Rude and dismissive like I was imposing on them to clean my car. I was charged $30 for the worst job ever. I went down the street and redo the entire thing over.

Just had a car wash here and it sucked $60 later and still needs cleaned. My 9 year old could of done better not coming back here again 😒

The manager has the worst customer service. We just came and paid $40 for a wash and they left Water spots, did not dry completely, or vacuum. Don’t waste your money or time coming here.

The management is weak. They don’t train these guys properly, the manager has no customer service skills, he complained back at me that they need a stronger chemical to clean sides of the bottom panels, I sure am I could do with my finger that a simple towel would’ve done wonders.. way over priced for the service, no wonder there’s no line there that should’ve been my first clue.not recommended drive two blocks for a high quality wash that will look like this place did auto detailing

Took my brand new car to them to get its first wash. They left water running out of all the cracks and crevices. I had to tell them to re-wipe the car down. I also asked about using a brush on a stick to wash the car. The language barrier made it tough to communicate the issues. Once I got home I noticed the rims were not wiped down as well as the center console. I will never return again. You pay 30.00 for a hand wash and to have the tires dressed and they do a very poor job.

Took my brand new car here today and what do I see these guys chipped my paint......What the actual hell! Yes I tried to buff it out and as it turns out they took the paint right off. I now have white chip marks on my hood 🤣

This place clearly took down my last review. You guys need to own up to your mistakes. This place is so unprofessional. This place treats none Spanish speakers wrong, lady’s come to get a Carwash and these guys responds are in Spanish disrespecting cursing them. Besides messing up peoples cars. Here is this post once again. I need an answer when you guys are going to fix my screen!!!!

This is a terrible car wash. They overcharged me for the service provided. I could have gone to a drive-through car wash and cleaned it out better myself. They didn't clean the floors they didn't vacuum or dust. When I called in to speak with a manager they hung up on me

These pictures are after paying 50 bucks plus a $10 tip for a car wash. They said to wash it any better I would need to get the Super Wash. All they did was clean the windows and run it through the car wash. This place is an absolute rip off.

This is the worst car wash in Huntington Beach. I went to get my van cleaned for a new employee, and they quoted me $50. When I got into the car, the floors hadn’t been vacuumed, the entire console was still dusty, and there was water dripping from the cup holders. I had already tipped $10 before realizing they didn’t do anything besides clean the windows and run it through the car wash. Never go to this car wash—it’s a complete rip-off, and the employees don’t care. I was told they’re not allowed to touch or clean the radio and that I would need a "Super Wash" for them to properly wipe down the dash. This place is ridiculous. I would give it zero stars if possible.

A bit pricy more than I wanted to spend but they did a good job cleaning my car and it was filthy. 99.00 $ for a wash and hand wax they even buffed out some bad spots. Car looks way better.

Pricy & rude. The boss is so mean when he said that my car is very dirty & wanna charge me $45 for express car wash & vaccium. But my previous place charge me only $30 . He mark down a $35. I said okay but after that he gave me and all staff there very bad attitude. I will never come back. Never & ever.

This might just be the worst car wash I have ever had 😂 it’s absolutely comical. What a waste of money. I actually don’t know if they washed it?? My car is white too, it’s super obvious. They could have easily wiped this dirt off while drying it.

This is such a great car wash . Been coming here for years. I think any bad reviews claiming they didn’t do a good job, their cars must have been insanely dirty beforehand. You can only do so much to a disgustingly filthy vehicle. But I have always had amazing results here
