I have a pass here but I am trying to decide if I should cancel it. I haven't found another car wash yet. I like wiggy wash okay but I'm constantly frustrated. The vacuums are either broken, not sucking, or barely sucking. The air guns rarely work. The mat machine is broken a lot. The car wash itself is mediocre. The back of my car is never cleaned good. And there is always water everywhere when I come out. Guess the blowers aren't angled well or strong enough. Sorry but it's just okay.

Terrible experience! My car was undamaged and with no after market parts. I took it to this car wash and towards the end I heard wat sounded like someone hitting the car repeatedly. I got out and noticed my bumper was hanging off on one side. I then filed a report with a very rude and rushed manager. I waited 7 days longer than she told me to only get an email that said they could do nothing about it. I tried to email them back for more information and my email was immediately blocked. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!

When the equipment is working this is a good wash for the price. Often however many of the vacuums are not working and the supplies are not refilled. Multiple times I had to try three or four vacuum stations before I found one where both vacuums are working. Cancelling the monthly contract is a pain. Yoiu can't do it on their websie. You have to call in. When I called in I got transferred to a voice mail. I had to call back again. They again wanted to transfer me to a "cancellation department". When I told them I had already been transferred and only got voicemail, the agent said, "Well, I can go ahead and cancel this for you." Why didn't they do that the first time?

I've honestly never really been much if a car wash guy. I figured doing it myself is best. But I think I might just change my mind after Charles took care of my car. He did a way better job than I could ever myself (it's humbling but I guess there is always someone better). 5 out of 5 for the service and price

Vacuums and blowers dont work. Mat cleaning machines are constantly dirty. No rags to clean. Never a person to talk to and get help from. Empty cleaning containers. They told me both months were 13 dollars but theyre charging me 17 dolares. A complete scam. Bad experience with Wiggy Wash

It is a high quality Car Wash The Car Mat Washer is a great feature. Vacuums and cleaning supplies are always stocked. I did cancel my membership here, but only because I had a hard time using this location as it was out of the way from my normal route. I also got frustrated because half the time i went in my truck, the bar code reader wouldn't be able to read the code. No one ever suggested a way to prevent this from happening, and 50% of the time I'd have to sit there, wait for someone to come up and ask what was going on, and wait for them to figure out how to get me through the gate. I think my sticker must have been in a bad place, but i couldn't move it myself. I never noticed other trucks having similar issues I did have some trouble with that cancellation. I canceled when they were transitioning systems. And there was a bug where my canceled membership showed as canceled but was still being charged. I was able to contact them via Email and resolve these issues and get an appropriate Refund. It was frustrating, but I understand that switching systems causes bugs. And support responded in a timely and professional manner. If someone asked me if i would recommend this service, I would say yes.

We love this Place Charles and Tyson 5 Star Plus really like them. Always great customer service plus the suckers and air freshers are awesome my kids love them. I gave 3 stars because I feel like the signs are misleading. It says half of second car to a membership and I have two memberships. But every time I ask they say there is no half price second vehicle but look at the picture that’s still on the property? Any help there?

I was offered a promotion in July for a $10 car wash. I specifically declined anything that was auto renewal. The sales person guaranteed me there was no auto renewal. He told me I would get a text message and I would need to reply “yes” to consent to auto renewal of $25. I didn’t sign or consent to anything. I did not misunderstand the promotion. I was lied to. There are other reviews where this has happened to others. This was 100% deceptive practices. I want to share so others don’t get bamboozled like I did. I want a full refund. If I get one, I’ll either delete or change my review. The store manager here is great.
