of water that I had to end up drying Vacuums suck no power and it’s hard to reach your entire car with the small extension it sits on Never will I return plus overpriced

It was quick and easy to get to this location. The staff were very nice and the wash did a great job cleaning my car after a cross country drive! However there were no vacuum stalls available. I think they made an operational error when building the facility to have so few or no timed spots which can cause a bottle neck. I will not be returning to this location.

Went here today for a free car wash that the Smog Check nearby gave me after doing a smog check there and I noticed scratches on my left rear bumper side :/// absolutely unacceptable and someone needs to pay for these damages. I’ve never had this happen in my entire decades of owning a car and going to car washes. I just read other past reviewers with their bumpers being damaged too. Unacceptable! :///

The monthly membership is great if you don’t always have time to clean your car but want something quick and easy. The vacuums aren't strong.. but get the job done. The people working here are nice and guide you on the track perfectly.. which is NICE! … it would be amazing if they would go back to the old soaps or whatever they were using bc if I didn’t have an unlimited membership I prob wouldn’t come back. It is a big difference from before. In the past I never had to ask them to scrub before going into the wash…. Ever.

➖ I went through the wash twice in a row and the wash did not get my car clean 😢 👎 I tried this car wash again. Same results as last time... Did not get my car clean. Tire shine does not work. Dirt and water spots left on my car. 👎 There is absolutely no way all the 5 star reviews are legitimate. 👎 Cancelling my membership. Boooo!

Be cautious—especially on hot days! 🥵 I got stuck inside the machine for nearly 20–30 minutes while it was down. The staff was kind and kept updating me, but it wasn’t their fault—it seems like an issue the owners need to address and repair. When it works, the washes are great, and I really appreciate the free vacuums. Just wish the reliability was better, especially during peak heat!
