The Fast Pass is awesome but kind of pricey. So if you’re not going frequently, it may not be worth it. The automatic car wash does a great job despite leaving some soap residue behind. I like the powerful blow dryers but have had some paint peel off my car during the wash. I extra love the free vacuums and the mat washing machine (when it’s actually working) Not all of the vacuums work well so try finding one without a smashed end.

This was just a horrible experience all around. We use to come here and the employees worked hard and were so friendly. Ever since this car wash has changed hands I can see why it isn’t really busy any more and why people complain so much about it. There use to be a line clear out of the parking lot. We showed up to purchase a wash and interior detail and shampoo. The girl who was at the metal kiosk walked away without looking at us or saying a word. We sat looking around and almost left when a kid came up to the window and asked what we wanted. We paid over $100 to have everything done properly. We went through the wash and waited, again, confused about where to go because there wasn’t any employees around. Finally one came out and directed us where to go so we pulled up and hopped out so that the 5 guys standing and joking and goofing off could continue to stand there and goof off and joke around and not do their job. While we were waiting inside we decided to look for a manager and there wasn’t one to be found anywhere. The employees inside were all arguing about who would be the cashier and then the two guys inside made the girl who randomly walked inside be the cashier. It was so bizarre and was like being in the twighlight zone. I left feeling disgusted and disappointed. My vehicle is still so gross. If anyone knows of a car wash around here that actually cleans your vehicle please leave a comment and let me know! I cannot believe we wasted so much money. Especially in this economy. Just absolutely abhorrent. There are so many more pictures I could post but you get it. Unacceptable. Gross. 10/10 recommend avoiding this place! I’d love my money back please. Those employees need babysat and watched closely so things are actually wiped down and cleaned right. Whoever took over clearly never spends time there to build the business back up. Shame.

I have had a monthly pass since September. I go in to get a car wash today and the attendant tells me that someone terminated my pass in January. It was not me this place is a joke. Now I have to pay even more with the new owners

I love this place! This used to be a supersonic car wash and they changed their name recently. It’s pretty good service. I have the monthly full service subscription. There’s an inside waiting area and get snacks also, a play area for children if you have any. The only reason I’m not giving this place a 5 star there’s been a more than a handful of instances where I gave instructions and they dropped the ball on that. I tip from 5-10$ cuz I get how it makes their work shift worth it.

probably the worst car wash I’ve ever been through the wash stopped halfway to where I had to put my car in drive to be able to go forward so the person behind me didn’t hit me plus most of their vacuums are missing and their air doesn’t work also they have no towels available. I will never be coming back here. Please go somewhere else because this place is not worth it at all.

would strongly caution anyone from using Take 5 Car Wash. A month and a half ago, one of their machines ripped off my side rearview mirror. I filed a claim immediately, and despite being told it would be handled, I received no follow-up. After two weeks of silence, I called — only to be brushed off. I had to submit the claim again. More waiting, more silence. I followed up in person and over the phone multiple times, and every time I was told the same thing: “It’s up to the underwriters.” No accountability. No resolution. Nearly two months later, I’m still driving without a side mirror — a safety hazard and an unnecessary expense I’ve now had to cover myself. This has cost me time, money, and peace of mind. Please think twice before trusting your vehicle to this company. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this.

Used to be a good company, now poor quality. Half of the vacuums aren't working and they never have any clean towels to dry your vehicle off with. They keep charging my credit card but now they say that I can't use the carwash because they were bought out by another company. Take your business any place but with this company.

I have had the monthly wash pass for about 6 months. I started using the Orem location because the facility was better and the brushes didn't seem to be as aggressive as the Lindon location. On May 20th at Orem location the car wash broke my passenger mirror off. The brush seemed to be pressing very hard against that side of the vehicle. My claim through the car was claim process was denied. When I questioned the reasons for the denial the representative wouldn't provide a very detailed explanation or any evidence such as a video. They ghosted me when I requested a contact to escalate the claim. The number Take 5 gives you on all of their responses to negative reviews is an automated number with a link to their website. I filled out a request on their website to have someone contact me to discuss and never received a call or email. This location was a great car wash when it was Supersonic. Not anymore. I already reached out to that number and got no response.

The staff here are great. I like how well they outfit the vacuum area. this location has the best wash of any automatic wash I’ve tried. It does a great job of getting the back hatch of my 4Runner.

This car wash has gone down hill lately since apparently selling to Quick Quack. Seems like they dont really care in maintaining it since they are in the process of changing ownership. They took away all the cleaners, most of the vacuums dont work, and I just went and they had all the vacuums shut off. I have a car rental business and have 10 cars that I'm washing multiple times a week and need a reliable car wash. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely ridiculous and manipulative business model. When I moved too far from any of their locations, I asked them to cancel when I was in line and they said “yes it is cancelled.” Then I kept getting charged. When you try calling them, they say there’s a wait to have a service provider call you back. When I got the call back they said “this is quick quack car wash” and I was confused and said I called the wrong car wash. And then I did the same thing the next day, and the same thing happened. They pretended to be a different car wash to trick you and try to keep your membership money for even just a month longer. This is beyond evil, immoral, and greedy. I heavily recommend not doing business with companies like this.

I sold the car that had the sticker on it that had the number for my monthy car wash subscription. I then moved out of state. I have spent the last month trying to cancel my subscription. According to them, the only way I can cancel is if I have that sticker number. Apparently Quick Quack just bought them and neither Take 5 or Quick Quack can cancel my subscription without that number. I may have to dispute it with my bank or change my card number! I was just charged again. UPDATE I was able to get the number from the sticker that the people who bought my car have not been able to remove. I replied to the email thread where all of the other information was in. I gave them the number and even sent the picture. I got an email back asking me for all of the information that I had prevously sent in the email thread. I copied and pasted it in and sent it again. I then was asked for the information again. I said no. I told them it was all in there and all they had to do was read the email. I asked why they were treating me this way. Since I now had the number from the sticker, I called the customer service line that was in the email. Because I had the number, within 5 minutes my account was cancelled and the money is supposed to be refunded. This was nice. Kage was great to help me and very polite. I will never do business again with Quick Quack car wash after this 2 month headache and being treated like this through their customer service email.

05/2025 This carwash damaged my new car and, despite video evidence, denied the insurance claim. 0 stars for sure. Avoid at all costs. EDIT: I called and spoke with many people there including a manager named Jared, nobody was able to do anything. Take5 refused to "make it right" and denied my claim. Worst car wash ever.

Their memberships are impossible to cancel. Got one to try out and added my husbands car. It was pricey but was nice to wash my car weekly. I made sure to go at least once a week to make the price worth it. Two weeks ago I tried to cancel it and went through their process online. But I replaced my windshield so I didn’t have my RFID number which was required. But that didn’t matter because every email I sent got them, they replied with an identical message saying they did not have access to this location because it was sold to quick quack. At first, I was fine and I just reached out to QQ to get it cancelled. They were much better customer service but told me that they didn’t have a membership with my info. I reached back to take 5 3 other times about this and it was always the same identical message. Will not be having another membership with them.

I finally purchased my pass and noticed that other locations offer detailing equipment. However, each time I visit this location, the equipment has not been made available. Being able to detail the car after a wash would be a great addition.

Very hit or miss. Depends on the day if the vacuums are working or if they have towels. Overall it’s fine, not quite as good when it was Sonic but not terrible. Still better than the wash off Geneva in orem.

I really enjoy the hand wax and interior cleaning service here! I've had an unlimited wash service since the day they opened up and have not been unsatisfied at all. The employees are attentive and courteous. All of these things are why I continue to choose them over the other competitors in the area.
