I went here to buy somethingb yesterday and now they are trying to charge my bank again today and I have 3 other charges on my bank. Someone is hacking peoples bank cards there. They don't have a phone number online to call them either.

Not service dog friendly. So sad and disappointing. Someone should really educate the employees that 1. Service dogs have rights 2. Service dogs do not have to have papers 3. It is illegal to throw someone out for bringing a service dog in with them.

Best gas station and convenience store in Orem. Hands down. Maverick doesn't hold a candle to this place. Fresh Doughnuts and vast energy drink selection. Also, clean soda lines, according to my wife. Friendly service with a big fat smile.

Worst experience ever! They sold me a broken vape and refused to exchange it or replace it. I asked them if they were in the business of selling broken stuff and the guy simply replied with a shoulder shrug. I'd highly recommend never getting anything there

08/09/2017 Been a faithful customer for 9+ years. It is under new management all different employees and they have drastically raised prices and will no longer accept manufacturer coupons for products I was told "he doesn't know how to do the paperwork for these" not the best place but not the worst i have been to either.

The fuel price may be the lowest in the area, but I guess that is why they cannot have the "customer only" restroom have any toilet paper or proper soap or cleaning it on a regular basis. Perhaps only get fuel, but don't go in, just hold it, that act alone may save your life!

I live right accross the street from this station. Besides it being highly convenient, it also fairly clean, and they have a good selection of fountain drinks. Their gas prices are typically close to the same if not slightly under other gas stations. Never seems to be too crowded at the gas or convenience store, and the staff are pretty friendly.

I live across the street and come here almost every day . The service has always been great . Patrick is always kind and friendly. Always a smile and the owner is great veery friendly and has the place stocked and clean. Price of gas is best prides in town. Fresh donuts and big selection of sodas on the fountain. Also had wide selection in vape flavors

Well I was a happy customer of theirs until today. My gas light is on. I waited my turn in line. I asked if I could get as much change as I can in gas. I’m embarrassed enough already, I haven’t had to do this in at least 3 years. He was rude and commented, “well I have a line of customers.” Yes I know, I waited in that line. If this wasn’t my first time being rudely treated by him, then I wouldn’t care. This just was just the straw that broke the camels back. I don’t care what price their gas is. I’ll go somewhere else.

Clean and well stocked, nice employees, however don't use the automatic car wash unless you like potential rim damage from the pointless wheel "guide rails". Owner could remove these and it wouldn't hurt its function. There are safer options for vehicle guides out there. It can also be difficult to aim properly when the car is being sprayed from underneath at night.

Beware of the automatic shutoff if you plan on filling your tank. It doesn't consistently work. I'm standing next to my car when I hear the fuel start to overflow. Naturally, I want to flush off the mess as quickly as possible. I ask the owner for a car wash, but he refuses to give me one. The pumps are new, he says, so it's not his problem. These things do happen on occasion, with any pump. It's a mechanical device subject to failure, even if only rarely. If he's too cheap to take care of a customer, imagine what other shortcuts he doesn't mind making. If you like Shell fuel, they're opening all over the county now. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the others.

Got overcharged by $125 for a $25 gas fill up, and was told it was “company policy” to have a “five day holding fee for using cards outside on the pump” Tried talking to the attendants inside just to be talked over, yelled at, and interrupted, telling me that “it’s company policy” There is NO signage signifying that it’s “policy” to charge over $100 anywhere on the pumps outside or anywhere in the building. Absolutely horrendous and predatory billing practices. An absolute ripoff and horrible “customer service” Do not waste your time or money at this location.

Went to get gas. First my sister and I were calm until one employee interrupted the nice Oliver we were talking to explaining everything to me. Now. I get it can hold a 100 bucks with the gas, thanks to the world’s smallest sign that says so. My problem was being talked over, yelled at, insulted when we came in calm and nice and left feeling like Karen’s. I talked nicely to Oliver not the other worker who constantly insulted and yelled over me, talking just trying to ask questions and understand why there was now 100 bucks missing from our account. He stated he was the manager which and he’d been doing it for 25 years. Great! I’ve also been doing service for 10 and I have NEVER treated a customer how I was treated and pushed to such anger. Let alone I was trying to leave and he just constantly yelled at me as I was trying to leave. If anyone from the lucky company reads these. The possible manager needs to be fired since he does NOT offer manager solutions. Instead Oliver who was kind the whole time is the one who should be manager since in one Google search showed me and yet the supposed manager continued to tell me I don’t understand and tell my my credit card was wrong….. it was a debit.

This gas stations does card skimming, first I get a decline message when I know I have money and then next I get a message from my bank that they drained my account. I didn’t even get gas. Second time this happened but first it got stopped by my bank and for this to happen again means they’re purposefully scamming people! STAY AWAY! And now I’m seeing other reviews like this and they know about it!
